A Instructional Method Design of Copyright Education using Game-Themed Programming in Elementary School Computer Class (초등컴퓨터 교육에서 게임소재 프로그래밍 학습과정을 통한 저작권 교수방법 설계)

  • In this paper, we designed instructional method through process that make digital work for active copyright education. This design composed by game-themed programming. We made students realize the effort of creation in algorithm and flow chart, coding progress. And, expressed the effort as copyright sign and cost. Also, we evaluate mutually and did so that confirm value. We applied proposed method to class. And, analyzed effect observing change of inside of students.

  • Web 2.0 could influence the teaching and learning system significantly due to its characteristics to utilize information using internet in various ways, to create information, and to reorganize it through information sharing. In this new environment of information-oriented classes using the computer, positive education method is required to develop new teaching/learning method based on the internet web 2.0 in order to fulfill the learner's intellectual curiosity and to lead the future-oriented classes. This paper proposed a teaching-learning models in the web 2.0-based internet information education and its effect analysis.

  • Recently there are many tries and researches for using web agent in education. The agent is a computer program as a common name which takes a role like a proxy or a middle ware for accomplishing the given something on behalf of user. Lately the agent is being used in the various fields. The teaching and learning is the one of those. It is the web agent that support the teaching and learning on the web. It has a concept of the program or the engine is able to do teachers roles on the behalf of him on the web. Not only the web agent is able to do teachers roles on the behalf of him, but also it is a helper that helps learners on the web. The web based teaching and learning environment has the web agent offers the personal and the adaptive information, interface, or contents.

  • Multimedia CAI programs have been produced which encourage self-study and positive learning activities. With instant feedback from the CAI program, students' errors can be corrected easily and the composition ability can be advanced have been done. To increase students' computer capability and composition abilities the following studies. 1. Make an estimate about the factors affecting composition themes and prepare a course based on individual students' needs. 2. Design and implement CAI programs for the enhancement of composition ability. 3. Find an effective teaching-learning model for the generalization of the CAI title and then verify the results.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop teaching-learning method for reading guidance librarians in Korean Library and Information Science. Even though it was an increase of needs for reading guidance librarians in libraries, reading education courses provided by LIS in Korea lacked. Also, most reading education courses of LIS stressed knowledge-oriented education than the practice of reading program design or reading experience. So this study developed the teaching-learning method of the self-directed learning for the activities of post-reading portfolio, management of reading program for motivation, and the team-projected learning for the design of reading program.

  • As the digital environment expended, concern about importance of narrative and its value has been increased. But detailed study regarding narrative analysis leaves much to be desired. Most studies on animation narrative structure are focused on Japanese and Disney animation of America, shot films in particular. Plus these have not been done by the comparative method but separately by product. This study aims at clarifying the peculiar narrative characteristics between Chinese and American animation through the comparative analysis about s, which are produced in the respective countries, China on behalf of High-context culture and America as the Low-context culture.

  • Logical thinking and creative thinking. in the elementary school are very important. Even though these have been studied very many, the computer program education has the lack of instruction strategy. In this paper, the instruction strategies of computer program language education in the elementary school to improve them are proposed. These are the principles of the input and output, effectiveness, generalization, simplification, and the principles of abstraction. These five principles are verified by the 20 experts from deep interview. Using the results of this study will contribute a lot of the program language eduction for elementary school teachers.

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate instructors perceptions on the use of quantitative educational software packages in management science and operations research (MS/OR) related courses. The investigation was conducted using a questionnaire survey of MS/OR instructors at US universities. The authors found that instructors were satisfied in the use of existing MS/OR educational software packages to effectively support their teaching in terms of computational speed, number of models offered, size of problems, and accuracy of algorithms. However, many instructors were not satisfied with the tutoring capability of packages such as 'what-if'analysis, graphics availability, explanation capacity, readability of output, and ease of use.

  • The purpose of this study is to measure teachers' beliefs to teach software education effectively. Based on the revised version of the STEBI-B questionnaire, factors influencing the software education were added through the literature review and composed of sub-factors of the category of personal software education teaching efficacy and software education outcome expectancy. And then, 146 in-service elementary school teachers were surveyed preliminary 35 questions. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis and reliability analysis, and 5 items were deleted to complete the final item. A factor analysis and reliability analysis of the final 30 questions were conducted to demonstrate the appropriateness of the item composition, and software education teaching efficacy belief instrument(SE-TEBI) was developed.
