The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of the hotel using experience on customers' purchase and behavior intention. For this study, a total of 306 questionnaires among collected data for customers who hotel using experience at five star hotels located in Seoul from April 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015 was to ensure a valid sample. As a result of the experiments which conducted by factor analysis and regression analysis, it shows 1% level positive significant effects in purchase and continual purchase intention of "emotional experiencer", "physical experience factor", "continuous experience factor", and "superior experience factor", but it is 10% level significant effects in continual purchase intention positively effected continual purchase intention of "physical experience factor". Also, it shows 1% level positive significant effects on hotel customers' intention of reused, intention of suggestion, intention of recommendation of "emotional experiencer", "physical experience factor", "continuous experience factor", and "superior experience factor". From the study, it is expected to build hotel-customer relationship and brand level of awareness for activating customers' loyalty.

This study sheds light on the Instagrammable features and viewing experiences of . A research model and hypotheses are formulated using variables including Experience Quality (EQ), Perceived Value (PV), Attitude toward AWA (ATAWA) and Behavioral Intention toward AWA (BITAWA). Although AWA has strong the Instagrammable features in terms of PV, it provides aesthetic or healing experience rather than a pleasure. PV has a significant correlation with DOS and DOI, but it does not influence on BITAWA. In addition, DOS has a positive impact on the increase in DOI, length of viewing time and intention to upload and share photos on Instagram.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of sustainability management in institutional foodservice on store image and behavioral intention (revisit intention, word of mouth, willingness to pay a premium). Methods: Based on a total of 371 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the model. Results: According to results of exploratory factor analysis, sustainability management derived three factors, economic value, socially responsible, and environmentally sound. The structural equation modeling showed that social responsibility in sustainability management had a significant positive effect on store image and behavioral intention. In addition, customer's perceived store image in foodservice had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention. The relationship between sustainability management and behavioral intention was found to be a partially significant effect. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed the importance of sustainability management of foodservice to improve store image and behavioral intention.

This study aims to analyze how parents and their children participating in sports after school hours positively affects their communication and behavior based on the stratified sampling of 189 students (fifth and sixth graders) in Cheongju city C-province. The result from the exploratory factor and the structural analysis using SPSS18.0 showed that participating in sports improved parent-child communication including increasing their motivation, self-confidence, and self-esteem, and reducing children's problematic behavior such as anxiety, feeling insecure, insubordination, and aggressiveness. In order to improve the children's mental health, it would be essential to set various programs of after school sports and more importantly validate its quality.

The purpose of this study is to shed light on the relationship between perceived value(PV), attitude toward the exhibition(ATYCSE), and behavioral intention toward the exhibition(BITYCSE) through literature review and quantitative research, focusing on <Yumi's Cells Special Exhibition (2020)> as an Instagrammable exhibition. The exhibition has strong entertainment experience quality, and taking pictures has a positive correlation with the satisfaction as well as the immersion, while sharing the viewing experience on Instagram does not influence on the ATYCSE in terms of the PV. Satisfaction also has meaningful correlations with the immersion and the detail factors of BITYCSE. In particular, it can be confirmed that the storytelling factor occupied a superiority over the exhibit factors or the exhibition environment of the Instagram-friendly exhibition, and through this, the importance of storytelling was confirmed. This research unveils implications for the influence of the interactivity and participatory features of the Instagrammable exhibition on the ATYCSE as a potential factor of PV, and the importance of storytelling in Instagrammable exhibitions.

The purpose of this study was to determine psychosocial variables of exercise behaviors for old adults. A major research problem identified through theory of planned behavior and it's empirical data: Do cognitive-social variables(health risk perception, self-efficacy, group conformity, exercise attitude) significantly mediate exercise behaviors(intention, action, maintenance)? A total of 453 older adults above 65 years(171 males and 282 females) who were enrolled in various classes were randomly selected at adults centers in Seoul. Participants completed a battery of questionnaires including the psycho-social variables(health risk perception, self-efficacy, group conformity, exercise attitude) and exercise behaviors(intention, action, maintenance). The results of statistical procedures(e.g., hierarchical multiple regression) indicated self-efficacy and exercise attitude significantly predicted exercise intentions of older adults. Exercise intention was a significant predictor of action, and action was a significant predictor of exercise maintenance. In discussion, various psycho-social mechanisms were provided to interpret the results of this study, and future directions were suggested.

본 연구는 기업의 행동범위를 결정해주는 주인과 대리인간의 계약을 통한 통제 메커니즘이 실제 기업의 의사결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아본다. 소유주와 경영자의 양자관계를 통제 이론의 관점에서 시스템 다이내믹스로 구축하여 경영자 윤리적 또는 자율 의지적 의사결정의 동태성에 대해서 고찰한다. 특히 시스템 다이내믹스의 특징이라고 할 수 있는 피드백 구조와 시뮬레이션을 통해서 계약이라는 통제 메커니즘과 소유주와 경영자의 양 행위자간의 힘의 대립관계를 동태적으로 분석한다. 연구결과 계약과 같은 통제의 정도에 따라 경영자의 의사결정에 있어서 의도하지 않은 결과가 나타나는 패러독스 현상을 찾아내었으며 이와 더불어 경영자의 의사결정이 지속가능하고 효율적으로 이루어지기 위한 통제 메커니즘에 대해서 논의한다.

사람들은 누구나 시간과 장소를 구분하지 아니하고 의사결정을 내려야 할 상황에 처하게 된다. 특히 조종사의 경우에는 의사결정을 하여야 할 상황이 보다 시간적으로 제한되어 있고, 또 다른 어떤 경우보다 그 내용이 더 복잡하다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 특히 항공기 운항중 발생하는 조종사의 의사결정은 그 방법에 따라 결과는 아주 다른 양상으로 나타나게 되는데 합리적인 의사결정이 이루어졌다면 그 결과는 안전성과 경제성이 동시에 실현되지만 합리적으로 의사결정이 이루어지지 못하였다면 항공기 사고라는 최악의 사태로 이어지게 된다. 그러나 현실적으로는 조종사들이 사회, 문화적 특성과 개인적인 태도 및 성격에 따라 집단내 구성원들의 의사를 종합하여 의사결정을 얻지 못하고 경우에 따라서는 기장 개인의 능력에 따라 의사결정이 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 조종사의 합리적인 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분야별로 내용을 분석하고 의사결정의 이론적 고찰을 통해 조종사의 합리적인 의사결정을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 조종사 자격 관리 및 능력개발 프로그램시 태도 변화를 위한 교육이 우선해야 한다는 것과 그리고 미국의 여러 기관에서 연구 수행한 결과를 인용하여 조종사의 태도분석방법을 소개함으로써 조종사 자신들이 직접 지니고 있는 위험한 태도 요소를 자각할 수 있도록 하였으며 이에 대한 행동상 지켜야 할 원칙을 제시하여 자신이 의사결정을 해야하는 경우 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 앞으로 이와 관련하는 지속적인 연구를 함으로서 합리적인 의사결정을 위한 요인들의 상관관계를 분석하고 항공기 운항분야중에서 부분적이나마 정형적인 의사결정모델이 개발될 때 항공기 안전운항에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

오늘날의 정보시스템 환경에서는 물리적인 접근 통제나 정보보호기술 측면에서의 통제만으로 정보자원을 효과적으로 보호하기 어렵다. 흔히 정보보호는 기술보다는 관리의 문제라고 한다. 따라서 효과적인 정보보호는 조직 구성원의 정보보호 중요성에 대한 인식을 전제로 하며, 인식을 높이기 위해서는 적절한 교육과 훈련이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회심리학 관점으로부터 의사결정과정 측면과 교육 및 훈련의 효과성 측면에서 정보보호에 대한 사용자의 실제 행동과 내면화 과정을 규명하였다. 이를 토대로 조직 구성원이 지속적인 정보보호 실제 행동을 할 수 있는 정보 보호 교육 및 훈련 프레임워크를 제안하고, 구성요소별 전략과 프로그램의 실행 단계를 소개하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of SNS addiction on cyber-bullying among adolescents, considering the adjustment effect of friendship on this relationship. This study involved 811 middle/high school students with a gender distribution of 391 males and 420 females. According to the analysis, the higher the level of SNS addiction, the higher the level of cyber-bullying. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the moderating effect of friendship. The result shows that better peer communication and reliance lowers the impact of cyber-bullying from SNS addiction. Based on research results suggesting the popularization of proactive pre-diagnosis programs to solve SNS addiction, practical intervention plans and the limitations of research on SNS addiction and cyber-bullying in youth are suggested.
