정보화 시대가 발전함으로써 급속하게 변화하는 사회에 흐름에 따라 우리 교육 시스템에의 환경도 빠르게 변화, 발전하고 있다. 사회의 급속한 변화들과 더불어 정보기술의 발전은 교육환경에도 지대한 영향을 미치고, 이 환경에 발맞춰 학습교육시스템도 다양하게 발전하게 되었다. 즉, 정보통신 기술의 발달 결과로 웹을 기반으로 한 다양한 학습교육시스템들이 선보이고 있다. 웹 기반교육은 웹을 수단으로 하여 지식을 생성, 조직, 전파하는 교육방식이며, 구조화된 웹 문서를 가지고 다양한 상호작용을 통한 플랫폼을 구성하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반교육이 이루어지는 학습시스템의 다양한 플랫폼을 살펴보고 그에 대한 비교를 제안한다.

Although Intelligent Tutoring System(ITS) offers individualized learning environment that overcome limited function of existent CAI, and consider many learners' variable, there is little development to be using at the sites of schools because of inefficiency of investment and absence of pedagogical content knowledge representation techniques. To solve these problem, we should study a method, which represents knowledge for ITS, and which reuses knowledge base. On the pedagogical content knowledge, the knowledge in education differs from knowledge in a general sense. In this paper, we shall primarily address the multi-complex structure of knowledge and explanation of learning vein using multi-complex structure. Multi-Complex, which is organized into nodes, clusters and uses by knowledge base. In addition, it grows a adaptive knowledge base by self-learning. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the 'Extended Neural Logic Network(X-Neuronet)', which is based on Neural Logic Network with logical inference and topological inflexibility in cognition structure, and includes pedagogical content knowledge and object-oriented conception, verify validity. X-Neuronet defines that a knowledge is directive combination with inertia and weights, and offers basic conceptions for expression, logic operator for operation and processing, node value and connection weight, propagation rule, learning algorithm.

This study was an attempt to develop a multidrug resistant organisms infection control simulation program for nurses at small and medium sized hospitals and to evaluate the effectiveness of said simulation program. This is a single-group, pre-post experimental design study conducted on 33 nurses working at small and medium sized hospitals. Data obtained were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 program, along with the use of descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Regarding the results of the study, multdrug resistant organisms infecion control knowledge(t=-10.764, p<.001)and performance levels(t=-4.215, p<.001) of the nurses displayed statistically significant increases following application of the simulation program. There is a need for the development of more diversified simulation programs in the future since the improvement in the infection control knowledge and performance levels of nurses is important to block the spread of multidrug resistant organisms and prevent infection outbreak thereof with medical institutions.

This study aims to review the socialist news magazines between 1925 and 1936 under the Japanese regime, then to analyze how they published and how they managed the branch. The socialist magazines appeared legally and officially right after the 3 1 movement when the ownership and publishing of newspapers and news magazines was partially allowed. However, there were many obstacles because the permission by the Japanese regime was a result of deceptive cultural policy. The Japanese government more sensitively responded to the socialists' related news stories rather than other types of publications. Due to over-censorship and financial difficulty, the life time of most socialists' news magazines was very short. However, these news magazines did play an important role to disseminate socialism. In doing so, because the news magazines were a part of social movements, the delivery network was also maintained based on social movements.

The purpose of this study is to review the established research practices and managerial methods on the range of Knowledge that have been independently studied from the conventional information system (libraries) and the managerial information system (MIS, DSS and EIS) within the quantitative and the non-quantitative perspective. The information systems were developed through their own purpose since the 1950s and these days the corporate environments have become integrated due to the rapid creation and expansion of information. Therefore, to make fast decisions in this situation it is appropriate that these two systems, Library and the managerial information system, should be dealt within the same category. In other words, not only the quantitative data that become main sources of DSS or EIS, but also the qualitative data such as the text documents, video and audio data, which have been managed in the libraries and information centers and not extracted from the former, can be used as the new knowledge source. Also BSS/EIS can provide the splendid infrastructure for Knowledge Management(KM) while libraries/information centers manage the comprehensive range of explicit and tacit knowledge, which can be a facilitator or main driver for KM.

IT 관련 기술의 발전은 'Any Time, Any Where, Any Service'를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 제반 여건을 마련하였다. 기존 웹 기반의 학사정보 시스템에서는 사용자의 이동성이 제한적이었고, 이를 해결하고자 한 무선 인터넷 기반의 학사정보 시스템은 클라이언트의 어플리케이션이 표준화된 환경에서 구축되지 않아서 모바일 기기의 플랫폼에 종속적이었다. 또한, 선택과목이 많은 학부제에서는 코스 코디네이터의 역할이 매우 중요하지만, 코스 코디네이터의 역할을 하는 지도교수와 학생 간의 커뮤니케이션의 부족으로 학생들은 도움을 받기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 JAVA와 WIPI를 이용하여 플랫폼에 독립적이며 전공분야의 중요과목을 추천해 주는 과목 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 과목 추천 시스템은 학생들에게 수강과목에 대해 조언을 해 주는 코스 코디네이터의 역할을 대신할 수 있을 것이다. 또 학생들은 언제 어디서나 개인 휴대폰을 이용하여 수강신청에 관한 학사정보를 관리할 수 있고, 시스템의 추론에 따른 추천 과목을 수강하여 전공 분야에 대한 깊은 지식을 갖출 수 있을 것이다.

SCORM은 웹 환경에 존재하는 다양한 학습관리시스템 간에 표준화 된 컨텐츠 모델을 제시함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 호환성을 보장하고 재사용성을 높이고자 하는 표준이다. 하지만 기존의 SCORM 기반학습관리시스템은 학습 리소스의 공유를 위한 기반은 제공하지만 학습 컨텐츠의 세부적인 학습 내용과 학습 문맥을 표현하고, 이를 공유할 수 있는 방안은 제시해 주지 못한다.본 논문에서는 지식 관리 기술인 시맨틱 웹의 RDF를 사용하여 학습 메타데이터를 표현하고, 이를 통합 관리할 수 있는 학습 메타 데이터 관리 서비스를 기존 학습관리시스템과 연동될 수 있는 모듈로서 제안한다. 또한 SCO에 포함될 수 있는 RDF기반 특징정보 파일을 정의하고, 저장된 학습 메타데이터를 SOAP 프로토콜을 통하여 외부 학습관리시스템과 공유할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.이를 기반으로 교수자는 학습 주제와 관련된 컨텐츠를 검색하여 새로운 학습 컨텐츠를 제작 할 수 있으며, 학습자는 의미 기반 검색을 통하여 다양한 학습 컨텐츠와 능동적인 학습 환경을 체험 할 수 있다.

제안요청서(RFP)는 사업목적 달성을 위해 발주자가 공급자의 제안을 받기 위한 요구사항을 정의한 문서로 프로젝트 목표 수행의 중요한 요소이고, 불명확한 요구사항과 요구의 변경, 외부 수행 작업의 문제, 일정과 예산의 비현실성 등은 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 저해하는 위험요인이다. 본 논문에서는 2005년부터 2009년까지 공공 SI(System Integration) 프로젝트의 RFP를 대상으로 첫째, 미국 프로젝트 표준규격인 PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowleage) 지식 및 관리 프로세스 영역을 적용하여 현황을 분석하였고 둘째, Core와 Support 프로세스 영역을 비교분석하고, 셋째, Core 프로세스의 범위, 일정, 비용 영역에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과로 공공 SI RFP의 범위, 일정, 비용을 의미한 항목에서 분명한 차이를 보여 보완이 요구되었다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 공공 SI 프로젝트의 RFP 작성시 명확성을 제고하여 프로젝트 성공 수행에 도움이 되도록 하고자 한다.

This study attempts to review and evaluate the sociological engagement and media practices of an eminent French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu. In the first part of the paper, I presented some characteristics of Bourdieu's view on the sociological engagement. In the second part, I also examined Bourdieu's alternative media strategies(ARSS, Liber, Raisons d'agir) which were designed to intervene effectively in the academy and public sphere of French society. For Bourdieu, the sociological engagement can be conceived and legitimized as follows: first, the talents of the ensemble of 'specific intellectuals' in Foucaldian sense should be combined to constitute a kind of 'large collective of intellectuals' Second, this 'collective of intellectuals' should make 'corporatist' efforts to improve the autonomy of the 'field of cultural production', which is the indispensable condition for the conquest of 'the universal' Bourdieu tried to realize his logic of sociological engagement through all his intellectual works, media activities and political intervention. In appreciating positively the consistency and originality of Bourdieu's theory and practice of engagement, I proposed to reconsider some limits of his 'modern' politics - enlightenment, science, collectivity - in today's 'postmodern condition'.

MERS outbreak in Korea was related to healthcare-associated infections. The number of healthcare workers infected with MERS were 39, of which 15 were nurses. We investigated knowledge, attitudes and preventive behaviors against MERS in nursing students who will serve as future nurses. This is a cross-sectional study using a questionnaire survey. Data were collected from 350 nursing students from April to May 2016. As a result, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between attitudes and prevention behaviors against MERS. (r=.387, p <.001). The effect of knowledge and attitudes on preventive behaviors against MERS was analyzed by 15.2% of the explanatory power of regression model and statistically significant by regression equation (F = 31.081, p <.001). This study suggests that nursing students need convergence educational programs to improve their attitudes and preventive behaviors against infectious diseases such as MERS.
