A cooperative game often arises from domination problem on graphs and the core in a cooperative game could be the optimal solution of a linear programming of a given game. In this paper, we define a {k}-fractional domination game which is a specific type of fractional domination games and find the core of a {k}-fractional domination game. Moreover, we may investigate the balancedness of a {k}-fractional domination game using a concept of a linear programming and duality. We also conjecture the concavity for {k}-fractional dominations game which is important problem to find the elements of the core.

본 논문에서는 정책개입시기를 이해하고 논의하는데 있어서 시스템 다이내믹스 학자들의 연구가 어떠한 시사점을 줄 수 있는가에 관하여 논의한다. 정책 시스템을 피드백 루프를 중심으로 하여 양의 피드백 루프가 지배하는 시스템, 음의 피드백 루프가 지배하는 시스템, 음과 양의 피드백 루프가 지배하는 시스템을 구분한다. 그리고 각 시스템에 있어서 바람직한 정책 개입의 시기에 관하여 논의하고, 어떠한 인지적 편향과 제도적 장애가 있는지를 논의한다.

This research investigates the systematic relation between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility(CSR). Based on the argument that corporate governance would play the role of mitigating conflicts between firms and society, we hypothesized that corporate governance would enhance CSR performance. Specifically, the firms with good governance are predicted to have CSR performance than those with bad governance. These hypotheses were tested using 130ce rean firms from 1998 to 2005. An index published by e rean Economic Justice mance the(KEJm) was used as the measureses wSR performance. Our empirical results suggest that the firms with good governance as measured by f reign investh bad goothshae directh bad goirdit committee exhibit better CSR performance. The primary purposeses this s tdy is to identify the determinants es the use b' satissaction and commitment in pe bn thomedia. For these purposes, we developegoi research modehobased on the literaturesreviews es pe bn tho media, pe ceived risk and interactivity, satissaction, and commitment. This study has identified four dimensions in the concept of perceived risk, such as privacy risk, social risk, time loss risk, and economic risk, and three dimensions in the concept of perceived interactivity, such as active control, two-way communication, and responsiveness.

현재 기업지배구조의 개선은 OECD 및 세계은행, CalPERS 등의 국제기관투자자는 물론이고 각국정부의 주요 과제로 등장하고 있다. 한국의 경우 기업지배구조의 개선이 핵심적인 경제이슈로 부각된 것은 1997년말에 닥친 외환위기와 극심한 불황을 당하고 나서라고 할 수 있다. 그후 외환위기의 극복과정에서 기업지배구조 모범규준 제정, 이사회 및 감사기구의 강화, 소수주주의 권한 강화, 기관투자자(외국인투자자 포함) 및 시민단체의 활동강화, 기업지배권 시장의 활성화 등 주로 정부주도에 의한 제도변화가 급속하게 도입 시행되었다. 일본의 경우에는 기업지배구조 개선에 대한 공식적인 논의는 한국보다 앞섰으나 제도의 도입과 실행은 한국에 비하여 상당히 늦었다. 2001년 12월의 상법개정에서 감사역의 독립성 강화, 사외감사역 제도의 충실화, 취체역의 책임경감, 주주대표 소송의 합리화 등 비교적 큰 폭의 제도개선이 이루어졌다. 그러나 사외이사를 중심으로 하는 미국식 이사회 제도의 채택은 향후의 개혁방향에 포함되어 있다.

This study confirms that there is a correlation between managers' incentive-compensation system(introduction of the compensation committee) and corporate governance mechanisms (ownership structure, proportion of outside directors, debt ratio, competitive strength), and analyzes whether firm value is affected by corporate governance mechanisms. The purpose of this paper are empirically tested using 318 firm-year data listed on the KRX from 2001 to 2010 and 2SLS(two-stage least square method) were used for the analysis of the hypotheses. The results of empirical tests are as follows. Firstly, there is no correlation between introduction of the compensation committee and corporate governance mechanisms. In addition, the results show that there is a causal relationship between some variables. Secondly, results from the analysis of the impact of corporate governance mechanisms on firm value, only introduction of the compensation committee and foreign investors ownership were analyzed as a positive impact on the firm value. This result means that most domestic firm don't actively used for managers' incentive-compensation system as a useful control device for improving corporate governance.

Wireless sensor networks use the concept of connected dominating sets that can form virtual backbones for effective routing and broadcasting. In this paper, we propose an optimization algorithm that configures a connected dominating sets in order to balance the load of nodes to increase network lifetime and to perform effective routing. The proposed optimization algorithm in this paper uses the metaheuristic method of tabu search algorithm, and is designed to balance the number of dominatees in each dominator in the constituted linked dominance set. By constructing load-balanced connected dominating sets with the proposed algorithm, it is possible to extend the network lifetime by balancing the load of the dominators. The performance of the proposed tabu search algorithm was evaluated the items related to load balancing on the wireless sensor network, and it was confirmed in the performance evaluation result that the performance was superior to the previously proposed method.

본 연구는 변화곡률 수평 곡선보의 면외 자유진동에 관한 연구이다. 뒴과 회전관성을 고려한 변화곡률 수평 곡선보의 자유진동을 지배하는 상미분방정식이 유도되었고, 이 지배미분방정식을 수치해석하여 곡선보의 고유진동수를 산출하였다. 지배미분방정식을 수치적분하기 위하여 Runge-Kutta method를 이용하였고, 고유진동수를 산출하기 위하여 Regula-Falsi method와 결합한 행렬값 탐사법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 타문헌의 고유진동수와 비교하였고, 실험실 규모의 모형실험을 실시하여 이론값과 실험값의 고유진동수를 비교하였다. 수치해석의 결과로 무차원 재변수들의 변화에 따른 무차원 고유진동수를 제 3모드까지 산출하였고, 그 결과들을 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 곡선형 교량 등과 같이 곡선부재로 이루어진 구조물의 설계시에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 4대강 살리기 등 하천 개발 사업으로 인한 하천환경의 변화로 하도 내 유사의 세굴 및 퇴적 문제가 제기되고 있으며 이에 대한 대책수립이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 국외의 경우 이미 수제와 같은 수공구조물의 설계 가이드와 유로 확보 및 하도 안정화를 위한 목적의 수제가 실제 하천에 적용된 사례를 확인할 수 있으며 경험적 공식 등을 통해 이미 실용화 단계에 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 소수의 수제 설치 등 제한적인 연구만이 진행되고 있을 뿐 하도 안정화를 위한 적절한 기술 개발이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 하도안정화를 위한 구조적 대책의 일환으로 이동상 수리모형 실험을 통해 단일 및 연속수제를 이용함에 있어 수제 설치에 따른 하상변화의 특성을 지배하는 매개변수(수심, 후루이드 수, 유속 등)를 검토하였다. 연구 결과 후루이드 수와 수심 뿐만 아니라 평균 유속 와 한계유속 $V_r$을 무차원화한 $V/V_{cr}$ 값이 하상 변동 양상에 지배적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였다. 수제주변의 정량적 세굴 및 퇴적 깊이와 범위는 물론 수제가 수제부 하류에 미치는 하상 변화의 영향 범위를 지배하는 인자들의 상관관계를 유도하였다. 본 연구에서 확인한 수제 설치 시 하상변동 특성을 지배하는 주요인자들과 이들의 상관관계는 하상의 안정성 확보 및 수제 설계 가이드라인 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 매출액대비연구개발비비중과 배당성향이라는 두 지표를 사용하여 IPO 전후 기업 경영의 변화를 관측하고, 이 같은 변화가 장기적인 기업 발전을 위한 창업자의 지배권 보장이라는 차등의결권 주식 발행의 필요성을 입증하는지 검토한다. 매출액대비연구개발비와 배당성향은 각각 장기적인 목적과 단기적 목적의 현금흐름 사용의 대표적 지표로서, 두 지표는 현금흐름의 처분에 대한 주주의 압력을 간접적으로 측정하는 지표이다. 두 지표가 IPO를 전후하여 크게 차이를 보이며, 또 그 차이가 단기적 이익보다 장기적 성과를 중시하는 방향으로 나타난다면 장기적 기업 가치 제고를 위해 차등의결권의 유용성을 방증할 수 있으나, 반대의 경우에는 차등의결권 도입의 실증적 근거가 미약하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2000년부터 2016년까지 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장, 코넥스시장에 상장한 기업 중 IPO 전후 3년 간, 즉 t-3년 ~ t+3년에 각각 연구개발비비중과 배당성향을 공시하고 있는 278개 기업과 37개 기업을 조사한 결과, 매출액대비연구개발비 비중이 IPO 이후 반드시 감소하였다고 판단할 수 없었다. 둘째, 배당성향은 일관되게 IPO 이전 수준이 IPO 이후 수준보다 높았다. 이 같은 결과는 기업의 장기적 발전을 위하여 창업자의 지배권을 보장하기 위해 차등의결권이 필요하다는 주장의 실증적 근거가 명확하지 않음을 의미한다. 단기적 시각의 주주에 대항하여 현금흐름과 지배권이 분리된 주식을 발행할 필요가 있다는 주장보다는 차등의결권이 지배주주의 경영권 영속화의 수단으로 활용될 수 있다는 비판이 보다 설득력이 있을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of cash holdings on internationalization of listed manufacturing firms. We explore moderating effect of managerial ownership between cash holdings and internationalization of firms. We analysed cross-sectional data of 645 listed companies from 2000 to 2013 using the fixed effects estimation. Empirical results showed that the there was a positive significant relation between cash holdings and internationalization of firms This study also found that managerial ownership have a significant negative moderating effects in the pathway between cash holdings and internationalization Cash liquidities can be rapidly induced internationalization. Managerial ownership increase agency cost, therefore, it might have a negative effects on internationalization These results suggest that agency cost with cash holdings is very important for cash management.
