  • 최근 지식경영에 있어 특허를 통한 지식재산권 확보는 기업 운영에 큰 영향을 주는 요소이다. 성공적인 특허 확보를 위해서, 먼저 변화하는 특허 분류 제계를 이해하고, 방대한 특허 정보 데이터를 빠르고 신속하게 특허 분류 체계에 따라 분류화 시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 머신 러닝 기술 중에서도 계층적 주의 네트워크를 활용하여 특허 자료의 초록을 학습시켜 분류를 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 제안된 계층적 주의 네트워크의 성능을 검증하기 위해 수정된 입력데이터와 다른 워드 임베딩을 활용하여 진행하였다. 이를 통하여 특허 문서 분류에 활용하려는 계층적 주의 네트워크의 성능과 특허 문서 분류 활용화 방안을 보여주고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 많은 기업 지식경영에서 실용적으로 활용할 수 있도록 지식경영 연구자, 기업의 관리자 및 실무자에게 유용한 특허분류기법에 관한 이론적 실무적 활용 방안을 제시한다.

A Study on the Relation between Taxonomy of Nominal Expressions and OWL Ontologies (체언표현 개념분류체계와 OWL 온톨로지의 상관관계 연구)

  • Ontology is an indispensable component in intelligent and semantic processing of knowledge and information, such as in semantic web. Ontology is considered to be constructed generally on the basis of taxonomy of human concepts about the world. However. as human concepts are unstructured and obscure, ontology construction based on the taxonomy of human concepts cannot be realized systematically furthermore automatically. So, we try to do this from the relation among linguistic symbols regarded representing human concepts, in short, words. We show the similarity between taxonomy of human concepts and relation among words. And we propose a methodology to construct and generate automatically ontologies from these relations mon words and a series of algorithm to convert these relations into ontologies. This paper presents the process and concrete application of this methodology.

  • 2000년 7월 인간게놈프로젝트 (Human Genome Project)가 완성되면서 Biotechnology(BT)산업에 대하여 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. BT산업은 기술집약적·지식집약적인 산업 특성을 가지고 있고 R&D 활동의 중요성이 두드러진다. 이에 따라 방대한 데이터와 지식에 대한 효율적인 관리 등 R&D 전 과정에 걸쳐 생성되는 지식들에 대한 체계적인 관리가 요구된다 본 연구에서는 BT산업의 기초 조직인 BT연구실의 효과적이며 효율적인 업무 수행을 지원하기 위하여 기존의 지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System, KMS)에 실험실정보관리시스템(Laboratory Information Management System, LIMS)이 통합된 BT실험실의 지식경영시스템 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 BT연구실에서 생성되는 지식들의 체계를 분류하고 지식경영시스템 구축에 있어서의 핵심성공요인을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 모델을 개발하여 대학교 유전자 연구실에 실제 적용하였다.

  • 대규모 프로젝트나 상호 이질적인 여러 시스템을 보유하고 있는 기관에서는 보통 시스템을 여러개로 나누어 운영하고 있다. 이러한 경우 운영의 효율성을 위해 시스템 통합에 대한 요구가 증가하게 된다. 시스템을 하나로 통합하다 보면 효율적인 운영이 가능하며, 단일화된 서비스를 통해 이용자는 여러 서비스를 한 곳에서 활용할 수 있는 편의성을 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합서비스 구축을 통해 이용자가 여러 서비스를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 접근점 중의 하나인 분류체계 구축 방법을 소개하고 실제 구현 사례를 제시한다. 통합서비스 요구분석을 통해 서비스에 필요한 분류체계들을 도출하고 다양한 서비스들을 여러 분류체계에 맞춰 구분함으로써 이용자는 원하는 서비스를 효율적으로 접근할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 통합서비스에서의 분류체계는 중요한 서비스 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 연구결과는 대규모 통합서비스 구축시 필요한 분류체계 구축 절차에 활용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 현실 세계가 가지고 있는 지식이 어느 정도 체계적으로 정제되어 있는 국어사전, 백과사전 등을 중심으로, Hybrid Method를 이용한 통계(Statistics)기반 지식베이스와 어휘분류(Lexicon Classification)기반 지식베이스를 효율적으로 구축하여 질의응답시스템에 활용한다. 또한 특정한 문서를 보여주는 일반적인 질의응답시스템과는 달리, 이러한 지식베이스를 이용하여 사용자에게 정확한 개념어(정답어)를 습득하게끔 해주고, 사용자의 인지 체계 속에 어렴풋이 내포되어 있는 개념적 지식을 더욱더 표면적으로 확장해 나갈 수 있는 질의응답시스템을 구축하는 방안을 제시한다.

Research on the Assessment Criteria of Programming Education based on Bloom's Taxonomy in the Elementary and Secondary School (블룸 분류 기반 초중등 프로그래밍교육의 평가 기준 탐색)

  • It needs theoretical assessment fundamental for informatics curriculum to judge appropriate grades and measure academic standard of an learner according to be included in the conventional curriculum. Thus this study tried to present an criteria on programming area of an informatics curriculum through bloom taxonomy and knowledge type. And it presented assessment criterion on each steps from "Remember" to "Create". And we presented knowledge type examples of programming such as Factual to Metacognitive based on Bloom's knowledge types. Also we analysed that most important level or type is Apply Level, Create Level and Procedural Knowledge. We investigated for each criterion of programming assessment based on bloom's theory through Delphi method. And the result of this investigation was that area of bloom's taxonomy was CVR 0.90, Validity 0.85 and area of knowledge type was CVR 0.90, Validity 0.79. So it can decide to accept for our assessment criteria of programming education based on Bloom theory.

  • Bliss stated that one of the purposes of the classification was to demonstrate that a coherent and comprehensive system, based on the logical principles of classification and consistent with the systems of science and education, may be available to services in libraries, to aid revision of long established classifications and to provide an adaptable, efficient and economical classification, notation and index. A fundamental principle is the idea of subordination each specific subject is subordinated to the appropriate general one. The full scheme followed the publication of two massive theoretical works on the organization of knowledge. Its main feature was the carefully designed maul class order. reflecting Comte principle of gradation in speciality.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the point for improvement through the comparative analysis of the 2007 & 2009 revised science curriculum, and the NGSS of the United States with Bloom's revised taxonomy. The results of the analysis confirmed that the revised curriculum in 2009 compared to the revised curriculum in 2007 has expanded the type of cognitive process and knowledge, which promote a higher level thinking. However, the revised curriculum in 2009 has been biased to the type of specific cognitive process and knowledge in cognitive process dimension and knowledge dimension as compared to the NGSS of the United States. In the revised curriculum in 2009, the type of cognitive process such as 'analyze,' 'evaluate,' 'create,' and the type of knowledge such as 'meta-cognitive knowledge' have been treated inattentively. In addition, through comparative analysis, it was identified that the type of cognitive process and knowledge that were neglected in achievement standards were not dealt with in the learning objective of teachers' guides, either. The revised curriculum should consist of achievement standards in comparison to the previous curriculum to reflect better the goals of science education. Therefore, it is necessary to create an achievement standards including various types of cognitive processes and knowledge by improving the method of statement of achievement standards of science curriculum.

CTKOS : Categorized Tag-based Knowledge Organization System (카테고리형 태그 기반의 지식조직체계 구현)

  • As more users are willingly participating in the creation of web contents, flat folksonomy using simple tags has emerged as a powerful instrument to classify and share a huge amount of knowledge on the web. However, flat folksonomy has semantic problems, such as ambiguity and misunderstanding of tags. To alleviate such problems, many studies have built structured folksonomy with a hierarchical structure or relationships among tags. However, structured folksonomy also has some fundamental problems, such as limited tagging to pre-defined vocabulary for new tags and the timeconsuming manual effort required for selecting tags. To resolve these problems, we suggested a new method of attaching a categorized tag (CT), followed by its category, to web content. CTs are automatically integrated into collaboratively-built structured folksonomy (CSF) in real time, reflecting the tag-and-category relationships by majority users. Then, we developed a CT-based knowledge organization system (CTKOS), which builds the CSF to classify organizational knowledge and allows us to locate the appropriate knowledge.

  • This study investigated the cases of the domestic classification system and compared and analyzed them with the academic standard classification system to derive future improvement directions. The direction of future improvement of the academic standard classification system presented based on this is as follows. First, it seems necessary to clearly guarantee the operation of the classification system as a law for the continuous development of the academic standard classification system. Second, it is necessary to improve it to a comprehensive classification principle that satisfies both current issues and global universality so that domestic and foreign data can be collected and compared smoothly by producing a wide-ranging classification system. Third, it is necessary to select a clear revision cycle of the academic standard classification system, and it seems appropriate to proceed with the revision every five years in order to reflect the academic field across a vast field. Currently, research on such a domestic classification system is insufficient, and such investigations are continuously conducted in the future, requiring continuous interest and research on the domestic classification system.
