The public services without going through the web is now about to become impossible. To solve these kinds of security issues about the web, the government announced that a secure coding for web server is mandatory since 2012. In the domestic market, the web firewall has been promoted and widely sold as one of the best solutions for the existing web problems. In this study, with providing the effective way operator can apply security policies for the web firewall, more stable web services can be presented.

The Yangsan Fault is one of the main fault systems in the Korean peninsula. It can be divided into three segments (northern, central, and southern) by its paleoseismic and structural geologic properties. Based on the geomorphic features of the northern segment, which includes the Yugye Fault, we identified deflected streams as a geomorphic marker of strike-slip component of the fault, and knickpoints along the streams as evidence of dip-slip component of the fault. Geomorphic analyses showed that (1) the horizontal displacements of deflected streams decreased and (2) the retreat amounts of knickpoints tend to increased toward north along the lineament. We interpreted the variations caused by strain partitioning; that is, there might be some increases of the vertical component toward north, whereas the main strike-slip fault system dies out, splaying into horsetail structure toward north. Based on the response time of the landforms, these interpretations imply that (1) there were differences between horizontal slip rate and vertical slip rate along strike, and/or (2) there were different timings between horizontal and vertical deformations by fault.

As the construction industry accounts for 28.5% of industrial accidents in Korea and 29.6% of industrial accident deaths in 2017, it is necessary to search for a priority disaster reduction scheme for the construction industry in order to reduce the industrial accident rate. Therefore, this research suggested improvement direction for construction accidents reduction based on factors affecting construction accidents occurring in the construction site by DEMATEL analysis. As a result of the analysis, the 4M factors with the highest Prominence and Relation is 'Management', and the detailed analysis of the 4M factors were Personal characteristics of workers, Defects such as machinery and equipment, Inadequate inspection of machinery and equipment, Insufficient safety management plan, Inappropriate work orders from supervisors and field managers. The analysis results of this research can be used as a basic data for establishing direction of reduction and improvement of construction accidents.

In ports of Korea, the marine traffic flow is congested due to a large number of vessels coming in and going out. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of these vessels, South Korea is operating with a Vessel Traffic System, which is monitoring its waters 24-7. However despite these efforts of the VTS (Vessel Traffic System) officers, marine accidents are occurring in their assigned districts. VTS Officers are controlling subjectively based on their experience due to no VTS guideline. On this paper, we listened to Busan VHF channel for 3days and applied to collision risk model. With collision risk model, We deducted a moment which advise or recommend to vessel in encounter situation, VTSO's career, day&night.. We suggested a collision risk value as guide line of VTSO's control time.

Judging from the past cases, the contractor has frequently suffered losses caused by disapproved requests or reduced payments since it has not known the conditions of the contract or it has filed a claim to the owner without any proper claim system. Therefore, the existing claim process needs to be reformed. In order to reform the claim process, the contractor should consolidate the organizational structure, grant accurate duty assignments to the claims manager, implement regular staff training on how to deal with claims. In addition to this reformation, the contractor needs to improve the management of construction period and process control, and manage related documents thoroughly. Regular meetings are also necessary in claims. This study attempts to prove the effectiveness of the reformed process applied to Project "A", where the owner was responsible for the delayed supply of materials, inaccurate oral instructions, insufficient information on the work, and frequent changes of design. The project was completed in 96 months, which was extended by 34 months from the initial construction period of 62 months. The reformed claim process is expected to be of great help not only to largescale construction works but also to smallscale ones.

With the development of information and communication technology, we have been able to access and manage documents containing corporate information anytime and anywhere using smart devices. As the work environment changes to smart work, the scope of information distribution is expanded, and more efforts are needed to manage security. This paper proposes a file sharing system that enables users who have smart devices to manage and share files through mutual cooperation. Proposed file sharing system, the user can add a partner to share files with each other when uploading files kept by spliting the part of the file and the other uses an algorithm to store on the server. After converting the file to be uploaded to base64, it splits it into encrypted files among users, and then transmits it to the server when it wants to share. It is easy to manage and control files using dedicated application to view files and has high security. Using the system developed with proposed algorithm, it is possible to build a system with high efficiency even for SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) that can not pay much money for security.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural factors that complement the counseling by examining the psychological motivation of the young women in their 20s and 30s and the psychological benefits gained from the augural experience, And to suggest a more appropriate and comfortable form of counseling. For this, interview data of participants were analyzed using Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). As a result of the analysis, the participants were searching for the fortunetellers with intrinsic motivation to get psychological support, experiencing the psychotherapeutic effects obtained from the counseling while filling the psychological needs through the mobs, and gaining alternatives to solve the problems.

Chinese society faces increasing outbreaks of labor disputes, may of which are usually characterized as 'the highest level since the establishment of PRC'. Guangdong Province is the hottest place for increasing labor disputes as well as for flexible responses by the local government and labor agencies. Interest-pursuit bargaining model becomes one of the outstanding characteristics for recent labor disputes in Guangdong Province. Chinese central government promulgated well-managed policy package for labor dispute settlement in 2015. Guangdong Province government went one step further by introducing to institutionalize labor dispute settlement. To channel labor dispute conflicts into manageable direction, reliability and capacity of bottom level trade unions become much more essential for the authorities than before. Guangdong Confederation of Trade Unions leads some important experiments of trade union reforms. Employment of 'social cadres' of trade unions by local trade union organizations is the most outstanding experiment to satisfy increasing needs from bottom level ordinary workers who don't have efficient union organizations. It needs to be seen whether changing labor policies go beyond the limits of 'security priority principle'.
