Impact of Disaster Awareness on Government Trust (재난에 대한 인식이 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of social disaster risk perception levels of Koreans on government trust. To this end, differences in disaster risk perception levels based on social disaster types and the effects of social disaster risk perception levels on government trust were analyzed. In the preliminary survey, three types of social disasters with high risk levels (bird flu, fine dust, and nuclear power plants) were selected. The survey was conducted on 1,109 Korean men and women aged 20 years and older. First, the analysis results demonstrated that social disaster perception levels differed based on social disaster types. Second, the results showed that, in terms of social disasters, proactivity, personal knowledge, familiarity, severity, fear, and risk associated with chances of recovery did not affect government trust. Third, the perception of delayed social disaster risk had a positive effect on government trust. Fourth, scientific knowledge about social disasters, control capabilities, lethality, and risk perception at the onset time had a negative effect on government trust. In conclusion, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

Reliability of the Ubiquitous Home-Based Simulator Developed for the Eerror Control (유비쿼터스 홈 기반의 신뢰성 제공을 위한 오류 제어 시뮬레이터 개발)

  • Ubiquitous environment is expected to be result of researches and studies in ubiquitous home base on. However, because of the complexity of the ubiquitous home base on, the realization of error handling seems impossible. In this paper, we present how to detect and recover from these errors for the Ubiquitous Home utilizing a fault simulator developed for the study and through a variety of experiments, results were discussed and analyzed. Base on the said results, future works are also discussed.

  • 불특정 사용자의 참여에 의해 정보가 생성되는 지식검색 서비스에서는 문서의 품질이 검색 만족도에 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 지식검색 문서의 품질 평가에 관한 기존 연구는 조회 수나 추천 수 등의 비텍스트 정보를 이용하여 문서의 품질을 평가하고, 이를 검색 모형에 반영하여 검색 성능을 높이는데 집중하였다. 이러한 비텍스트 정보는 그 유용성이 실험을 통해 증명되었지만, 새로 작성된 문서와 같은 경우 심각한 자료 부족 문제가 발생할 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비텍스트 정보의 자료 부족 문제를 완화할 수 있는 새로운 문서 품질 평가 자질로서 문서 내용의 신뢰성을 반영하는 신뢰도 자질을 제안한다. 제안하는 자질은 문서의 내용으로부터 직접 추출되며, 따라서 추천 수나 조회 수 등 서비스 사용자의 참여나 이용을 필요로 하는 비텍스트 자질보다 자료 부족 문제에 견고하다는 장점이 있다. 또한 제안하는 신뢰도 자질은 문서 품질 평가에 유용하다고 알려진 비텍스트 자질과 유사하거나 향상된 성능을 실험에서 보였으며, 추후 자질 추출 방법을 개선한다면 효과적인 품질 평가 자질로서 기능을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study of the Organizational Factors of Knowledge Management, CRM System Factors, and Trust for CRM Performances (지식경영의 조직요인, CRM의 시스템요인, 신뢰가 CRM의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In recent studies, there has been much interest in knowledge sharing between the company and customer. Yet, there is little empirical work on the impact of the factors on CRM performances. The purpose of this study is empirically analyzing the effects of organizational factors of knowledge management, CRM system factors, and trust on CRM performances. The findings indicate that 3 factors (knowledge-oriented organizational culture/characteristic, technical systems, trust) are significantly related to CRM performances. However, the relationships between other factors (knowledge-oriented leadership, knowledge-oriented strategy, education & reward) and CRM performances are not significant.

  • In the modern management literature, knowledge has been recognized as a new strategic resource enabling a firm to create its competitiveness. Shipping companies under fierce competitive structure need to pay attentions to the utility of knowledge management. A shipping firm may develop its unique service capability by classifying, sharing, and transferring the data, information and knowledge obtained from both inside and outside its global service network. The current study attempts to analyze influential relationships between liner shipping firms' knowledge management and service capabilities. In order to achieve this goal, this study designed a knowledge chain model measuring shipping companies' knowledge management levels and tested its validity and reliability based on a total of 80 replied questionnaires from national and foreign liners. The empirical result presents that supportive and primary activities composing a knowledge chain could exert significant positive influences on the enforcement of shipping service capabilities. This research shows that the utility of knowledge management is adoptable in the maritime industry, and recommends that shipping firms should recognize strategic importance of knowledge and actively pursue knowledge management at an entire firm level.

  • Recently SNS product reviews are excessively increasing. However, many SNS reviews are under feeble regulation than how big and powerful that their awarenesses are. This problem leads to consumers' discontentment on product reviews on online. This study aims to analyze how SNS product reviews characteristics: informativeness, entertainment, reliability and familiarity attribute on consumers' purchase intent and brand attitude. However, at this time, consumers' high discontents (stored-knowledge) expect to have negative affect on product reviews thus I put this as a regulation effect. This study is consisted of 240 examinee who check SNS product reviews before buying products.

  • 지능형 로봇 에이전트 기술이 발전하면서 서비스 질을 높이기 위한 방법으로 컨텍스트의 활용성이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 컨텍스트 분류 기술들은 아직까지 초기 개발 단계이며 다양한 방법들이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가의 지식과 학습된 지식을 함께 적용할 수 있고 사람이 그 내용을 이해하기 유리한 베이지안 네트워크(BN)를 이용한 컨텍스트 분류 방법을 제안한다. 일반적인 BN 구조 학습에 사전 지식 및 방향성, 연결 관계 범위를 부여할 수 있는 제한(Constraint)을 적용한 효율적인 컨텍스트 분류 방법을 소개하고, 몇 가지 비교 실험을 통해 기존 방법에 비해 전문가의 개입이 줄어들고 좀 더 신뢰성 있는 컨텍스트 분류기를 얻을 수 있음을 보인다.

  • Although products with the fingerprint recognition system currently show a rapid growth in quantity, it is also true that efforts to consider the product quality have been lacking until now. Accordingly, this paper analyzed technological elements with domestic and foreign market situations for products with the fingerprint recognition system to develop an evaluation model to support the quality increase by evaluating aspects of product quality for the knowledge information security, identifying the level of quality and deriving directions for improvements. A model for the reliability quality evaluation was constructed that can be applied comprehensively to non-functional elements that have not been done in the existing evaluations central to the security functions by analyzing requirements for the security, performance and reliability in consideration of features on products. It is considered that this paper can make contributions to the overall quality increase for products with the knowledge information security by reflecting features and trends for the fingerprint recognition products and building a model for the reliability and evaluation to perform evaluations by product.

  • 연삭가공중에 발생하는 트러블의 인식과 처리는 공학적 원리에 입각한 방법과 현장 숙련기술자의 경험적 지식을 바탕으로한 방법이있다. 그러나, 연삭가공은 관계되는 가공변수가 많아, 이들 상호간의 관계를 정량적으로 규명할 수 없어 대부분이 숙련자의 지식에 의존하는 것이 현실정이다. 본 논문은 이와같은 점에 착안하여 원통연삭을 대상으로 현장숙련자가 갖고 있는 경험적이고도 정성적인 지식의 호과적인 활용을 위해 계층분석으로 도입하여 이들이 갖고 있는 노하우를 정량화하고, 아울러 공학적원리를 가미한 연삭가공을 트러블 진단. 처리 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 시스템 구성에 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 폴트 진단 모델을 도입하였다.

Collaborative Reading Comprehension of Science Textbook via Students' Knowledge Sharing in an Online Annotation System (온라인 주석시스템에서 학생들의 지식공유를 통한 과학교과서의 협력적 독해 양상 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate 1) the types of knowledge students ask for in their reading comprehension of science textbooks using an online annotation system, 2) the accuracy of the knowledge provided by the students to their peers, 3) the frequency of knowledge sharing behaviors, 4) the evaluation of the effect of collaborative reading, and 5) the trust among peers as knowledge sharers. Questions made by 241 students in the second grade of middle school using an online annotation system in two chapters of the science textbook were analyzed using Bloom's revised taxonomy and their answers were grouped according to five accuracy categories. Also, questionnaires for the evaluation of the effectiveness of collaborative reading comprehension and of trust among the students were used. The students asked their peers 'understanding questions' which comprised almost 80% of the total questions they made and were similar with individual metacognitive strategies for reading comprehension. Of the total threads, 71% has scientifically correct threads shared by the students. The frequency of the knowledge sharing behaviors was high but this was affected by the rewards (point system). Students evaluated that collaborative reading comprehension conducted through an online annotation system were helpful in their learning. In addition, the ratio of students trusting their peers who did the knowledge sharing is over 80%. This study shows that when students use an online annotation system, they can fill one another's cognitive gaps in the reading process by sharing knowledge. Also, collaborative reading using an online annotation system has proved that cognitive individualization is possible through sharing knowledge interactively and dynamically, unlike reading hard copies of textbooks which are a one way information transfer.
