본 연구에서는 광한루원 일대의 지적자료 분석을 통해 각 권역별 변화과정을 지리적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 기존 광한루 권역을 제외한 공간은 1930년대 이후 춘향각의 조성, 상업지구의 대규모 화재, 행정구역의 변경, 광한루원 확장 정비사업 등의 요인에 의한 지목의 변경, 지적의 합필 등을 통해 영역이 확장되는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 오늘날의 광한루원 영역을 규정하게 되었다.

The objectives of this research are to test the utility of semiparametric geographically weighted regression (SGWR, a spatial analysis method) in the small-scale urban sample, and to understand the geographic patterns of provision and pricing of sharing economy based accommodations in the tourist city. This paper focused on how network distance to heritage site, to casino, residential unit prices and other five attribute categories determine Airbnb price in Macau SAR, China. Findings show that SGWR models outperformed OLS models. Moreover, comparing with heritage sites, casinos are the stronger factors to drive up Airbnb (including hostels) rooms' provision and their prices; and residential unit prices are not related with the Airbnb price in the attraction clusters in Macau. This research showed a little example for the applications of SGWR in the small city, and for the analysis of online marketplace data as new urban study material. Practically, this study provides some scientific evidence for hosts, guests, urban planners, and policymakers' decision making in Macau.

geoContents have been closely related with personal life since the Google Earth and Street View by Google and the Road View by Daum were introduced. So, Location-based content, which is referred to geoContents, involving geometric spacial information and location-based image information is a sharp rise in demand. A mobile mapping system used in the area of map upgrade and road facility management has been having difficulties in satisfying the demand in the cost and time for obtaining these kinds of contents. This paper addresses geoData acquisition and processing system for producing panoramic images. The system consists of 3 devices: the first device is 3 GPS receivers for acquiring location information which is including position, attitude, orientation, and time. The second is 6 cameras for image information. And the last is to synchronize the both data. The geoData acquired by the proposed system and the method for authoring geoContents which are referred to a panoramic image with position, altitude, and orientation will be used as an effective way for establishing the various location-based content and providing them service area.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the value chain reorganization of cultural contents industry cluster in Daegu city and its impact on the regional economy. To achieve this goal, this research examined the change of value added structure, institutional milieu and networks among regional innovators and their effect on value chain reorganization of cluster. The result shows that the scope of the value chain generating value added have been extended and the networks among regional innovators have been increased. Such value chain reorganization has a positive effect on the regional economy. In the context of public policy, however, the focus of industrial policies needs to generate cultural and institutional specificities in a given region and to strength Triple helix innovation system.

While most of the real estate information provided on the web is simply based on the information of the properties like addresses, locations, prices etc, this paper suggests methodologies for the development of a total information system of real estate which can provide, in an one-stop mode, value-added real estate information contents. The total information system of real estate designed in this paper includes a geological information system using a GIS, a property information system using photos and videos, a systemized legal consulting system, a web call center where customers can communicate with real estate experties on the web and lastly marketing analyses system using credit card data.

Digital tourism is the digital support of the tourist experience before, during and after the tourist activity[1]. The GPS-enabled mobile phones provide location-based mobile applications such as tour guide and storytelling services. In this paper, we propose the smart tour guide service platform based on GIS and develop the mobile application to provide the smart tour guide service. The proposed smart tour guide service platform consists of CMS, the multi-modal navigation system, the tour attraction content creation and management system, the tour commodity creation and management system, the smart search system, and the user terminal. The smart tour guide application supports digital tourism in the pre-tour, during tour, and post-tour using the proposed smart tour guide service platform in the popular tourist attractions in Jeju.

The purpose of this study is development of the management and guide system for convenient use of new address guide system for systematic management and use of spatial information gained by management of numerical map of building and road to large basic new address, survey and input of main gate, setting up the road session, naming and input of road name, grant of given number of building, new address guide, life GIS and added information on Web-site in Jecheon-si city area In this study, development and establishment of new address management and guide system in local cities are designed by making full use of GIS function of client server base. A guide system is designed the same database as management system, and it is transformed into Web-GIS environment and developed in order to add the various functions of life GIS as wet as new address guide. In the result, the effectiveness of new address system and guide of Jecheon-si city could be highly increased owing to not only citizens'easy access but also easy availability of various informations necessary in life by developed its system.

This study has tries to define the structure of cubical substitute lot development and develope the logical tool for GIS(Geographic Information System). The research has found such important variables as the gap of land price, FARIfloor area ratio), LBR(land burden ratio) and etc. Among those variables, current land price and increasing rate of the price could not be controled by the developer and governments. LBR and FAR, however, could be negotiated and regulated by those shareholders. The result could define the control variables in cubical substitute lot which should be included in the future system for the development tool. The outcome could give the objective ground for local governments, landlords, and engineering companies which involve the cubical subsititute lot.

This study, as a pilot study to implement and extend the marine healing which has been rapidly extending oversea areas into the domestic market, has collected seven major marine healing resources such as ocean water, sand, salt, mud, seaweeds, forest, and weather targeting selected four pilot municipalities and established a GIS DB. Furthermore, web GIS based marine healing portal has been established to support the easier utilization of the GIS DB and various marine healing related contents, thereby facilitating expansion of related industry. The portal includes marine thematic maps as well as research papers, related therapy manuals, and various activities and programs of the pilot municipalities. It is expected that the portal would contribute to the expansion of the domestic marine healing industry significantly through the pilot operation of the portal, not to mention of the needs of subsequent studies for expansion of the marine GIS DB and securing more various contents.

Using bigdata analysis procedures, the present study sought to review and explore the various aspects of self-disclosure and boundary impermeability of worldwide twitter users. A total of 415 million tweets issued by 54 million users were collected during 6 months and the users of top 10 languages were investigated. And the effect of languages of twitter users on the boundary impermeability, disclosure rate of user profile, profile image, geographical information, URL in profile and user description were analyzed in this study. The results showed that the boundary impermeability and all the self-disclosure rates of twitter users (profile, profile image, geographical information, URL in profile, user description) were significantly (p<0.001) different among language groups of users. The self-disclosure rates and the average points of Portuguese, Indonesian and Spanish users were higher than those of Arabic, Japanese, Turkish and Korean users. The results also showed a positive relationship between boundary impermeability and the number of tweets (including retweets) issued by each users.
