Knowledge sharing by collective intelligence, and knowledge production/sharing by outer cooperation is also important for the company. Therefore, it is needed the next generation KMS(Knowledge Management System) designed and built which based on SNS. In my paper, the problems of KMS are analyzed and new KMS's requirements and paradigm changes are examined by analysis of investigation of existing KMS. KMS based on SNS is appropriate for the next generation KMS in consideration of new KMS's requirements, that is, collective intelligence, open innovation, and convergence with IT technology. So a building method of KMS based on SNS is presented by new next generation KMS's architecture, main design and knowledge-talk design.

The purpose of this study is to find out the determinants of knowledge management adoption through the analysis which examine structural relationships among knowledge management-based structure, knowledge management activities and business performance using the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) perspective. This study also gives the suggestion for the effective knowledge management implementation in the korean companies. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 91 companies implementing knowledge management. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results show that 3 factors of knowledge management-based structure, except organizational structure, have positive effect on knowledge management activities, and the implementation of knowledge management activities has positive effect on business performance with 3 perspectives of BSC, except financial performance. This study showed that more consideration are essential to obtain balanced business performance for companies with knowledge management adoption plan.

Process-based knowledge management is `have knowledge operation system based in the task process and provide the accumulated knowledge of an organization for its members performing their task through a system in an appropriate format.' If it is embodied in the organization it is expected to significantly enhance the task process and knowledge. Meanwhile, Maier and Remus realized that if the organization`s strategy is added to the existing objective of knowledge management promotion strategy, it is in accord with major objectives of the process management such as BPR or BPM. Based on this, Maier and Remus devised a framework for promotion strategy of process-based knowledge management. As a result of analyzing their framework by applying it to examples of knowledge management promotion of the Ministry of Labor, it was found that process-based knowledge management should be applied in order to solve the problems and reflect improvement suggestions which had been constantly pointed out. Furthermore, the direction to be applied in connection with the improvement suggestions was presented in this study.

Most of construction companies recognize importance of immaterial assets in an age of unlimited competition. And construction companies that are concerned about Knowledge Management have used the system of it for critical ability of company. But they used the system for the storage of construction knowledge. So, the present KM system was gradually under operating. To introduce KMS based on Business Process Management(BPM), the purpose of this study is to consider BPM and KMS through the existing researches. we deduce the concept for introducing KMS based on BPM and present the expected effectiveness of it. Finally, we present the prototype of system for KMS based on BPM.

본 논문은 지식경영의 기술적 기반을 확보하고 숨어있던 지식을 명시화하여 공유하는 데 성과를 거두고 있는 지식경영 선도기업들이 지식경영 활동을 업무 성과와 직결시키기 위해 시도하고 있는 활동들에 주목한다. 지식경영이 업무와 별개로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 업무 프로세스와 통합되기 위해 필요한 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 우선 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 반영한 설문지를 바탕으로 지식경영 사용자들을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석 기법을 활용하여 각 요인들의 타당성을 검증하였다.

지식, 정보사회에로의 급속한 변화에 따라 지식경영은 국방분야에서도 군사력의 향상과 경제적 군 운용을 위한 중요한 경영패러다임이 되었다. 군에서 지식경영을 도입하기 위해서는 학계에서 연구되어온 지식경영의 제반개념을 바탕으로 군 현실과 특성에 부합하는 지식경영의 프레임웍과 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식프로세스, 영향요소 및 기반요소로 구성되고 조직 문화와 정보기술이 중시된 국방지식경영 프레임웍을 제시한다. 또한 국방지식경영 추진을 위하여 준비단계, 도입단계, 확산단계 및 성숙단계로 구성된 지식경영 추진모델을 제안한다.

최근 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 기업내의 지식을 중요한 자원으로 인식하고 활용하는 지식경영의 필요성이 강력히 대두되고 있다. 이러한 지식경영의 주요 활동을 지원할 구체적인 방법론으로 정보기술의 활용 방안이 다각도로 제시되고 있으나, 실제적인 연구는 아직 초보단계에 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 지식의 생성, 저장, 그리고 추출 및 활용이라는 지식경영의 주요 과제를 효과적으로 해결하는 방안으로써 인공지능기법인 사례기반추론과 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 통합방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 방법론은 생성된 지식의 표현, 저장, 그리고 추출에 사례기반추론기법을 활용하였다는 점 이외에 다음과 같은 두 가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 첫째로는, 해결하고자 하는 문제에 가장 적절한 과거 지식이 추출되도록 함으로써 활용 효과를 높일 수 있도록 하였다는 점이다. 둘째로는, 환경의 변화를 반영할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 있다는 점이다. 본 인공지능 통합방법론은 신용평가부서의 지식관리모형을 통해 검증해 본 결과 그 효과가 입증되었다.

워크플로우 관리시스템(WfMS: Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 컴퓨터에 의해 정의, 실행 및 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어 시스템이다. WfMS에서는 업무 프로세스의 로직을 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 언어로 표현하므로 다수의 사용자가 이기종의 분산된 환경에서 참여하는 업무 흐름을 관리 하는데에는 효율적이나 지식경영 측면에서의 지원은 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 WfMS 구조하에서 효과적인 지식 관리를 위해 인공지능 기법의 하나인 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning)을 활용하여 업무 흐름상에서 발생하는 지식을 생성, 저장, 추출되도록 하는 업무 지원 시스템을 개발한다. 지식의 생성을 위해 폼 기반 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 활용하고 CBR 엔진은 제약 조건의 형태로 이뤄지는 쿼리에 대해 유사 사례 추출을 담당한다. 사례 베이스의 저장 형식은 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 이용한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 업무 지원 시스템을 활용함으로써 업무 조정자만으로서의 WfMS의 한계를 벗어나 지식경영 도구로서의 WfMS를 기대할 수 있다.

급변하는 SNS 활용 환경에 대응하기 위한 지속적인 혁신과 이를 가능케 하는 요소로서 지식의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증대하고 있다. 지금까지 기업의 효과적인 지식경영을 가능케 하는 요소에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으나 기업의 지식경영 능력을 증대시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시할 뿐 스마트 미디어 환경으로의 변화에 따른 지식경영 전략에 대한 해답 제시는 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 지식창출 순환과정 간의 관계를 기반으로 기업성과 극대화를 위한 SNS를 활용한 지식경영 전략 운영 방안을 제안한다.

최근 지식경영이나 지식기반 경제와 관련된 주제는 IT업계의 뜨거운 감자로 부상하고 있다. 이처럼 지식경영에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 이유는 불확실성의 증대, 매우 빠르게 진행되고 있는 기술 변화, 제품의 라이프사이클 단축에 따른 시장 변화, 전세계, 전업종에 걸친 무차별적 경쟁의 진행, 지식에 대한 인식의 변화와 새로운 패러다임의 출현 등을 들 수 있다. 이 글에서는 최근 여러 분야에서 제시하고 있는 성공요인을 모아 새롭게 지식경영을 도입하려는 기업에게 제시하려고 한다.
