다가올 유비쿼터스 시대를 선도할 기술 중 하나인 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)은 산업 전반에 커다란 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대된다. USN은 각종 센서 노드로부터 사물 및 환경 정보를 감지, 저장, 가공, 통합하고 상황인식 정보 및 지식 콘텐츠 생성을 통하여 언제, 어디서. 누구나 원하는 맞춤형 서비스를 자유로이 이용할 수 있는 첨단 지능형사회의 기반 인프라이다. USN과 더불어 이를 활용하기 위한 USN 어플리케이션의 개발들이 늘고 었으며 이에 USN 미들웨어의 필요성 또한 증가하고 있다. USN 디렉토리 서비스는 USN 미들웨어를 구성하는 핵심 서비스 중 하나이며, 지역적으로 분산된 USN 자원에 대한 정보를 관리하고 USN 자원에 대한 검색을 실시간으로 제공하는 서비스이다. USN 자원은 고정된 자원과 이동성을 지닌 자원으로 나눌 수 있다. 하지만 현재 이동성을 지닌 센서 노드(Mobile Sensor Node)를 지원할 수 있는 USN 디렉토리 서비스는 보이지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 Mobile Sensor Node의 특성을 지원하는 USN 디렉토리 서비스의 모델들을 제시하고 그에 대한 설계 및 구현을 논한다.

본 연구는 유저 크리에이티브 지식 매체를 생성함에 있어 기존 일방적 전달 방식에서 탈피하여 자신이 가지고 있는 정보를 다수의 사람과 공유 할 수 있는 3세대 다방향(Mash-Up) 교육에 관한 연구하여 SNS와 클라우드 요소를 통해 공유할 수 있는 플랫폼을 개발하는 방안을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구는 1)LIVE_BOARD 2)TIMELINE 3)NEWS FEED 4)PLANNER로 나뉜다. Live_Board의 실시간 스트리밍을 활용하여 영상 이미지기반 의사소통을 지원하고, SNS적 요소인 TimeLine, News Feed를 통해 다른 사용자들과 정보 공유를 할 수 있고, Planner를 통해 개인 스케줄 관리를 할 수 있는 플랫폼이다.

In this thesis, a method of solving the IP(Internet Protocol) address collision problem on the Web browser in the TCP/IP based on LAN(Local Area Network). These days a number of computers are increasing in geometrical progression, but general users who are not experts are lack of the knowledge about TCP/IP address, and they may use not only their own but also other users' TCP/IP addresses by mistake or intentionally. For the more they may use IP address which is the same as network equipments and then the situation will cause the whole network to be disturbed. As the result it may be happened that not only the original users' network but also the whole users' one do not operate properly in the LAN.

As the development of information telecommunication technology and thus the information sharing and opening is accelerated, f system is exposed to various threatener and the avrious security incident is rasing its head with social problem. As countermeasure, to protect safely and prepare in the attack for a system from a be latent security threat, various security systems are been using such as IDS, Firewall, VPN etc.. But, expertise or expert is required to handle security system. The module, implemented in this paper, is based on Windows XP, like Linux and Unix, and has effect integrity and non-repudiation for a file.

Most public libraries construct and operate their websites to provide the various user groups in local communities with internet access in Korea. But the representative public library's websites designed for children who are going to lead the next generation information based society, are unsatisfactory and don't reflect their approaches to information. The main factors of content and circumstance of usage are also extremely poor. Therefore, this research analyzed the construction of websites for children, their interface and design, search services, the contents of provincial representative public libraries amongst public libraries in korea and suggested improvement schemes.

Diverse requirements of users on web-based model management force a system agent to develop user-adaptive building a model in reality and providing an adequate solution method of the model. The relationship between models is important knowledge for the agent to effectively build a new model to adaptively adjust an existing model under a problem and to efficiently connect the new model into an adequate solution method. Since the generating process of the inter-model relationship is more difficult than the building a new model however the process mostly depends on the knowledge of operation research experts. Without the adequate scheme of the inter-model relationship the burden of the management for the agent increases rapidly and the quality of the services may worsen. This study shows that meta-knowledge generated from relationship between models is important for the user to build a model in reality and to acquire the solver appropriate to the model. The relationship that consists of common and exclusive objects between models can be represented by frames. The system under development to implement the idea includes user-adaptive ability which identifies a model through forward chaining method and searches the solver appropriate to the model by using the meta knowledge. We illustrate the meta knowledge with an applied delivery system in supply chain management.

지식 관리 시스템, 정보 검색 시스템, 그리고 전자 도서관 시스템 등의 문서를 다루는 시스템에서는 문서의 구조화 및 문서의 저장이 필요하다. 문서에 담겨있는 정보를 추출하기 위해 가장 우선시되어야 하는 것은 키워드의 선별이다. 기존 연구에서 가장 널리 사용된 알고리즘은 단어의 사용 빈도를 체크하는 TF(Term Frequency)와 IDF(Inverted Document Frequency)를 활용하는 TF-IDF 방법이다. 그러나 TF-IDF 방법은 문서의 의미를 반영하지 못하는 한계가 존재한다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 세 가지 방법을 활용한다. 첫 번째는 문헌 속에서의 단어의 위치 및 서론, 결론 등의 특정 부분에 사용된 단어의 활용도를 체크하는 문헌구조적 기법이고, 두 번째는 강조 표현, 비교 표현 등의 특정 사용 문구를 통제 어휘로 지정하여 활용하는 방법이다. 마지막으로 어휘의 사전적 의미를 분석하여 이를 메타데이터로 활용하는 방법인 언어학적 기법이 해당된다. 이를 통하여 키워드 추출 과정에서 문서의 의미 분석도 수행하여 키워드 추출의 효율을 높일 수 있다.

"4차 산업 혁명"으로 대변되는 사회전반에 걸친 변화는 일상에서의 혁신과 일상적인 혁신을 필요로 하고 있다. 또한 국가차원에서 가능한 모든 혁신자산을 효율적으로 관리 운영하고 지속적으로 새로운 혁신자산을 확보하는 것이 국가경쟁력 향상의 제일목표가 되가고 있다. 이러한 시대 요구속에서 "메이커 운동(maker movement)"은 변화요구에 대응할 수 있는 대중(grassroot)혁신활동으로 주목받고 있다. 특히 메이커운동의 주요 활동공간인 '메이커 스페이스(makerspace)'는 메이커들이 서로의 지식을 나누고 자원과 결과물을 공유, 협업하는 장소로 최근에는 (예비)창업자를 위한 창업준비공간으로 기능을 확장하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에도 2010년 이후 다양한 형태의 '메이커 스페이스'를 혁신기반육성을 위한 정책차원에서 지원하고 있다. 중소벤처기업부는 "메이커 스페이스" 확대 사업을 2018년부터 추진 중이며 '일반랩'과 '전문랩'으로 세분화 하여 '일반랩'은 메이커 입문과 기본단계에 있는 초보 메이커들을 위한 'Zero to Maker' 공간으로, '전문랩'은 전문가(창업가)들을 위한 'Maker to Maker(Market)' 공간으로 역할을 분할하여 지원하고 있다. 본 연구는 주목받고 있는 사회문화 현상이며 변화환경에 대응하기 위한 정책수단으로 활용되고 있는 메이커 관련 주제 중 메이커들이 활동하는 공간(메이커스페이스)에 대한 연구이다. 지금까지 메이커스페이스들 관한 국내외 주요 연구에 대하여 조사하고 최근 메이커스페이스에 요구되고 있는 기능적 확장을 위한 연구필요성 및 연구방향에 대해 논하고자 한다. 특히 창업 경영학적 관점에서 메이커스페이스 관련 연구의 필요성과 구체적인 연구 분야를 제시한다.
