  • Assuming that the knowledge creation and retrieval functions could be the most important factors for a successful knowledge management(KM) especially during the promotion stage of KM, this study suggests an e-learning application as one of best methods for producing knowledge and also the integrated knowledge repository model in which learning, knowledge. and information objects can be semantically associated through topic map-based knowledge map. The traditional KM system provides a simple directory-based knowledge map. which can not provide the semantic links between topics or objects. The proposed model can be utilized as a solution to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the traditional models. In order to collect the basic data for the proposed model, first, case studies utilizing interviews and surveys were conducted targeting at three Korean insurance companies' knowledge managers(or e-learning managers) and librarians. Second, the related studies and other topic map-based pilot systems were investigated.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the laws of storage and utilization in various perspectives in order to maximize the storage of knowledge and to use stored knowledge. In other words, it analyzes the relationship rules in five viewpoints of 'human and knowledge', 'human and goods', 'the law of exact intersection with humans', 'human architecture formation process', 'human and knowledge' This course studies how to maximize the relationship rules between knowledge storage and utilization through knowledge management, intuition, rapid decision-making, and understanding of various knowledge. In order to maximize the value of knowledge in the organization, the knowledge management system obtained in this way systematically organizes various information about the knowledge creation of the members and distributes it to all employees to use it for their work. As an information management infrastructure, To effectively manage the various knowledge and know-how accumulated in the organization and to share them with each other.

  • The Blended Learning of K-12 education can he complimented to exceed the limits of the traditional face-to-face instructional method and can help learners have experiences with both various interactions and different learning experiences. Specifically, in K-12 education blended learning has a strength in being able to integrate on-line instruction with off-line instruction and actively help learners emerge with a breadth of knowledge gained collaboratively.<중략>For the objective of the study, that is, an investigation by a literature review process, the mode) of the process of collaboratively emerging knowledge as well as the alternative model of the concept can be applied as a developmental research method, which can improve practical procedure, process, and prescription. For overcoming the model and the real situation, this study was applied with Checkland(1999)'s soft system methodology, using$\square$the comparison of the model and real situations$\square$part and$\square$defining the alternatives$\square$of Checkland(1999)'s methods. In conclusion, analyzing the conceptual model and real situation helps in the development of a model which can minimize the discrepancy between the conceptual model and the real situation within K-12 education.

  • 새로운 천년(millenium)을 바로 앞둔 현시점의 기업 경영 패러다임으로 지식 경영(Knowledge management)의 물결이 사회 각 분야에 일고 있다. 여기서 패러다임이란 `Way of thinking about` 또는 `way of doing`이며, 새로운 천년을 맞이하는 기업과 경영자에게 생각하는 방법과 행동의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 경영 환경하에서 원자력산업 교육은 지식 창출의 원천인 사람, 즉 인적 자원(human resource)의 고가치화에 있어 그 역할의 혁신이 강조되고 있다.

  • Proptech, which has applied information technology to the real estate market, is leading real estate transaction innovation by presenting various value creation models. This study categorizes and understands values that are created and shared in proptech-based businesses, and develops evaluation data that reflects the relative importance of individual value areas. To this end, the dimension of value creation of proptech was hierarchically constructed, and the degree of relative value creation of the sub-industries of the proptech industry was evaluated. In order to grasp the relative importance of the proposed indicators, AHP analysis was conducted for industry and academic experts. In the first stage, intangible values, relational values, and advanced values were presented. It was derived as weights between indicators through two-way comparison. This study aims to improve and develop the value-creation capability of the entire Korean proptech ecosystem in the future by evaluating the value-created competence of each sector of the proptech industry.
