급변하는 SNS 활용 환경에 대응하기 위한 지속적인 혁신과 이를 가능케 하는 요소로서 지식의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증대하고 있다. 지금까지 기업의 효과적인 지식경영을 가능케 하는 요소에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으나 기업의 지식경영 능력을 증대시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시할 뿐 스마트 미디어 환경으로의 변화에 따른 지식경영 전략에 대한 해답 제시는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 지식창출 순환과정 간의 관계를 기반으로 기업성과 극대화를 위한 SNS를 활용한 지식경영 전략 운영 방안을 제안한다.

Research and case study on implementing Knowledge Management (KM) in various fields have been published. However, KM could be misunderstood as developed Information Technology (IT) rather than a managerial tool to support knowledge creation in an organization unless the theoretical background on the evolution of KM is rigorously considered. This paper aims to review philosophy of science and managerial trends that can explain the reasons for introducing KM into the industry. Based on this theoretical background, Soft Systems Method (SSM), one of method to facilitate knowledge flows, are explained. SSM has been developed to cope with the characteristics of knowledge distinguished from data and information. Further research topics relevant to SSM in construction management as a practical application and educational tool are presented.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between managerial system(CEO support, pay system, education & training) and knowledge management, and the moderating effect of decentralization and formalization in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 227 subjects in Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between managerial system and knowledge acquisition, 2) the relationship between managerial system and knowledge transfer, 3) the moderating effects of decentralization on the relationship between managerial system and knowledge management, 4) the moderating effects of formalization on the relationship between managerial system and knowledge management. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, knowledge acquisition and transfer appeared to be positively related with CEO support and education & training. Second, education & training was verified to be more positively related with knowledge transfer in higher decentralization group than in lower group. Third, CEO support and education & training were more positively with knowledge acquisition in lower formalization group than in higher group. Fourth, pay system were more positively with knowledge transfer in lower formalization group than in higher group.

정보 인프라를 기반으로 지식경영의 패러다임이 전개되고 있는 시점에서 지식의 생성 및 활용에 많은 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 그러나 지식 창출 및 활용에 대한 뚜렷한 방법론 및 효율적인 지식관리모델의 부재로 개발된 지식관리시스템이 해당 지식의 적극적인 생성 및 활용을 유도할 수 없었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 인터넷 기술을 활용하여 연구분야의 연구지식관리시스템 개발의 효과적인 방법론을 제시하고 제시된 방법에 따른 시스템 개발과 2년 간의 시범운영을 통해 문제점을 발견하고 그 해결 방안을 제시하였다.

변혁의 소용돌이 환경 속에서 국가의 잠재성장력을 가속화하고 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 국가차원에서 지식정보인프라와 지식정보시스템을 단계적으로 구축하는 것이 무엇보다도 시급한 과제이고, 구축된 시스템도 정부중심의 공급자위주 측면에서 벗어나 수요자 측면에서 지식정보를 생산.유통시키는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다. 지식기반경제에서 과학기술정보의 역할은 대표적인 지식창출과 경쟁력 엔진으로 작용하게 될 것이고, 또한 엔진의 성능은 정보의 생산.유통.활용체제 시스템 수준에 의해서 좌우될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷이 우리 생활의 일부가 되면서 인간관계 형성의 하나의 방법으로 잘 알려진 블로그(weB Log, blog) 및 미니홈페이지 (mini homepage)의 문제점을 지적 하고, 그 문제점을 보완하여 구현된 커뮤니티 블로그(Community bLOG, cLOG)에 대해서 설명한다. 기존의 서비스는 학교와 같은 열린 커뮤니티에서 구성원간 조직적인 체계를 이루기 어렵다. 커뮤니티 블로그는 지식창출과 지식 공유를 더 효과적으로 하게 하고, 조직의 구조와 구성원간의 관계를 모델링하고 활용할 수 있게 하여 커뮤니티의 기능적 효율성을 높인다. 사이트 중심이 아닌 각 이용자 중심의 인터페이스인 컨텐츠 도메인(contents domain)을 유기적으로 접목시켜 개인 중심의 지식 창출 환경을 구축한다.

IT 융합의 시대를 맞아, 오늘날 모든 분야에서 컨버전스가 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 혁신의 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 생명과학분야에서도 IT를 접목한 새로운 비지니스가 창출되고 있다. 그러나, 생명의료 윤리를 실질적으로 접하는 의료인 조차 지식수준에 비해 낮은 윤리의식을 갖추었으며 지식수준을 윤리의식으로 착각하고 있다는 평가아래 의료윤리연구회와 같은 기관을 설립하여 생명의료윤리의식을 갖추자는 자성의 목소리가 의료인들의 근래의 반응이다. 본고는 생명윤리 관련 내용을 코드체계화하고 지식관리시스템으로 구축하여, 모바일 스마트를 활용한 플랫폼 설계 및 어플을 제공한다. 생명윤리와 그 관련 법규에 관한 정보를 제공함으로써 국민의 생명윤리 의식을 고취하고 적절한 문제해결 방법을 안내하기 위함을 목적으로 한다.

Recently, there has been a dramatic change in real estate markets with the development of information technology. The word, Proptech, is defined as the real estate transaction innovation motivated by various types of information technology including artificial intelligence, sensing technology and big data. The objective of this study is to provide a value-creation framework for Proptech business based on the understanding of how and what types of values are created and shared, which gives organization to develop strategies and business models. And a new classification scheme of Proptech business is also suggested based on the recognition of created values along the development of Proptech business. Then, the proposed matrix is applied to derive the business value such as intangibility value, relational value and enhancement value with the case analysis on the each components of Proptech business.
