  • WWW has taken root in Internet as a means of future shopping.But paymetn systems using tpdays show us several security vnlnerabilities.The problem that plain shpter's credit card details are transferred in Internet is included.Thnese risks can break out not only an infringement of pribate information but also economic crime.To solve these risks,we introduce the techique which implrment the encrypted WWW communication using PGP.And we propose SCCP which is new electronic payment protocol.As a result of testing with criteria from IBM,we can find that SCCP is safe and secure electronic payment protocol.As a result of testing with criteria from IBM,we can find that SCCP is safe and secure elctronic payment protocol.

  • This paper designed the electronic billing system for implementation web site of the social welfare and help-line. And, it possible to the various supporting method between supporter and receiver on the cyberspace. Also, this system is modified to electronic supporting system from the electronic billing system of EC(Electronic Commercial). The electronic billing system is more security and efficiencial billing system than the conventional off-line system.

  • 최근 모바일 시장의 급격한 발전으로 인하여 스마트폰 기능 또한 다양해져 사용자 또한 다양한 계층에서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 스마트폰 게임은 유료든 무료든 게임 대부분이 현금을 주고 아이템을 구매할 수 있는 부분 유료화 정책을 실시하고 있기 때문에 구매능력이 없는 청소년도 쉽게 게임 아이템을 쉽게 구매할 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 지불능력이 없는 청소년이 온라인게임 상에 물품을 구입할 경우 청소년의 부모에게 게임 아이템 구입 확인 메시지를 게임업체가 전달하여 승인 코드를 전달받아야만 게임 관련 물품을 구입할 수 있는 게임 지불 메커니즘을 제안하고자 한다.

Preliminary Investigation of Pavement Adjustment Concepts for Slab Thickness Deficiency in Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (콘크리트 포장의 슬래브 두께 손실에 대한 지불규정 기준 정립을 위한 기초연구)

  • The current standards and specifications for the road pavement construction have been developed based on materials and construction methods. The pavements constructed in accordance with those specifications do not guarantee high performance of pavements since they do not consider long-term performance of pavements. Therefore, as part of the study to develop performance-based construction standards for pavements, the payment adjustment methods based on the pavement performance are currently being developed. This paper presents preliminary studies performed to develop the payment adjustment methods when there is deficiency in the concrete slab thickness that is one oi the most important factors for the pavement design and construction. First, the payment adjustment methods in USA were investigated. Then, the AASHTO failure equation, the relationship between slab thickness and stress, and the relationship between stress level and pavement life were employed to propose the payment adjustment concepts based on the pavement performance for the deficient slab thickness. The variation in the slab thickness according to measurement locations was investigated by taking cores. In addition, the measurement methods of slab thickness and the variation of measured thicknesses depending on performers were analyzed, and finally the methodology to develop the thickness deficiency ranges for the use in the payment adjustment methods was proposed.

  • In this study of estimating the benefits of environmental materials, the CVM method used in environmental economics was applied to estimate the value of pedestrian environment improvement. After finding the Willingness To Pay (WTP) level of residents through CVM, this study attempts to calculate quantitative benefits from the pedestrian environment improvement. In this study, a survey targeting the inhabitants in Seongbuk-gu adjacent to a business area was carried out for pedestrian environment improvement considering form of payment, willingness to pay and such by establishing and showing several virtual scenarios depicting a quiet and comfortable pedestrian environment. As a result, the willingness to pay level of the Seongbuk-gu residents was 627 won of surcharge for pedestrian environment improvement per month. Additionally, the annual total benefits by pedestrian environment improvement was estimated within a range from 1,247,516,820 won to 286,305,110 won.

A Study on the Benefit of Driving Amenity Based on Highway Density (도로 밀도에 따른 운전쾌적성 편익에 관한 연구)

  • Normally the benefits concerned in the feasibility study for highway constructions are travel time saving, vehicle operation cost, etc. which can be calculated using the simulation tool(EMME3). However, there must be extra benefits of driving amenity improvement that drivers can perceive through decreasing driving fatigue and improving driving comfortability. In this study, the definition of driving amenity was established and a method of estimation for the benefit of driving amenity improvement was developed. Highway type (urban/rural highway) and highway density was considered to estimate the driving amenity. And Double-bounded Dichotomous Choice among Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) was applied to survey the willingness-to-pay of drivers when highway density decreases. Finally the value of driving amenity was estimated using the results of survey and logit medel. As the existing highway density is high, willingness-to-pay increases in both urban and rural highways. Even though the changing rates of highway density are same, willingness-to-pay is different based on the existing highway density.

Valuation of Willingness to Pay for Forest Fire Prevention (산불 예방(豫防)을 위한 지불의사금액(支拂意思金額) 평가(評價))

  • The purposes of this study are to estimate mean willingness to pay (WTP) for preventing forest fires by contingent valuation method (CVM), and to calibrate the variables affecting WTP. The forest fire prevention fund was utilized as a payment vehicle to elicit respondents' willingness to pay (WTP). A total of 500 adults who reside in Seoul Metropolitan area were selected by two-stage cluster sampling and conducted the face-to-face interview. The scenario was designed to meet the requirements for double-bounded dichotomous choice CVM. More than half of the respondents (64.6%) have a willing to pay for the fund. The mean WTP was \4,532. Therefore a total WTP for the population was \34,165,758,000. The calibration of Weibull proportional hazard model showed that education level, environmental conservation intention and negative consciousness about the effect of forest fire were independent variables strongly influencing the WTP.

  • In the third generation mobile telecommunication systems such as UMTS, one of the important problems for value-added services is to check the recoverability of costs used by a mobile user. Previous authentication and payment schemes for value-added services by a mobile user across multiple service domains, rely on the concept of the on-line TTP, which serves as the users certification authority. In the third generation systems with many service providers, a wide range of services, and a diverse user population, authentication mechanisms with the on-line TTP provide a far from ideal solution. In this paper we present an efficient public-key protocol for mutual authentication and key exchange designed for value-added services in the third generation mobile telecommunications systems. The proposed ticket based authentication and payment protocol provides an efficient way for VASP to check the recoverability of costs without communication with the on-line TTP Furthermore, the proposed ticket based protocol can provide anonymous service usage for a mobile user.

  • 전자지불 시스템은 여러 조건을 필요로 하지만, 그 중에서도 이중 사용의 방지는 전자현금의 구현을 위해 꼭 갖추어야 할 조건이다. 이러한 이중사용의 방지를 위해 안전한 하드웨어를 사용하거나, 중앙서버에서 확인을 해주는 방법이 제안되고 있다. 중앙서버에서 확인을 해주는 방법은 기반 시스템이 없어도 사용이 가능하고 더 안전하다고 여겨지고 있다. 그러나, 중앙서버에서의 병목현상이 문제가 되며, 중앙서버가 외부의 침입에 의해 사용할 수 없게 되면 전체 시스템을 사용할 수 없게 된다. 본 논문에서는 중앙서버와 상점의 사이에 Gateway 를 두어 이러한 문제를 줄일 수 있는 구조를 제안하고자 한다.
