Information technology leadership roles have undergone fundamental change over the past decade. Despite increase interest in recent years, little empirical research on Information Technology has been done. This paper suggests results from a survey in Korea on Information Technology. The survey collected data on general leadership roles such as information roles, decisional role and interpersonal role, as well as on specific Information Technology leadership roles such as planning leader, R&D manager, general manager, chief operating strategist. The role of a change leader is positively influenced by the number of years, the extent of strategic responsibility and the organization's revenue while it is negatively influenced by the number of years in the current position. R&D manager can be predicted by strategic responsibility and chief executive's IT use, Manager can be predicted by the extent of strategic responsibility. Although several significant predictors of Information Technology leadership roles were identified, the more signigicant study should continue in the future.

This study investigated the effects of perceived organizational justice on innovation resistance among instructors in sport centers and examined the mediating effects of organizational trust on these relationships. Total 274 sport instructors participated in this study. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling, and the results of this study were as follows: First, distributive justice had a negative effect on psychological resistance, while distributive justice had no significant effect on behavioral resistance. Second, procedural justice had a negative effect on psychological resistance and behavioral resistance. Third, both distributive justice and procedural justice had a positive effect on organizational trust. Fourth, organizational trust had a negative effect on psychological resistance and behavioral resistance. Fifth, organizational trust had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between distributive justice and psychological resistance and a full mediating effect on the relationship between distributive justice and behavioral resistance. Also, organizational trust had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between procedural justice and innovation resistance.

In this paper, we proposed an autopilot of the unmanned piloted vehicle to guide to the specific position and analyzed robustness of the designed autopilot. We divide an aircraft velocity into the three case which are low, crusing and high speed, and designed autopilot gains are gain scheduled. We generated the turbulence for the operational altitudes and analyzed performance of the autopilot about it. We proved robustness of the designed autopilot for the turbulence and gust using simulation.

This paper examines political leaders' image based on the concepts of social identity and distance. These concepts come from the two ideas: (1) Individuals create events to confirm the sentiments that they have about themselves and others in the current situation. (2) During this process structured sets of beliefs (social identity) about attributes of various entities are formed. Statistical analysis of the data from college students in Seoul offers three main findings. First, attributes clustered into four major groups-sociability, responsibility, power and activity. Sociability concerns as sense of approval or disapproval that can elaborated into closeness and intimacy. Responsibility relates to the judgement of morality, public obligation, or other standards. Power refers to social power, physical magnitude and so on. Activity indexes an entity's spontaneity, which can be elaborate into judgements of agency, speed and so on, Second, respondents evaluate negatively political leaders at the dimensions of sociability, responsibility, and activity, They are positively evaluated only at the dimension of power. Third, political leaders who are felt to be closer than others seem to have more political support nowadays.

최근 세계경제의 중장기적 본 연구는 창업가의 유아기·청소년기를 거쳐 생애 전 과정에 영향을 미치는 부모, 동료, 지도자를 주요 타자로 선정하여 이러한 사람들과의 애착이 창업가의 회복탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적 분석을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 제시하자면 이 연구의 목적은 다음의 세 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 우리나라 창업가들이 가지는 부모, 친구, 지도자와의 애착에 대해 파악한다. 둘째, 세 분류의 집단과의 애착이 각각 창업가의 회복탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인한다. 셋째, 애착을 형성한 이들 세 집단 중 창업가의 심리적 요인에 가장 긍정정인 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 심리적 대인관계를 통한 창업가의 과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 또한 이 과정에서 기업가적 회복탄력성이 미치는 조절 효과를 함께 고찰해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업을 한지 2년 이상이 된 창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해, SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 사용하여 변인들간의 상관분석과 t 검정을 실시하였으며, AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling; SEM)을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 창업가에 중요한 영향을 미치는 대상으로서 부모, 동료 및 지도자와의 애착 정도가 창업가의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향력을 하나의 모형에서 동시에 살펴봄으로써, 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 창업가의 부모와의 관계, 동료와의 관계 그리고 지도자와의 관계를 긍정적으로 형성하고 유지하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다. 또한, 부애착이 창업가의 회복탄력성에 모해착과 동료애착에 비해 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견된 본 연구 결과는 아버지 역할을 강조하는 최근의 경향을 반영하는 것으로, 창업가의 회복탄력성과 관련한 아버지의 역항의 중요성을 시사한다. 본 연구 결과는 창업가의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위한 다양한 중재적 노력에 기여할 수 있는 기초 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 창업가의 회복탄력성을 높이기 위한 아버지와의 애착 프로그램과 동료 및 지도자와의 관계 향상 프로그램의 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

To identify the relationship between leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of sports instructor for elderly, this study conducted a research on 199 exercise sports instructors for elderly working at 6 sports centers located in 6 regions of Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019. The research results were as follows. First, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the organizational commitment. Secondly, the leadership of sports instructor for elderly had a significant influence on the job satisfaction. Above results showed that leadership of sports instructor for elderly is an important factor that enhances organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus, it is necessary to provide leadership education on sports instructors to develop upright character and capability. This would result in promoting elderly's participation in sports for all, enhancing pleasure, and continuing healthy life in old age. Furthermore, the role of such sports instructors would enhance the quality of life for elderly.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among role Perception, coaching behavior and coaching confidence of Judo coaches. Using a convenience sampling method, 196 coaches in judo from registered in Korea Jodo Association. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using IBM SPSS Statistics v21 and IBM SPSS Amos v21. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the Role Perception had influence to the Coaching Behavior. Second, it showed that the Role Perception gave influence to the coaching confidence. Third, it showed that the Coaching Behavior affected the coaching confidence.

2015년 현재 일본 전체 원유생산량의 53%를 차지하는 북해도 낙농의 오늘이 있기까지는 수많은 선구자들의 노력이 숨어있다. 그 가운데서도 꾸로자와 도리조(黑澤 西藏)의 낙농철학이 지니는 의미는 오늘날 어려움에 직면한 국내 낙농에 있어서도 많은 것을 시사한다. 그 같은 의미에서 북해도 낙농의 역사와 그 과정에서 꾸로자와가 보여준 낙농지도자로서의 역할과 발자취에 대해 간략히 살펴보기로 한다.

When human beings acquire and develop knowledge through education, their prior knowledge influences the next learning process. As this is a fact that should be considered in machine learning, we need to examine the effects of controlling the order of training sequence on machine learning. In this research, the role of the supervisor is extended to control the order of training samples, in addition to just instructing the target values for classification problems. The supervisor sequences the training examples categorized by SOM to the learning model which in this case is MLP. The proposed method is distinguished in that it selects the most instructive example from categories formed by SOM to assist the learning progress, while others use SOM only as a preprocessing method for training samples. The result shows that the method is effective in terms of the number of samples used and time taken in training.

The purpose of this study was to explore how SCUBA diving instructors' perception on their divers affects the buddy selection process in SCUBA diving clubs. For the purpose of this study, 6 people who have more than 5 year experiences and have been working as instructor in scuba diving clubs were selected as research participants. The results are as follows. First, they perceived necessity of buddy selection through awareness of importance of buddy through education and through partner perception to overcome perceived danger. Second, when selecting a buddy, they established standards according to level whether they have a rescue diver license and secured standards through new sense of value. Third, buddy selection determinants were interaction between buddies, mutual trust and realization of buddy's role. As such, a SCUBA diver should select other buddy to perform pair diving and buddy is selected based on relationship such as mutual communication, mutual trust and belief. When they perform buddy's role comprehensively based on mutual relationship with buddy, continuous relationship as buddies can be built.
