growth of Cadmium Sulfide (CdS) Thin Film by Solution Growth Technique and Study of Quantum Size Effects (용액성장법에 의한 Cadmium Sulfide(CdS) 박막 성장 및 양자 사이즈 효과에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 용액성장법에 의해 양자 입자로 구성된 CdS 박막을 슬라이드 유리기 판위에 성장시키고 이들의 구조적 광학적 특성에 대하여 연구하였고 이들 결과를 토대로 용 액성장법으로 성장된 CdS 박막의 양자 사이즈 효과에 대하여 연구하였다. 성장시간은 1, 3, 10, 20분이었고 성장온도는 75$^{\circ}C$였다. X-선 회절 분석결과 본 연구에서 합성된 CdS 박막은 hexagonal상의 결정구조를 갖는 것으로 나타났고 성장시간에 따라 막의 투께는 61~195nm, 입자사이즈는 8.5~22.5nm로 나타났다. 광에너지 변화에 따른 투과도 측정결과 본 연구의 CdS 시료는 성장시간에 따라 에너지 밴드갭이 2.43~2.51 eV로 나타나서 벌크 CdS의 에너 지 밴드갭인 2.42 ev보다 높은 에너지 밴드갭을 갖게 되어 양자 사이즈 효과에 의한 blue shift 현상이 용액성장법에 의해 합성된 CdS 시료에도 존재한다는 것이 밝혀졌다 그리고 이 같은 용액성장법으로 성장된 CdS에 대해 최초로 수행된 Raman 산란 실험결과 이성장방법 으로 성장된 CdS에는 1TO, E2, 1LO 포논 모드가 존재함을 알수 있었고 또한 입자 사이즈 감소에 의한 1LO포논 모드의저주파수 shift 현상 즉 포논 모드의 softening 현상이 있음이 밝혀졌고 softening은 최대6.2%까지 발생하였다. 이와같은 높은 softening은 본연구의 CdS 박막 내 양자 입자의 입도가 작은것에 기인하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 본 CdS 시료의 양 자 사이즈 효과의 결과로 1TO 포논도 나타났는데 이 1TO 포논과 E2 포논의 Raman shift 는 성장시간 즉 막의 두께와는 무관한 것으로 나타났다.행렬모형(二重比例行列模型)을 이용하여, 산업구조의 변화로 인한 직업별 인력수요 변화가 충분히 고려되도록 하였다. 전망의 결과에 따르면 향후 우리 경제는 지식기반경제(knowledge-based economy)로 이행하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 우선 산업구조면에서 지식집약적산업으로의 구조조정이 일어나게 되고 이에 따라 산업별 취업구조에서도 고기술산업의 취업준비중이 급속히 증가하게 된다. 직업별 취업분포에 있어서도 전문기술직 행정관리직 등의 고숙련 사무직의 비중은 크게 증가하는 반면 생산관련직과 농림어업직의 비중은 감소하게 된다. 이처럼 경제가 지식집약화되어 감에 따라 고학력자에 대한 수요는 지속적으로 증가하지만 현재 적절한 인력양성과 공급이 이루어지지 않고 있어 향후 기술이나 기능에 따른 수급부일정(需給不一政)(skill mismatch)현상이 매우 심해질 것으로 보인다. 따라서 앞으로의 인력정책에서 가장 주안점을 두어야 할 부분은 첨단기술산업과 관련된 인력의 양성에 있다고 하겠다.2시간까지 LPDG용액은 MEC용액보다 비교적 나은 회복을 보였고 재관류 3일과 7일의 폐기능 평가에서 두 용액 모두에서 폐기능의 점차적 소실을 보였으며 이는 병리조직검사에서 보듯이 폐혐에 의한 외적인 요소라고 생각되며 따라서 LPDG용액은 허혈재관류손상 방지 및 급성폐렴 등 염증을 잘 관리한다면 20시간 이상 LPDG용액의 안전한 폐보존의 가능성 을 얻을 수 있었다.ic 형태로 외래유전자가 발현되었지만 대조구에서 87.0% (26/30개) 배반포기가 $\beta$-Gal 활력을 보인 반면, G418 처리구에서는 모든 배반포기가 $\beta$-Gal 활력을 보였다 (P<0.05). 그러나 대조구 및 G418 처리구의 ICM

A Study on the Factors for Adopting Human Resources Management System and the Results of Organizations in the Service Industry (서비스 산업에서 인적자원관리 시스템의 도입 요인과 조직 성과에 관한 연구)

  • In the situation where the uncertainty of the environment of organizations is high and dynamic, the competitive advantage should be secured and maintained through securing knowledge-based intangible assets rather than tangible assets. human resources management in the service industry is more important than in any other industries. Accordingly, based on preceding researches, this study examines the adoption factors and the results of organizations with regard to the e-HRM system as IT-based information system. The proof results are summarized as follows. First, the degree of IS maturity in the information technology factors was found to have effects on the business results of organizations (financial and non-financial results) and the IS/IT based structure was found to have significant effects on financial results (productivity, growth potential) but no effects on non-financial results (revitalization of organizations, the degree of total satisfaction). Second, the degree of competition, the degree of information technology and environmental uncertainty factors in environmental factors were found to have effects on financial results (productivity, growth potential) but no effects on non-financial results (the revitalization of organizations, the degree of total satisfaction). Third, it can be seen that the scales of organizations partially play the adjustment role between information technology factors and environmental factors and the business results of organizations. Based on these results, we can cautiously draw the conclusion that it is effective in enhancing financial results (productivity, growth potential) of organizations to adopt the e-HRM system in the case of large scale organizations in the service industry.

  • With the purpose of enriching existing catalogues with FRBR, which is the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records, in mind, this paper aims to evaluate the impact of bibliographic ontology on the overall system's performance in the field of literature. In doing this, OCLC's FictionFinder(http://fictionfinder.oclc.org) was selected and qualitatively evaluated. In this study 40 university seniors evaluated the following three aspects using the 'transferring thoughts onto paper method': 1) In which ways is this FRBR-aware bibliographical ontology helpful? 2) Are the things which are initially attempted to be helped being helped? 3) Would users seeking one work in particular also see all other related works? In conclusion, this study revealed that, as Cutter claimed in his $2^{nd}$ rule of the library, collocations give added-value to the users and overall ontology provides better interface and usefulness. It also revealed that a system's evaluation with qualitative methodology helped to build full pictures of the system and to grip the information needs of the users when the system is developed. Qualitative evaluations, therefore, could be used as indicators for the evaluation of any information retrieval systems.

A Study on the User Perception for the Operational Plan Following the Establishment of the Okcheon-gun Daily Life Culture and Sports Center Library (옥천군 생활문화체육센터 도서관 건립 후 운영 방안을 위한 이용자 인식조사 연구)

  • This study was conducted based on the need to establish an operational plan following the establishment of the Okcheon-gun Daily Life Culture and Sports Center Library, and for the users of public libraries in Okcheon-gun, the functions and roles of the Okcheon-gun Library, collection related to operational direction, user service related activation, library usage related status survey, preference for the future use and perception of desired services were surveyed. Based on the results of the perception survey, the direction required by the Okcheon-gun residents for the Library was identified, and the research results are as follows. As a result of the study, first, when establishing a collection plan, the data types ought to be based on the printed materials and the multi-media materials to reflect the needs of the users, and it may also be necessary to collect them in consideration of the subject areas including literature, art, history, and technical sciences. Second, to provide various information services, it would be necessary to establish an overall information service plan, and it was identified that it would be necessary to develop various information services according to the user preferences and provide cooperative services. Third, it was determined that the programs appropriate for the various subjects and age groups should be continuously expanded moving forward in consideration of the larges demand for programs by the residents of Okcheon-gun. Fourth, new constructions and spatial improvements are needed, and the overall preference for open spaces was significant. In the case of cultural space, the preference for youth cultural facilities, convenience facilities for residents, infinite loss of imagination, and the (experiential) exhibition halls turned out to be large.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient dynamic workload balancing strategy which improves the performance of high-performance computing system. The key idea of this dynamic workload balancing strategy is to minimize execution time of each job and to maximize the system throughput by effectively using system resource such as CPU, memory. Also, this strategy dynamically allocates job by considering demanded memory size of executing job and workload status of each node. If an overload node occurs due to allocated job, the proposed scheme migrates job, executing in overload nodes, to another free nodes and reduces the waiting time and execution time of job by balancing workload of each node. Through simulation, we show that the proposed dynamic workload balancing strategy based on CPU, memory improves the performance of high-performance computing system compared to previous strategies.

  • Under the knowledge-based economy in 21C, the convergence and complexity in science and technology are being more active. Interoperability between heterogeneous domains is a very important point considered in the field of scholarly information service as well information standardization. Thus we suggest the systematic solution method to flexibly extend classification scheme in order for content management and service organizations. Especially, This paper shows that automatic method for interoperability between heterogeneous scholarly classification code structures will be effective in enhancing the information service system.

An Analysis of Physicians' Online Information Search Process at the Point of Care (의사의 임상질문 해결을 위한 온라인 정보검색과정 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze physicians' online information search process to solve the clinical questions at the point of care. To achieve this purpose, ten university hospital-based physicians participated in-depth interviews and observation studies. Based on Wilson's problem solving process, this study analyzed the characteristics of each information search stage and efficiency of online searching. The results showed that participants tend to relatively immediately formulate their clinical questions. However, basic searching strategies were only used and a few preferred information sources were chosen. However, average satisfaction degree of online searching appeared high with 5.7 (7 Likert-scale) and problem-solving index increased after searching. As physicians are likely to use well organized and evidenced-based credible information easily, it implies the needs for an integrated search system within the electronic medical record (EMR). In addition, as other online resources' awareness is lower comparing Google and PubMed, active promotions and training of other resources are needed.

  • This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

  • This study examined perceptions of 109 professors at doctorate-granting universities in the U.S. who have self-archived in Institutional Repositories(IRs), predicated on the Diffusion of Innovations Theory. The majority of the faculty learned about IRs through the contact from IR staff or their presentations. Relating to five characteristics of an innovation, digital preservation and usage statistics of an IR were considered to be its relative advantage. The principle of Open Access(OA) was found to have compatibility with the values that professors ultimately pursued. The trialability of an IR was determined by the fact that IRs were adopted by faculty through the participation of pilot projects. Professors who gained positive and visible results from IR adoption seemed more strongly support the repository. In addition, it is necessary for IRs to provide stable and effective services that support the continued adoption of IRs.

  • The police is huge career civil service organization. In 1999, police organization employed 7,801 persons as a new hiring. The police had revised employment system several times for competent human resources. But, it is true that much improvements need yet for person's employment which equip eligibility. Specially, discussions need for many new hirings by duty police system abrogation. Career civil service system is impossible of dismissal after permanent appointment. It is true that competitive rate of police officer examination much rose. But it's not important about organization development in addition this unconnects with competent resources. Must change police officer employment system for organization's future development. This study proposed policy about improvement way of examination for service step, field training officer and appointment.
