Improvement of methods of teaching-learning and development of teaching materials for general education courses related to mathematics (수학 관련 교양교과목에 대한 교수-학습법 개선 및 교재 개발)

  • It is necessarily required to improve how the curriculum of general mathematics and teachinmethod should be managed at university level due to students' avoidance to mathematics and science, various types of college entrance system and change of environment of education, etc. This paper provides the levelled teaching method to overcome the differences of students in academical sense and suggests effective teaching and learning method for general mathematics along with the appropriate teaching materials for each level of students.

Efficient Self-supervised Learning Techniques for Lightweight Depth Completion (경량 깊이완성기술을 위한 효율적인 자기지도학습 기법 연구)

  • In an autonomous driving system equipped with a camera and lidar, depth completion techniques enable dense depth estimation. In particular, using self-supervised learning it is possible to train the depth completion network even without ground truth. In actual autonomous driving, such depth completion should have very short latency as it is the input of other algorithms. So, rather than complicate the network structure to increase the accuracy like previous studies, this paper focuses on network latency. We design a U-Net type network with RegNet encoders optimized for GPU computation. Instead, this paper presents several techniques that can increase accuracy during the process of self-supervised learning. The proposed techniques increase the robustness to unreliable lidar inputs. Also, they improve the depth quality for edge and sky regions based on the semantic information extracted in advance. Our experiments confirm that our model is very lightweight (2.42 ms at 1280x480) but resistant to noise and has qualities close to the latest studies.

The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Playfulness, Teachers'Positive Play Beliefs and Teaching Efficacy on Play on Teachers' Strategies of Problem Behavior Guidance (교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감이 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on the relationships among teachers'playfulness, teachers'positive play beliefs, teaching efficacy on play and teacher's strategies of problem behavior guidance, and especially the mediating effects of teaching efficacy on children's play. Subjects were 151 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Chungcheungnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, hierarchical multiple regression and the Sobel test. The main results of this study were as follows. First, teachers' playfulness and teachers'positive play beliefs had a positive influence on their proactive, positive reactive strategies of problem behaviors. On the other hand, teachers' positive play beliefs had a negative influence on their negative reactive strategies of problem behaviors. Second, teachers' playfulness and teachers'positive play beliefs had a positive influence on their teaching efficacy on play. Finally, the effects of teachers' playfulness on their proactive, positive reactive strategies of problem behaviors of preschoolers were totally mediated by their teaching efficacy on play.

Analysis on the Perception Discrepancy between Teacher's Teaching Goal and Students' Learning Goal in the Elementary School Mathematics Class for the Gifted (초등수학영재학급에서 교수자의 지도 목표와 학습자의 학습 목표 인식 간극 분석)

  • This study investigated the analysis of examples that gifted students' realizing the learning objectives through teaching method of the teacher's questions and advice. 6 gifted students were selected to be examined with 'magic square' in class. The teacher emphasized the learning objectives without directly proposing. Whereas, the teacher proposed the learning objectives by questioning and giving advice to students. After the class, the 6 gifted students were surveyed to answer about realizing the learning objectives of mathematics (about contents, process, and attitude in mathematics learning objectives). Mathematical gifted students thought about the process that consists of deductive thinking, analogic thinking, extensive thinking, creative thinking, and critical thinking. But, they underestimated the deductive thinking. So the teacher should develop the questions and advice to teach the mathematical gifted students according to the level of them. The high level of mathematical gifted students were able to realize the value and the importance of the mathematical attitude, while the low level of mathematical gifted students were able to realize them little. For this reason, the teacher should apprehend the level of the students, and propose materials and contents of the learning. The teacher should also make the gifted students realize value, will, and personality of mathematics by questions and advice. Lastly, like it is needed in general classes, there should be a constant researches and improvements about questions of the teacher that are appropriate to each student's learning abilities and cognition ability.

A Study on the Learnablity of Routing Algorithm in Elementary School Computer Education (초등학교 컴퓨터교육에서 라우팅알고리즘 학습가능성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to design and practice teaching and learning method for routing algorithm among computer science principle which is difficult to be taught to elementary school students and understood by students. And we find out whether elementary school students can understand those learning contents. Intellectual area was assessed through equivalent test paper before and after the test and emotional area was assessed through students' impressions after class. The test showed that routing algorithm could be taught to children. Therefore, this study presents the learnability of routing algorithm as a learning element of elementary school computer education.

  • 21세기는 지식 정보화 시대라고 말하며 정보 통신혁명은 모든 매체에서 인터넷을 연결시키면서 우리의 생활 및 사고에 대한 패러다임의 변화를 가져 왔다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미래사회를 대비해야 할 우리 어린이들에게 정보화의 발전과 주5일제 수업으로 더욱 활발해진 개별학습 기회가 혹시나 의미 없는 시간소비를 통해 사이버 폭력 및 사이버범죄 등 정보화(인터넷)의 역기능에 노출 될 위험성이 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 정보통신 윤리교육을 강화하여 인터넷의 역기능을 차단하고 창의적이고 탐구적인 학습활동에 흥미를 가지고 적극적으로 참여 할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 운영한다. 첫째, 학생 중심의 자치적인 온라인 커뮤니티 활동을 통해 학생중심의 게시판을 개발 적용한 후 게시판별 분석자료를 통해 학생 이해 및 소질과 적성을 발굴 지도한다. 둘째, 분석자료 내용을 누가 기록하고 그 내용을 가공, 적용하여 또래집단의 원활한 교우관계 조성과 성장발달을 도모하고 여가시간을 효율적으로 활용하는 능력을 길러 궁극적으로 자아실현과 새로운 가치창조의 기호가 되도록 지도하는데 연구의 목적을 두고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 지도학습(Supervised Learning)알고리즘을 사용하는 모듈러 스파이킹 신경회로망(Modular Spiking Neural Networks)에서 학습의 진행 상황에 맞추어 학습용 데이터를 사용하는 다중 단계 학습알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의하여 항공영상 클러스터링 문제에 적용한 결과를 보임으로써 실제적인 문제에서의 적용 타당성과 가능성을 보인다.

  • 본 논문은 인공신경망(artificial neural network)의 한 종류인 자기조직화 지도(self-organizing map)를 이용하여 비교말뭉치(comparable corpora)로부터 이중언어사전(bilingual lexicon)을 자동으로 구축하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 일반적으로 우리가 대상으로 하는 언어 쌍마다 말뭉치 혹은 초기사전과 같은 언어 자원을 수집하고 그것을 필요에 맞게 가공하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 이런 관점에서 볼 때, 비지도학습(unsupervised learning) 방법 중 하나인 자기조직화 지도를 이용하여 사전을 구축하면 다른 방법에 비해 적은 노력으로도 더 높은 성능을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국어와 불어에 대하여 실험을 하였고, 그 결과 적은 양의 초기사전으로도 주목할 만한 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다. 향후 연구로는 학습 파라미터에 대해 좀 더 다양한 실험을 하고, 다른 언어 쌍으로의 적용 및 기존의 평가사전을 확장하여 더 많은 경우에 대해 실험하는 것을 들 수 있다.

A Method of Using Digital Map to Improve Multicultural Education Efficiency: A Design of 'e-Atlas of Society and Culture' for Marriage Immigrant Women to Overcome Contextual Limitations (다문화교육 효율성 제고를 위한 전자지도의 활용방안 -결혼이주여성의 맥락적 한계 극복을 위한 'e-사회문화지도'설계-)

  • In this paper, we study on an 'e-Atlas of Society & Culture(e-ASC)', to develop and implement educational courseware for marriage immigrant women, to adapt Korean society. The 'e-ASC' can help cultural adaptation, such as the understanding of Korean people's common values and behaviors and can likewise provide opportunities to contribute to Korean society, for marriage immigrant women living in Korea. E-cultural map is a useful tool for providing educational experiences and sharing a sociocultural homogeneity, using three dimensional space, for both immigrants and residents. The 'e-Atlas of Society & Culture', suggested in this paper, using the notion of an E-cultural map, has a strong point. That is to say, the immigrants have contextual limitations about Korea and Korean culture, caused by some particular events in their motherland. This atlas provides an opportunity to overcome this contextual limitations and to help understand and adapt to Korean society for these immigrants. This 'e-Atlas of Society & Culture' can be an efficient educational tool for immigrants and can help marriage immigrant women understand and adapt Korean social and cultural phenomena. They might have contextual limitations about these phenomena in their motherland.

An Analysis of Named Entity Recognition System using MLM-based Language Transfer Learning (MLM 기반 언어 간 전이학습을 이용한 개체명 인식 방법론 분석)

  • 최근 다양한 언어모델의 구축 및 발전으로 개체명 인식 시스템의 성능은 최고 수준에 도달했다. 하지만 이와 관련된 대부분의 연구는 데이터가 충분한 언어에 대해서만 다루기 때문에, 양질의 지도학습 데이터의 존재를 가정한다. 대부분의 언어에서는 개체 유형에 대한 언어의 잠재적 특성을 충분히 학습할 수 있는 지도학습 데이터가 부족하기 때문에, 종종 자원 부족의 어려움에 직면한다. 본 논문에서는 Masked language modeling 기반 언어 간 전이학습을 이용한 개체명 인식 방법론에 대한 분석을 수행한다. 이를 위해 전이를 수행하는 소스 언어는 고자원 언어로 가정하며, 전이를 받는 타겟 언어는 저자원 언어로 가정한다. 본 논문에서는 언어모델의 토큰 사전에 언어 독립적인 가상의 자질인 개체 유형에 대한 프롬프트 토큰을 추가하고 이를 소스 언어로 학습한 뒤, 타겟 언어로 전이하는 상황에서 제안하는 방법론에 대한 평가를 수행한다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 방법론은 일반적인 미세조정 방법론보다 높은 성능을 보였으며, 한국어에서 가장 큰 영향을 받은 타겟 언어는 네덜란드어, 한국어로 전이할 때 가장 큰 영향을 준 소스 언어는 중국어인 결과를 보였다.
