To create a wind resource map, we need a contour map, a roughness map and wind data. We need a land cover map for the roughness map of these data. A land cover map represents the area showing similar characteristics after color indexing based on the scientific method. The features of land cover is classified by Remote sensing technique. In this study, we verified the application of the NDVI technique is reasonable after we created the wind resource map using roughness maps by unsupervised classification and NDVI technique. As a result, the wind resource map using the NDVI technique showed a 60% accordance rate and difference in class less than one. From the results, The NDVI technique is found alternative to create roughness maps by the unsupervised classification.

The aim of this study was to determine importance of coaching knowledge and university curriculum from the perspectives of physical activity lectures. This study focused on importance of knowledge on physical activity education, experiences of teaching methods classes and training programs, comparative importance of coaching knowledge and university education, perceived difficulties in coaching and solutions, and coaching related knowledge needed to learn in their university training. Data were collected from 112 physical activity lectures working in commercial, community, and school settings. Results from qualitative and quantitative data revealed that they perceived knowledge of sport pedagogy very important when coaching their classes or members. While they took fewer coaching methods classes in their universities, their experiences from the classes were helpful in coaching. The differences between perceived importance and the level of education were greater in the areas including consultation of members, management of membership, and communication with members. They tried to solve difficulties by themselves or wanted to discuss with colleagues and employers. If possible they also wanted to seek educational consulting. In order to acquire adequate coaching knowledge the lectures need to received systematic training regarding sports skills teaching methods, theories and practices of various sports, and planning of sports skills coaching while they were in university programs.

The main purpose of this study is to find out what teaching method is more effective than others through experiments for college students. Therefore, this study aims to review various effective methods of vocabulary teaching. According to the results of the experiments, the methods of teaching vocabulary through the process of word formation and meaningful words led to the high scores at the posttest regardless of the scores gained by the individual subjects at the pretest. However, the method of teaching vocabulary through context showed that the improved scores at the posttest generally reflected the individual differences of the scores at the pretest. That is, in the latter, it is recognizable that the subjects who achieved the high scores at the pretest did very well at the posttest as well. In conclusion, judging from the mean rate of improvement, the method of teaching vocabulary through word formation seems to be more effective than that of teaching vocabulary through meaningful words and context.

본 연구는 세 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 첫 부분에서는 문헌을 통해서 어린이를 위한 독서지도의 필요성과 어린이들이 지니고 있는 독서흥미 그리고 그에 따른 지도 방안을 고찰해보았다. 둘째 부분에서는 우리나라 공공도서관에서 이루어지고 있는 어린이를 위한 독서지도 현황을 설문조사 및 면담법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 셋째 부분에서는 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 어린이 독서회에서 적용할 수 있는 독서지도 프로그램을 작성해 보았다.

지도는 지구표면의 입체적인 지형을 일부 또는 전부를 일정한 비율로 축소하여 자연물과 인조물을 규정된 기호로써 지면에 그린 것을 말하며, 등산 계획 및 산행에 있어서 절대적으로 필요한 것이다. 따라서 지도는 등산중에 언제나 손쉽게 펴 볼 수 있도록 휴대하여 등산중에 자기 위치를 알아보고 다음 목적지의 지형을 지도상에서 미리 연구한 후에 행동하여야 한다. 그러므로 지도는 산을 찾는 등산객의 눈이 되며 안내자가 되어 주는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 독도법 훈련은 평소부터 가까이 하여 충분히 읽을 수 있도록 노력해야 하겠다.

음성인식기능을 이용한 지도정보 검색 시스템의 실용화를 위하여 독자적인 지도검색 알고리즘을 구현하여 기존의 GIS 용 검색툴을 이용함으로서 소요되는 비용을 최저화하면서도 어느 정도의 검색속도를 유지할 수 있는 음성구동지도검색시스템 구현을 위해 개발한 검색엔진의 성능 평가 실험을 통하여 그 유효성을 확인하고자 한다. 지도정보 검색시스템은 크게 음성인식부, 지도검색부로 나눌 수 있으며, 음성인식부에서는 유한상태오토마타에 의한 구문 제어를 통하여 OPDP 법으로 대상 단어의 인식을 수행하고, 지도검색부에서는 기존의 시스템에 사용된 OLE 기법에 기저한 Mapinfo 툴을 이용하지 않고, Visual C++를 이용한 독자적인 알고리즘을 구성하여 지도자료를 읽어 들이도록 구성하였다. 평가결과, 사무실 환경하에서 지도검색용 68단어를 대상으로 실시한 on-line test에서 검색 대상 단어인식률은 98.02%를 얻었으며, 이 때 해당지도를 화면에 나타내는데 걸리는 시간은 평균 18.2초가 소요되었다.

The Pharmaceutical Affairs Act stipulates medication counseling as an obligatory requirement in the case of preparation of medicine. In fact, there are many cases where pharmacists only tell patients the dose and time and do not properly guide them on taking medications. However, in light of the current situation where non-face-to-face treatment is being attempted, there is a high possibility of drug-taking accidents due to insufficient medication guidance. In addition, as an aging society progresses, the need for explanations on pharmaceuticals is increasing. If a pharmacist causes damage to a patient by failing to give appropriate medication guidance, the patient can claim compensation for damages. In addition, if a drug accident occurs due to a conflict between the pharmacist's duty to guide medication and the doctor's duty to explain, a joint tort is established between the pharmacist and the doctor. Nevertheless, there are cases in which only doctors are judged to bear the tort liability. However, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act includes providing information for the selection of over-the-counter drugs in the medication guidance as part of the medication guidance obligation. Therefore, in order to reconsider the importance of the medication-taking guidance duty, it is necessary to define the medicationaking information provision method and the medication-taking guidance duty as separate concepts. In addition, it is necessary to amend related regulations centered on patients so that medication guidance, such as side effects of medicines and interactions with concomitant medications, can be made in detail.

본 논문은 비구조적인 자연어 문장으로부터 두 개체 사이의 관계를 표현하는 구조적인 트리플을 밝히는 관계추출에 관한 연구를 기술한다. 사람이 직접 언어적 분석을 통해 트리플이 표현되는 형식을 입력하여 관계를 추출하는 규칙 기반 접근법에 비해 기계가 데이터로부터 표현 형식을 학습하는 기계학습 기반 접근법은 더 다양한 표현 형식을 확보할 수 있다. 기계학습을 이용하려면 모델을 훈련하기 위한 학습 데이터가 필요한데 학습 데이터가 수집되는 방식에 따라 지도 학습, 원격지도 학습 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 지도 학습은 사람이 학습 데이터를 만들어야하므로 사람의 노력이 많이 필요한 단점이 있지만 양질의 데이터를 사용하는 만큼 고성능의 관계추출 모델을 만들기 용이하다. 원격지도 학습은 사람의 노력을 필요로 하지 않고 학습 데이터를 만들 수 있지만 데이터의 질이 떨어지는 만큼 높은 관계추출 모델의 성능을 기대하기 어렵다. 본 연구는 기계학습을 통해 관계추출 모델을 훈련하는데 있어 지도 학습과 원격지도 학습이 가지는 단점을 서로 보완하여 타협점을 제시하는 학습 방법을 제안한다.

Existing Bayesian update method using ultrasonic sensors only for mobile robot map building has a problem of the quality of map being degraded in the wall with irregularity, which is caused by the wide beam distribution. For improving this problem, an infrared sensors aided map building method is presented in this paper. Information of obstacle at each region in ultrasonic sensor beam is acquired using the infrared sensors and the information is used to get the confidence of ultrasonic sensor information via fuzzy inference system and genetic algorithm. Combining the resulting confidence with the result of Bayesian update method, an improve map is constructed. The proposed method showed good results in the simulations and experiments.
