This paper describes a prototype expert system to aid operation in rod consolidation process. The knowledgebase is composed of three database groups and 60 rules with production, and object oriented techniques that correlates database groups. The expert system is designed to track the transitions of nuclear materials through the operation areas of the rod consolidation process, to diagnose current status in any operating conditions, normal and off-normal, and to advise operators to properly recover off-normality. The expert system can give efficient management of nuclear material accountability and process operation in the rod consolidation.

전자정부 로드맵에 발맞추어 교육인적자원부의 정보화 추진전략을 가시화하고, 지식 기반 업무혁신 포탈을 구축하여 업무 효율성을 제고한 사례를 소개한다. 조직 특유의 전문성을 강화하고, 개인의 업무수행능력 제고를 통한 조직역량 강화를 위해 최적의 지식관리 체계를 구축하고, 정보화 전략체계 추진의 1단계로 행정 업무의 편의를 높일 뿐 아니라 대외 업무와의 효율적인 연계를 이끌어내고자 업무혁신을 위한 포탈 시스템을 구축하였다. 이에 시스템 도입 후 부내 혁신 마인드 제고를 위한 노력과 국민의 참여 반영 현황을 서술하고, 향후 기간 정보시스템 통합 방안과 추진 애로사항을 결론으로 제시한다.

건강과 직결된 식생활 관리에 있어서 자신이 섭취한 식사에 대한 영양소 상태 파악은 매우 필요하다. 하지만 섭취 식사에 대한 영양 평가는 많은 분야의 자료와 지식을 필요로 하기 때문에 일반인들에게는 그리 쉽지 않다. 따라서 일반인들도 쉽고 편리하게 신뢰성 있는 영양 평가를 할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 식품학, 조리학, 영양학 등의 많은 분야의 자료와 지식을 기반으로 한 영양평가 시스템이 매우 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 농촌진흥청의 지원을 받아 수행한 "농촌식생활 향상을 위한 식생활 평가 시스템 개발 연구"를 바탕으로 하여, 영양 평가 전문가 시스템을 구축한 사례에 대한 결과를 소개한다. 쉽고 편리한 사용을 위해 사용자의 환경을 윈도우 환경에서 사용할 수 있도록 개발하였으며, 개발언어로는 Delphi를 사용하였다.

컴퓨터 네트워크 모니터링에 의한 보안장비는 많은 트래픽 자료를 분석하여, 이상유무를 판단하고, 대응해야 한다. 기존의 보안장비들은 이미 알려진 패턴에 대한 규칙을 이용하는 오용탐지방법(misuse detection)과 의미를 파악하기 어려운 많은 자료들을 제시하고 있는데 머물고 있다. 보다 나은 보안을 위해서는 정상적인 동작에서 벗어나는 이상징후를 탐지하여 침입을 탐지하는 이상탐지방법(anomaly detection)의 채용이 필요하고, 보안장비에서 제시되는 많은 트래픽 자료들은 보안전문가의 전문적인 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 이상탐지방법과 보안전문가의 전문적인 보안지식에 의한 분석, 대응, 관리를 위한 지식처리 기법을 사용할 수 있는 지능형 IPS(intrusion Detection System) 프레임워크를 제안한다.

QA직군은 이론 지식을 바탕으로 게임 제작 프로젝트의 초기 단계부터 게임의 품질관리를 위한 계획을 수립하고, 개발 단계에 맞춰 QA를 진행한다. 청강대 게임콘텐츠스쿨에서는 이를 위해 사전에 다양한 이론과 실기 중심의 과목들을 운영하여 학생들의 기본 지식을 다지고 이를 기반으로 프로젝트를 진행할 수 있도록 교육과정을 운영하고 있다. 청강대 게임콘텐츠스쿨의 게임 제작 프로젝트 과정에서 진행하는 QA 사례 연구를 통해 대학의 게임 개발 프로젝트에서 활용할 수 있는 QA 프로세스를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a document clustering model for automatic classification of knowledge. Two test collections of newspaper article texts and journal article abstracts are built for the clustering experiment. Various feature reduction criteria as well as term weighting methods are applied to the term sets of the test collections, and cosine and Jaccard coefficients are used as similarity measures. The performances of complete linkage and K-means clustering algorithms are compared using different feature selection methods and various term weights. It was found that complete linkage clustering outperforms K-means algorithm and feature reduction up to almost 10% of the total feature sets does not lower the performance of document clustering to any significant extent.

This study was carried out to develop the technology to manage the growth of mushrooms, which were cultivated based on long-term information obtained from quantified data. In this study, hardware that monitored and controlled the growth environment of the mushroom cultivation house was developed. An algorithm was also developed to grow mushrooms automatically. Environmental management for the growth of mushrooms was carried out using cultivation sites, computers, and smart phones. To manage the environment of the mushroom cultivation house, the environmental management data from farmers cultivating the highest quality mushrooms in Korea were collected and a growth management database was created. On the basis of the database value, the management environment for the test cultivar (hukthali) was controlled at $0.5^{\circ}C$ with 3-7% relative humidity and 10% carbon dioxide concentration. As a result, it was possible to produce mushrooms that were almost similar to those cultivated in farms with the best available technology.

On a huge space of information called the Internet, users can use a smart mobile web to get information on various intellectual fields and can access to various Medias such as personal blogs and social networking sites (SNS). This is why a vast amount of information on the web has been effectively managed and researched nowadays through a technology named Semantic Web. However, it still needs for an improvement for studies on searching for intellectual information, though it is enhanced to integrate variously spread information and search for intellectual information user-oriented. Thus, this study aims to research on searching information and knowledge spread around a knowledge-filled information space, which can improve credibility according to user-oriented logic.

Cyber attacks expose sensitive information and cause fatal damage in both the public and the private sectors. Therefore, MKE (Ministry of Knowledge Economy) Cyber Security Center was founded on July 25, 2008, to perform three major roles. First, it detects and analyzes cyber attacks for the both sectors. Second, its ISAC (Information Sharing & Analysis Center) service analyzes and evaluates the vulnerability of the communication and network infrastructure to security threats, including control systems. Third, it provides CERT/CC (Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center) service to prevent and to respond to computer security incidents. This study focuses on the MKE Cyber Security Center's service analysis, which is playing an increasingly larger role in the both sectors. Based on this analysis, after grasping the response services activity and pointing out the problems, this study suggests improvements to the MKE Cyber Security Center.
