This study aims to examine the relationship between the economic, environmental and social activities of sustainable supply chains and the customer satisfaction and customer retention rate, which are the final results in the supplier's operational performance and the buyer's market performance. The survey was conducted on employees in charge of supply chain management, purchasing company, partner company, and logistics management in the company. The final 193 valid data were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis. The results of the study showed that the economic and social activities of the sustainable supply chain had a positive effect on the supplier performance and the purchaser performance, but environmental activities had a negative effect on the supplier performance. In addition, the purchasing company performance has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer retention rate. This study provides a theoretical basis for sustainable supply chain activities to affect the operating performance of suppliers and the market performance of buyers, and suggests implications for enhancing the competitiveness of companies through the performance creation process that affects customer performance.

In recent years, as there is growing concern with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), the strategic direction of business management is changing from maximizing shareholders wealth to maximizing stakeholders value. ESG is reshaping a corporation's supply chain management strategies. The purpose of this study is to explore the ESG challenges in supply chain management. As a result of network text analysis and topic modeling analysis on 3226 news articles, 'Suppliers', 'Sustainability', 'Shared Growth' 'Carbon Neutral', 'Safety and Health', 'Responsible Business Alliance', 'Supply Chain Due Diligence Law' were identified as the main issue. Since ESG initiatives in the supply chain are not limited to the efforts of individual firms, future research should focus on figuring out what difficulties and challenges exist in the diffusion of ESG practices along multi-tiered supply chains, and how to overcome them.

Small and medium sized enterprises' (SMEs) environmental performance and activities have been often of great concern toward sustainability as they have been playing a critically important role in the economic and industrial development. Among many initiatives to engage SMEs into the sustainability framework, Supply Chain Environmental Management (SCEM) of large companies has a great potential to persuade SMEs to adopt environmentally improved activities. This study investigated the relationship between SCEM approaches of large companies and environmental activities of SMEs in the Korean electronics industry. A postal questionnaire survey was used as a data collection method, and factor analysis and regression analysis were applied to analyse the collected data. The empirical findings suggested that SCEM approaches of large companies have positive impacts on environmental activities of SMEs. Among SCEM approaches, the collaborative approach was more effective than the arm's-length approach. Additionally, this study found positive impacts of trans-national SCEM approaches on SMEs' environmental activities.

In this paper, a sustainable close-loop supply chain (SCLSC) model is proposed for effectively managing the production, distribution and handling process of mobile phone. The proposed SCLSC model aims at maximizing total profit as economic factor, minimizing total CO₂ emission amount as environmental factor, and maximizing social influence as social factor in order to reinforce sustainability in it. Since these three factors are represented as each objective function in modeling, the proposed SCLSC model can be taken into consideration as a multi-objective optimization problem and solved using a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) approach. In numerical experiment, three different scales of the SCLSC model are presented and the efficiency of the HGA approach is proved using various measures of performance.

기후변화에 적극 대처하여 지속적이고 안정적인 용수 공급을 위해 기존의 용수 생산 공급망에 정보통신 기술(Information & Communication Technologies, ICT)을 접목한 지능형 물관리를 위해 '스마트 워터 그리드(smart water grid)'를 구축하고자 하는 다양한 노력이 최근 들어 지속되고 있다. 즉, 스마트 워터 그리드는 기존의 수자원 관리 시스템의 한계를 극복하기 위해 첨단 정보통신기술을 이용하는 고효율의 차세대 인프라 시스템으로 다양한 수원을 활용하고 물을 효율적으로 배분 관리 운송하여 수자원의 불균형을 해소하고, 첨단 센서 네트워크를 이용해 실시간으로 수자원망의 안정성을 모니터링하는 등 용수관리 전분야에 걸쳐 양방향 실시간으로 용수정보를 감시 대응하여 용수관리와 에너지 효율의 최적화된 메가시티(mega-city)에 적합한 지능형 물관리가 가능할 것으로 예상되는 시스템이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 선진화된 상수도시스템 운영을 위해서는 현장설비의 관측값을 감시하고 제어하는 시스템에서, 운영 방식이 변경될 때마다 운영 변수간의 인과관계를 분석하고 예측할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기능이 탑재된 상수도 운영시스템이 요구되고 있는 실정에서 용수공급 시스템의 운영 상황을 모의할 수 있는 모형 개발 및 용수공급시스템의 운영룰 모의 및 운영의사결정에 적용할 수 있는 다중수원 워터루프 시스템과 운영관리할 수 있는 S/W를 개발 내용을 소개하였다.

Goldratt의 제약이론에서 버퍼 관리는 지속적인 경영개선(POOGI: Process of Ongoing Improvement) 도구인 집중개선의 5단계 (Focusing 5 steps)와 함께 기업 경영에서 일상적으로 피할 수 없는 다양한 경영 의사결정에 중대한 역할을 담당한다. 특히 TOC DBR에서 시작된 버퍼 관리는 제조업 현장 관리를 중심으로 공급망 관리에 이르기까지, 또 Critical Chain의 프로젝트 관리에 이르기까지 그 적용이 확대되고 있다. 역동적인 시장 환경에서 기업의 내부 역시 전에 없이 민첩한 대응 행동이 요구되는 바, 최소한의 투자로 최대의 throughput을 창출하면서 변동으로부터 즉시 만회하는 시스템을 가능하게 하는 버퍼와 버퍼 관리를 통해 기업이 얻을 수 있는 폭 넓은 이점을 조망해 본다.

As ICT convergence is progressing in all industrial fields and creating the global ecosystem of the supply chain is accelerating, supply chain risk related with cyber area are also increasing. In particular. the supply chain of ICT products is very complex in terms of technical and environmental factors to be managed, so it is vert difficult to transparently manage the entire life cycle. Accordingly, the US, UK, and EU, etc. are conducting and establishing cyber supply chainsecurity-related research and policies for ICT product supply chains. Korea also has the plan to establish management system to secure the supply chain of major ICT equipment as a task in the basic plan of the national cybersecurity strategy announced in 2019, but there is no concrete policy yet. So, In this paper, we review the cyber supply chain security management system in the United States and present a supplementary way to the National Information Security Manual in Korea from the perspective of cyber supply chain security. It is expected that this will serve as a reference material for cyber supply chain measures that can be introduced in domestic information security field.

도시지역은 수자원 공급의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 많은 노력이 이루어지고 있으나 최근 기상 이변과 같은 문제점들로 인하여 용수 공급이 안정적이지 못한 실정이다. 기후적 영향을 적게 받는 지하수의 경우는 비교적 지속적이고 안정적인 수자원으로 많이 이용되고 있으나 이 또한 관리적인 측면의 여러 가지 문제점으로 인하여 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 도시지역은 지하수이용량이 많아 지하수개발에 대한 명확한 체계가 이루어지지 않으면 과잉양수로 인한 지하수위 저하로 용수부족, 지하수질 악화 등과 같은 지하수 재해를 일으킬 수 있으며 해안지역일 경우 해수침투로 인하여 그 피해가 광범위하고 장기간으로 확산될 수 있다. 따라서 지하수의 개발 및 관리를 위해서는 지하수 유동에 대한 분석이 이루어져야 효율적인 지하수 이용이 가능하다. 도시지역 지하수 유동의 경우 지하수함양과 지하수유출뿐만 아니라 지속적으로 변화하는 요소들인 지하수이용량, 상하수도 누수량, 지하철로 인한 유출량 등과 같은 도시화 요소들도 고려하여야 한다. 그러나 이러한 요소들을 명확하게 규명하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 지하수자원의 개발 이용 및 관리가 가장 절실히 필요한 곳이 도시지역이라는 점을 감안하면 지하수 유동 분석에 관한 연구는 반드시 필요하며 수문계측 기술의 향상과 관련 분야에 대한 지속적인 연구들도 함께 이루어져서 해석의 정확도가 높아져야만 원활한 수자원 공급과 효율적인 체계 관리가 가능할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 도시지역의 지하수유동특성을 살펴보기 위하여 부산광역시 수영구를 대상으로 도시화 요소를 고려한 지하수 모델링을 통하여 지하수 유동을 분석하였다. 정상상태 지하수 유동 모의를 실시한 결과 지하수위는 산지가 분포하고 있는 북서쪽으로 갈수 록 높아지고 수영강과 남해쪽으로 갈수록 낮아지며 지하수 유동도 내륙에서 수영강 및 남해로 유출되고 있는 모습을 나타내었다. 도시화 요소를 고려한 비정상상태 지하수 유동 모의 결과 수영강 및 남해에서 내륙으로 지하수가 유입되는 형태를 나타내고 있었다. 지하수위 또한 내륙으로 갈수록 낮아지는 형상을 나타내고 있었으며 대량의 양수량의 관정이 위치하는 수영로타리 일대와 광안동 지역, 지하철유출량이 많은 망미역 부근, 전력구 터널 공사로 인한 지하수 유출량이 있는 일부지역에서는 급격하게 지하수위가 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있었다.
