본 연구는 우리나라 기업의 프로젝트조직 중심으로 기업조직이 보유한 조직지식의 특성이 조직 내 지식이전 및 활용과 경영 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 국내기업들의 기업 지식 특성의 내부요인들이 지식의 이전, 활용과 경영성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구는 지식경영 시스템을 구축한 삼성그룹 중 5개사 사례분석을 통해 공통점과 차이점을 분석하고 일반화된 지식경영 추진방안 시사점을 도출하여 지식경영 도입을 검토하고 있는 기업에게 지식경영 구축의 방향을 설정하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 분석결과 최고 경영층 지원을 비롯한 지식경영 공감대 형성이 기초가 되어 자발적인 임직원 참여가 중요한 요소로 대두되었다.

In the Knowledge-based economy, it is inevitable for companies to implement knowledge management(KM in short) to improve management performance. In order to better understand the KM, it is necessary to examine the relationship between success factors of KM and KM performance in agribusiness sector. This study empirically analyzes the impact of success factors of Knowledge Management on companies' management performance in agribusiness cluster. From the survey data of 43 companies located in Sunchang fermented soybean products Industrial cluster, the study finds that four factors- learning culture, network, knowledge sharing and knowledge creating- influence management performance in a positive way. It also examines whether Industrial cluster strategy functions as a moderator between KM success factors and companies' performance. Furthermore, this study concludes that Sunchang fermented soybean Industrial cluster has not reached to the final stage of KM and suggests elements for further improvements.

본 연구는 특허청의 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책을 통하여 발굴 선정된 지역의 지식재산스타기업을 대상으로 지식재산활동이 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2009~2011년 지식재산스타 기업으로 선정된 16개 지역의 383개 기업에 대하여 정책을 지원한 전년도와 당해 년도의 지식재산활동 및 경영성과를 분석하여 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책의 필요성을 기업에 확산시키고, 더불어 지식재산 지원정책의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특허청은 2006년부터 지역 중소기업의 견실한 성장을 위하여 지식재산권 중심의 기술경쟁력을 강화하여 독점적 지위 확보와 새로운 시장 개척(First-mover)의 기반을 확충할 수 있는 방안으로 성장 잠재력과 기술력을 가진 지역의 유망 중소기업을 발굴하여 3년간 지식재산컨설팅 및 특허 디자인 브랜드 등에 대한 맞춤형 종합지원을 제공하여 지역의 대표기업으로 성장시키는 "지식재산스타기업 육성 정책"을 시행하고 있다. 이와 같은 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책 지원을 통한 기업의 지식재산활동 중 지식재산 출원건수와 지식재산 전담인력수가 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설을 실증분석한 결과, 기업의 지식재산 전담인력이 많은 기업들이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향(매출액 증가)을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과에서는 중소기업에서는 체계적인 지식재산경영을 위한 전담인력 확충 등 노력이 요구되며, 정부 및 관련기관에서는 지역의 대표적인 강소기업 육성을 위하여 기업의 지식재산 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 "중소기업의 지식재산 전담인력 양성 프로그램"을 확대하고 지식재산 전담인력 확충에 필요한 지원 정책의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구 이후에는 지식재산스타기업의 연구개발(R&D) 투자와 수출역량 등 연구표본의 다양화를 통하여 중소기업의 지식재산경영 실태를 분석함으로써 지식재산 기반의 '글로벌 강소기업 육성 정책'을 수립하는데 실질적인 방안을 제시할 수 있는 연구과제가 실행될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 기업 구성원들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 구체적 방안과 그 사례연구를 제시한다. 그 실천방안은 현업에서 쓰고 있는 암묵지를 명시지로 변환하고 이를 정보시스템을 활용하여 지식경영이론을 적용하고자 하였다. 기존의 H사 지식경영의 방식을 전사적 차원의 접근방식이라면, 본 논문에서는 실무자중심에서 상향식으로 지식경영을 실천해 가는 방법론을 제공한다. 구체적으로는, H사의 정보통신운영부의 통합배선과 업무에 지식경영을 적용하여 실제의 부서 지식경영 방침을 수립하였다. 이로써 발전된 전사적 지식경영시스템에 대한 향후 과제도출과 이해를 도모하였다.

Nowadays, the term, Knowledge Management is used at almost all areas and with various scopes and approaches just like a kind of campaign. Knowledge management addressee from a educated individuals to the inter-organizational network. And it also utilized to solve a present problem, to evaluate the past performances of a company or a organization, and to establish a strategy of the future. This study presented a knowledge management model for the construction management company based on comprehensive researches about the knowledge, the knowledge management, the knowledge management company. The results of this study would be helpful for the construction management company which is making efforts to set the knowledge management system up. And it also could be a recommendatory alternative to establish the knowledge management strategy for the company which is preparing for the knowledge management system.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationships among the determinants of knowledge management and knowledge management, and it's consequences, and the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management, and the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences. In the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer are positively related with personal and intra-organizational, and inter-organizational effectiveness.

In literature, it has been widely accepted that knowledge management (KM) success ratio in private companies depends on the corporate size and type of industries. However, there are few studies concerning the procedures about building knowledge management system in state-run corporations. Especially. as the Korean Government advocated the slogan saying. The Strong Nation with Knowledge and Information, the need to investigate the knowledge management case about state-run corporations instead of private companies becomes more urgent. In this respect, this paper is aimed at introducing how knowledge management system has been successfully incorporated in KAMCO, and summarizing several fact findings which are deemed noteworthy for other similar studies.

The importance of Knowledge Management (KM) can be easily recognized in many diverse aspects of the theory studies and in KM's efforts to help implement the government's policy to innovate corporation management. The core of KM is to improve the circulation of knowledge by generation, accumulation, sharing, utilization and acquisition by learning. The improvement of knowledge circulation would result in high quality and quantity of intellectual assets in corporations and make decision-making more efficient. This, too, is the operational philosophy of the special libraries. The primary objective of this study is to promote KM by presenting KM methodology and by explaining a theoretical background and cases, based on the existing special libraries. I cite an example of a case wherein merging intellectual assets and human resources activated the company culture. The reference service system, which is the core of the special library, was used in this merging.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the level of knowledge management in Korea small firms. The research scheme was experimented through a questionnaire survey answered by 150 firms. The research model was composed of five groups : 1) knowledge management and business strategic, 2) a culture and structure for knowledge management, 3) learning process and community 4) information technology to support knowledge management 5) a reward and performance measurement. The results of this research indicated that the level of knowledge management is different according to the characteristic of small firms. The result of the empirical analysis can be summarized as follows : First, the business culture for knowledge management is not performed pertinently. Second, the learning process for knowledge management and a reward and performance measurement is insufficient. Third, the characteristics of a firm should be considered for measuring the level of knowledge management.
