Impact of the User Experience on OTT services on Continuous Use Intention: Mainly focusing on the Use Satisfaction Mediating Effect (OTT 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험이 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향: 이용 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Generally, people act to use Information Technology on the premise of their experience in using various Information Technology. Namely, users perceive Information Technology through their User Experience, and these User Experiences can be said to impact Continuous Use Intention of the Information Technology. Based on this condition, the present study was proceeded to investigate the User Satisfaction's Mediating effect in the relationship between User Experience and Continuous Use Intention of the OTT services. For this purpose, 195 male and female college students' survey data were used for analysis, verified through the SPSS Process Macro. As a result of the analysis, not only the Reliability experience for the OTT services but also the Usability, Convenience, and Pleasurable experiences' User Experiences were verified that Use Satisfaction was Fully Mediating in relation to Continuous Use Intention. This result gives an implication that the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in maintaining customers through continuous use of OTT services are worth noting. Overall, the present study increased the customer utility for OTT services and confirmed the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Also, it proposed a direction for an in-depth future research to develop this study.

Effects of Service Quality and Privacy Risk on Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention in Convenience Store Parcel Delivery Service: Moderating Role of Contactless Tendency

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and privacy risk on customer satisfaction and continuous use intention for convenience store parcel delivery service, and verify the moderating effect of contactless tendency. This study employed PLS-path modeling to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study were as follows: 1) service quality factors of convenience store parcel delivery (i.e., service price, reliability, and convenience) had significant effects on customer satisfaction. However, responsiveness had no significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) privacy risk had a significant effect on both customer satisfaction and continuous use intention; 3) customer satisfaction had a significant effect on continuous use intention; and 4) contactless tendency moderated the relationship between responsiveness and satisfaction. The findings of the study are expected to provide valuable insights for future research and the development of practical service strategies.

Continuance Use Intention of Voice Commerce Using the Value-attitude-behavior Model (가치-태도-행동 모델에 기반한 음성 쇼핑 지속이용의도에 관한 연구)

  • Voice technology allows consumers to make purchases through smart devices, and the interest in voice-driven conversational commerce has significantly expanded. In this study, we explored the continuance use intention of voice commerce, and the adoption of a value-attitude-behavior model. An online survey was conducted on 360 individuals who used an artificial intelligence assistant device in a voice commerce environment. We used Amos 23.0 and SPSS 25.0 for descriptive, confirmatory, and structural equation modeling analyses. These results indicated that functional value was the highest influencing variable on satisfaction of voice commerce, while social, emotional, and epistemic values significantly influenced it as well. Additionally, satisfaction of voice commerce significantly influenced the continuance use intention of voice commerce. These findings could help us understand the characteristics of voice commerce users and the diversity value in voice commerce environment.

  • 대화형 에이전트는 자연어를 기반으로 사용자질외에 대한 적절한 정보를 제공하고, 사용자와 지속적으로 대화를 진행해가는 시스템이다. 사용자의도를 파악하고 적절히 대답하기 위해서는 사용자질의에 대한 효과적인 분석이 필요하다. 또한 단발적인 대답뿐 아니라 지속적인 대화가 가능해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 모델링에 사용되는 베이지안 네트워크를 계층적으로 구성하여 사용자질의로부터 사용자의도를 추론하며, 이전 대화상태를 활용하여 지속적인 대화가 가능하도록 한다. 실제 웹 사이트를 안내하는 대화형 에이전트를 설계하며 적용해봄으로써 그 가능성을 확인해 볼 수 있었다.

The Relation of Addiction and Sustainable Use of Social Media Service (소셜미디어 중독과 지속사용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • This study deals with the digital policy proposal through the study about the relation of the sustainable use and the addiction to social media such as facebook. Researcher tried to figure out the antecedents and consequence factors about the service addiction recognized by the social media users and to obtain the measures for the sustainable use of service and the implications for the prevention of addiction. Research results showed that 1) the individual innovation had an effect on the service satisfaction, the addiction, and the sustainable use, 2) the service satisfaction influenced on the addiction and the sustainable use, 3) the perceived service addiction had a reverse effect on the sustainable use. This is described that user's addiction recognition is the obstacle of sustainable growth in service. The proposed policy of this research is summarized as the following two. 1) When the users act the addictive using behavior, service provider has to pay attention to user's withdrawal from the service because of their addiction. 2) The government should offer healing facilities, service etc. for the addicted users and the prevention of the service addiction when they recognized their discomfort.

Relations among the Non-Verbal Communication Abilities of Scuba Diving Instructors, Users' Coach Trust and Continuous Participating Intention (스쿠버다이빙 강사의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션 능력, 신뢰 및 지속적 참여의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relations among the non-verbal communication, coach trust, and continuous participating intention of scuba diving participants. For this purpose, the investigator applied convenience sampling to users at three scuba diving resorts in Gangwon Province and those at two scuba diving pools in Gyeonggi Province and selected total 267 valid questionnaires. Collected data was put to simple and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 18.0 program. The findings were as follows: first, body language and paralanguage of non-verbal communication had significant effects on coach trust, but spatial acts and physical appearance had no such effects on it; secondly, coach trust had significant impacts on continuous participating intention; and finally, body language of non-verbal communication had significant influences on continuous participating intention, but spatial acts, paralanguage, and physical appearance had no significant influences on it.

The Effect of Participation Motivation and Satisfaction on the Participation Persistence among Adult Learners at College Continuing Cducation Center (전문대학 평생교육 학습자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기와 만족도가 참여 지속의도에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the effects of motivation and satisfaction with continuing education on the intention to participate in college continuing education programs among adult learners. and participation of continuing education to improve the quality of Continuing education programs operated by College and to develop diverse educational programs that reflect the needs of adult learners and increase their participation rate. This study analyzed data collected from 412 adult males and females taking courses at the Lifelong Education Center in four professional universities in Gyeonggi-do from May 1 to June 20, 2017. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 21.0 program, and general characteristics of the subjects were used. Descriptive statistics, t-tests and ANOVA were used to identify differences in participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate. Participants' motivation, satisfaction with education, and intention to participate were analyzed by Pearson's correlation. Participants were analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation for participation in college continuing education programs, intention to participate in education programs, and intention to participate. The factors influencing participants' motivation for participation were participation motivation and education satisfaction 41.2%.The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop and operate a program considering the factors that can improve motivation for participation and educational satisfaction to increase learner motivation.

The influences of sustainability management at institutional foodservice on store image and behavioral intention (소비자가 인식하는 산업체 급식업체의 지속가능경영활동이 점포이미지와 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of sustainability management in institutional foodservice on store image and behavioral intention (revisit intention, word of mouth, willingness to pay a premium). Methods: Based on a total of 371 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the model. Results: According to results of exploratory factor analysis, sustainability management derived three factors, economic value, socially responsible, and environmentally sound. The structural equation modeling showed that social responsibility in sustainability management had a significant positive effect on store image and behavioral intention. In addition, customer's perceived store image in foodservice had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. The relationship between sustainability management and behavioral intention was found to be a partially significant effect. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed the importance of sustainability management of foodservice to improve store image and behavioral intention.

A Study on Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention by SNS Connection Type and User Psychology (SNS 접속형태와 이용심리에 의한 지속사용의도 영향요인 연구)

  • In this study, factor, is focused on user's psychology and SNS using style, of intention to use SNS continuously being affeted to who want to stop using SNS. This study utilized the foundational frame of PCM and TAM2 and indepednent variable and Mediating variable were based on previous research. I used statistical programs such as AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 18.0 to verify the practical examination of the hypothesis of this study and the questionnaire was distributed to the public and IT students who once used SNS, and made the 443 questionnaires to analyze on final except missing values and insincere responses. The result of study was that intention to use SNS continuously are affected by positive and negative psychological factors and will be helpful to provide a service plan for SNS and establish for marketing strategy.

  • This study analyzes the impact on continuous use of railroad logistics by mediating the logistics performance of recognition on the logistics service quality. According to the results, economic quality, information quality and relationship quality have impacts on the intent of continuous use by fully mediating logistics performance. Based on these results, a model for intent of continuous use of railroad logistics was proposed. As for the results of this study, it can be seen that the continuous use of railroad logistics is formed by the logistics performance due to the use of railroad logistics and, for this, a practical direction is suggested: the improvement of service is required, by which the recognition can be enhanced for the economic quality, information quality and relationship quality of the customers.
