지식경영시스템(Knowledge Management System)이 활성화되기 위해서는 지식경영 활동의 핵심영향요인들을 고려하여야 한다. 그러나 수많은 지식경영시스템이 정보기술 측면만을 고려하여 단순정보를 관리하는 정보관리시스템으로 전락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업의 성공적인 지식경영을 위하여 지식경영에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 도출하고, 각 영향요인이 지식경영시스템의 활성화에 영향을 주는지에 대한 수치화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식경영시스템 도입 시 고려해야 할 영향요인을 도출하고 각 영향요인별 필요도(Importance)와 이행도(Performance)로 수치화하였다. 또한 각 영향요인을 고려하여 구축된 지식 경영시스템의 사례를 통하여 지식경영시스템의 구축효과에 대한 결과를 측정하고 효과에 대해 검증한다.

현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

온톨로지는 시맨틱 웹의 핵심 기술 요소로서 지식을 개념화하고 명세화해서 의미론적 지식체계를 구축한다. 온톨로지는 개념적 모델링(Conceptual Modeling)을 통해 실제 세계의 지식(Real World Knowledge)을 표현하는 중요한 수단으로 제안되었고, 수많은 정보에 대한 지식관리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 토대를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 연구과제회의를 대상으로 온톨로지를 설계 및 구축한다. 과제 진행에 수반되는 다양한 회의와 관련자료는 과제의 성공적인 수행을 위해 반드시 관리되어야 한다. 일반적으로 회의에서 참석자들 사이에 정보 공유 및 자료 검색이 어렵고 회의일정 조정이 번거로우며 회의자료 관리가 체계적이지 못하다. 따라서 연구과제 진행과정의 회의와 관련자료들을 분석/분류해서 개념적 모델링을 통해 연구과제회의 온톨로지를 구축하고자 한다. 향후 이를 활용하여 지능형 반응 공간에서 회의 관리 및 서비스 제공을 할 수 있다.

산업경기예측을 위한 의사결정지원시스템은 예측관련 정보의 지식표현뿐 아니라 예측 프로세스를 공식화하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 예측 정보들과 함께 예측 프로세스를 체계적으로 구축하기 위해 예측 온톨로지 개발을 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 예측 정보들에 대한 지식표현을 위해서 의미적 지식기반인 온톨로지를 구축하고, 예측 프로세스의 절차적 표현을 위해서는 프로세스 구성요소에 기반한 온톨로지 개발방법을 제안하여 예측 프로세스를 체계적으로 표현한다. 이를 국내의 대표적인 산업이며 경기변동이 심한 반도체 산업에 적용하여 경기예측에 대한 온톨로지를 구축한다. 완성된 온톨로지는, 실제로 예측을 계획하고 구축하고 표현하기 위한, 미래 의사결정지원시스템을 설계하기 위한 주요 구성요인으로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

정보 검색의 효율은 정보검색 시스템에서 사용되는 지식의 질에 상당한 영향을 받는다. 이러한 지식 표현의 한 가지로 널리 사용되고 있는 것이 시소러스이다. 이러한 시소러스의 구축은 지식을 얼마만큼 잘 구성하는가에 있다. 따라서 시소러스의 자동 구축은 상당한 효용을 지니게 된다. 시소러스의 자동구축시에 대량의 말뭉치로부터 지식을 추출하는 방법론이 많이 연구되어 오고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 단어의 통계적인 행태에 크게 의존하고 있기때문에 자료 회귀(data sparseness)의 문제가 큰 장에 요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 자료회귀문제를 해결하기 위해 추론망을 사용하고자 하는 모험을 제시하고자 한다.

사람의 언어를 이해하는 자연언어처리 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 의미처리를 위한 지식 베이스(knowledge base)가 필요하다. 지금까지 사람이 가진 지식 베이스를 컴퓨터에 도입하려는 많은 노력을 기울이고 있고 그 결과물로 온톨로지(ontology)와 시소러스(thesaurus)가 만들어지고 있다. 외국에서는 지식 베이스의 중요성을 알고 많은 연구를 수행하고 있으며 그 대표적인 사례들에는 Roget's Thesaurus, WordNet, EDR 개념사전, CYC, Euro WordNet 등이 있다. 이 중에서 가장 대표적이며 많은 활용을 보이는 것이 Princeton 대학의 WordNet이다. WordNet은 인간의 어휘지식에 대한 심리 언어학적인 연구의 결과물로써 심리학자와 언어학자들에 의해 10여 년 동안 구축되고 있는 영어에 대한 어휘데이터베이스이다. 본 논문에서는 WordNet을 기반으로 명사에 대해서 영한사전과 국어사전을 이용하여 구축한 한국어 워드넷을 소개하구 구축시 고려한 기본지침을 소개하도록 하겠다.

Generally the level of accumulating scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies is in the scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure construction phase and Even in top 10 construction companies, the level is in early scheduling knowledge activity phase. The principle causes of this situation are unawareness of importance to scheduling knowledge and absence of procedure related to scheduling knowledge-base. This research analyzes the problems to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies and proposes a procedure model to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base property, which adds items of scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure and scheduling knowledge activity to the existing scheduling procedures of Korean construction companies. Using procedure model for accumulating scheduling knowledge-base, Korean construction companies can develop a new scheduling procedure and accumulate scheduling knowledge accordingly. If scheduling knowledge were accumulated property according to the procedure, a framework for knowledge management system could be provided.

In order to improve organizational performance, organizations should make a knowledge management system to share, distribute, and create related knowledge effectively in the operational process. It is not too much to say that organizational performance depends on the level of network and networking for the use of knowledge among the agents. Theoretically, a web portal is known as a useful instrument not only to link among the actors who have a specific interest and purpose but also to promote social networking which creates new knowledge relevant to user's environment. In the context, this article explored policy implications of building and operating government portals by analysing the efficacy of the "Innovative Portal", which the Korean government had opened to diffuse its innovation activities and to improve organizational innovation capacities in 2005, in innovation process from the knowledge management perspective. In particular, this study tried to identify how did the "Innovation Portal"influence network and networking of innovation knowledge using hyperlink network analysis method.

A study of philosophy is a process that archive, reorganize and analyze the earlier works to discover new facts. Philosophy digital resources is necessary to research philosophy because they provide lots of electronic texts, philosophical information, forums, etc. In this paper, we introduce . our result of a research on philosophy digital resources existing in domestic or oversea web sites. We describe the problems which existing resources have and our solution to solve them. Also we provide a guideline to creating philosophy ontology based on topic maps which are data model of ontology. Our philosophy ontology defines hierarchy and associative relationships between philosophical knowledge and support retrieval and exploring of knowledge using semantic information.
