This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of knowledge sharing activity on the effect of trust between consultants on consulting satisfaction during consulting collaboration process. Regression analysis was performed using SPSS 23 based on the survey data. The results showed that trust between consultants had significant effects on knowledge sharing and on consulting satisfaction. Knowledge sharing activities partially mediated the effects of trust between consultants on consulting satisfaction. Further research is required to find out the various factors that are needed to further enhance competence and knowledge sharing for consultants in order to facilitate collaborative work in a rapid change of management environment.

본 연구에서는 전자연동장치의 확장성과 신뢰성 제고를 위해 전자연동장치의 실시간 연동전략으로 활용될 수 있는 연동 지식베이스를 자동 생성, 구축할 수 있는 지능형 연동지식베이스 자동 구축 소프트웨어(IIKBAGS)를 개발한다. IIKBAGS의 추론부는 주어진 역 모델의 동적탐색하에서 휴리스틱 규칙들의 우선순위에 따라 모든 진로를 탐색함은 물론 각 진로들에 대해 진로상 신호설비들간의 연쇄관계를 확인하여 연동패턴들을 자동생성하는 연동지식 자동생성기능을 가진다. 지식베이스는 전자연동장치상의 실시간 전문가 시스템이 직접적으로 활용할 수 있는 구조로 설계됨으로써 연동도표 입력과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 배제, 연동장치의 정확성과 신뢰성을 높인다.

This study examines the relationship between organizational justice and coworker trust, and reveals that coworker trust can increase knowledge sharing. A survey was conducted on government funded research institutes located in Daejeon and Sejong regions, and finally, a questionnaire of 255 valid people was used for statistical analysis. To test the hypotheses, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and negative binomial regression analysis were used. As a result of the analysis, both distributive justice and procedural justice were found to have a positive effect on coworker trust, and coworker trust also have a positive effect on knowledge sharing. This study provides implications that organizational justice affects trust in coworkers, and as a result, knowledge sharing can be increased through coworker trust.

In the knowledge and information age, to discover and protect Intellectual Properties would be very important for their economic value as a major growth engine. This study evaluated the reliability of a Delphi survey conducted by experts to assess the value of agricultural resources knowledge obtained from literature reviews and field interviews. Delphi method is collecting the opinions of experts for several rounds repeatedly, in the next round the experts have chance to modify their opinion. Scores between two rounds are highly correlated and standard deviations are declined for second round to imply that some correction of their evaluations are made. To check reliability of Delphi survey of two rounds Cronbach's reliability coefficient and Generalizability coefficient are derived. The Cronbach alpha's supported the reliability of the method, but the Generalizability analysis revealed some unexpected results while checking the variance components of sources of measurement errors. Despite the increased reliability coefficients, the deviations between the raters are increased which means that additional rounds are required to get consensus, the goal of Delphi research.

집단지성을 이용한 지식검색 서비스는 개방적 구조와, 축적된 자료를 공유할 수 있다는 커뮤니티적인 특성으로 큰 인기를 얻고 있다. 하지만 방대한 지식공유속에서 사용자가 진정으로 원하는 답변 획득은 점점 더 어려워지고 있다. 최근 알고리즘적으로 가장 정교하다고 평가 받는 구글을 통해 상위에 랭크된 검색결과들 중에는 집단지성을 통해 구축된 위키피디아, Yahoo Q/A 과 같은 Social 검색엔진의 검색결과들이 상당수 존재한다. 본 논문은 대부분의 질문은 인간으로부터 문제해결의 실마리를 얻을 수 있다는 점과 온라인상의 사용자에 대한 연구를 통해 지식검색 서비스 사용자중 Influence를 찾는것에 목적이 있다. 이에 국내 Social 검색 엔진의 대표인 네이버 지식iN을 중심으로 지식검색내의 사용자 활동성과 신뢰성을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로한 Influence 지수 산정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 통한 Influence 지수는 지식검색 서비스에서 문제 해결의 실마리를 가진 사용자를 찾는 중요한 지표가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 검색의 궁극적인 니즈충족에 영향을 미치는 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 시맨틱 검색 시스템 품질 평가요인을 위한 연구모델은 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반하였다. 연구 결과, 상호작용성이 지식 충족도에, 정보의 재현성과 정보의 최신성이 각각 지식 충족도와 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 신뢰성이 사용자 만족도에 유의적인 영향을 보여주었으며, 또한 지식 충족도가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모델은 시맨틱 검색 시스템 성공측정을 위한 유용한 평가 프레임워크로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 제품에 있어서 가치는 기능성을 제공하는 측면에서 점차 사용성과 감성을 중요시하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 최근의 혁신적인 제품을 보면 사용성과 감성적인 가치가 기술개발의 방향성까지 결정하는 등 제품개발에 있어서 감성과 사용성 가치의 중요성은 더 더욱 커지고 있다. 또한 감성과, 사용성에 대한 정확한 예측은 제품의 개발 방향뿐만 아니라, R&D의 방향성을 결정짓기 때문에 이와 같은 Value를 표현할 수 있는 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 모델의 중요성 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 하지만 제품개발에 있어서 감성과 사용성으로 대변되는 User Experience 가치 제공은 기능성, 신뢰성 등의 기존가치와는 달리 소비자, 사용자로 대변되는 Human에 대한 더 높은 이해가 필수적이나, 관련 지식의 부족 및 통계적 정량화, 객관화 어려움 등으로 제품의 가치로 연결시키기에는 많은 어려움이 있는게 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 감성과 사용성 등을 고려한 제품 가치 체계(Product Value Structure)에 대해서 살펴보고, 아울러 이러한 가치를 고려한 제품개발 패러다임의 변화에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 기존의 감성 사용성에 대한 방법론에 널리 활용되는 통계적 귀납적 방법론 외에 인지과학(Coginition Technology)을 활용하여 연역적 방법론에 대해서도 고민해보고자 한다. 특히 Iphone의 UI 특성을 통해 Innovation Company가 인지과학적인 Approach를 어떻게 제품개발에 적용하고 있는지에 대해서 알아보고자 한다.

오늘날의 산업용 로봇, CNC 공작기계 및 여러 산업설비들은 시스템간에 관계가 복잡하게 연결되어 높은 신뢰성(reliability)을 달성하여 왔다. 그러나 가동시 발생하는 결과의 고장 가능성은 적은 반면에, 고장 발생의 파급 효과는 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 복잡한 구조의 산업설비들에 대한 안전진단 결과들을 적절하게 분석하고 관리할 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이러한 안전진단 작업은 여러 가지 정량적ㆍ정성적인 방법들을 포함하는 전형적인 분석방법이 필요하다. 최근에는 고장탐색, 진단처리 작업 및 신뢰성 분석 작업에 지식기반(knowledge-based)을 기초로한 퍼지 전문가 시스템을 적용하고자 하는 시도가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 안전진단 분석에 관한 일반화된 지식은 이들 후속 단계들에서 상당히 효율적일 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 연구를 수행하기에는 지금까지 상대적으로 열악한 계산 도구들을 이용하였기 때문에 안전진단 분석을 행하기에는 한계가 있었다. 그러나 오늘날 컴퓨터를 이용하여 위의 여러 단계들의 수행과정에 안전진단 분석을 행할 수 있는 적절한 방법으로써, 지식-기반(knowledge-base) 전문가 시스템들을 이용하는 방법을 연구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 시스템의 설계단계 뿐만 아니라, 시스템의 가동ㆍ유지ㆍ보수ㆍ수리시에도 비전문가가 고장안전진단을 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 목표를 두었다.

Production rule based knowledge representation method has many advantages, but has the difficulties in maintaining the consistency of knowledge. Since the consistency maintenance of knowledge exercises a marked effect on the reliability of inference results, the system for consistency maintenance of knowledge is indispensable to increase the reliability. In the most popular pairwise checking method among consistency verification methods, the valuable rules can be omitted and it takes much time in checking the consistency when the rules are numerous. So, this paper is to propose and implement the verification system which can remove the structural errors and semantic ones, making up for the defects of pairwise checking method by using the certain property list and eventual property list and improving the steps of verification.
