  • 전력계통에서 고장이 발생할 경우, 변전소 운전원은 빠르고 정확한 고장 복구 조작을 수행해야 한다. 그러나 고장 발생의 빈도가 높지 않아 실제 상황이 발생하면 실제 경험이 부족한 운전원들은 신속하고 정확한 고장 복구를 수행하기 어려워진다. 또한 최근에는 변전소 무인화에 따른 자동 운전 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 현재 변전소의 구성 및 운전 상황에 맞춰 적절한 고장 복구 지침을 제시해주는 고장복구 지원 시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 연구개발을 진행하고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 현재 개발 중인 감시반 시스템의 구조와 설계 내용을 기술하였다.

Loitering Detection Solution for CCTV Security System (방범용 CCTV를 위한 배회행위 탐지 솔루션)

  • In this paper, we propose a loitering detection using trajectory probability distribution and local direction descriptor for intelligent surveillance system. We use a background modeling method for detecting moving object and extract the motion features from each moving object for making feature vectors. After that, we detect the loitering behavior person using K-Nearest Neighbor classifier. We test the proposed method in real world environment and it can achieve real time and robust detection results.

  • As the industrial society is developing wars, terrors, and vicious crimes is getting increased. These dangerous factors are caused of casualty and subversiveness of social order. Such vicious crimes lead people to feeling of insecurity. That is why naturally people want to build and inspect strengthened security system. CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. This thesis will be described regarding the trend of the intelligent surveillance camera and the scenario.

  • lots of problems are emerged on the conventional surveillance systems at urban railway infrastructure. Many projects and research activities have been processing on those problems. Moreover, The interest in Intelligent Video Surveillance System that provides accident prevention and safe driving in urban railway service is dramatically increasing. This paper represents a drawback of existing studies and introduces a new solution using RFID TAG technology to improve the existing problems. Finally, it describes the practice test of automatic notification system based USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) for a dangerous situation.

  • Recently, CCTV cameras are emplaced actively to reinforce security and intelligent surveillance systems have been under development for detecting and monitoring of the objects in the video. In this study, we propose a method for detection of upper body in intelligent surveillance system using FCM-based RBFNN classifier realized with the aid of HOG features. Firstly, HOG features that have been originally proposed to detect the pedestrian are adopted to train the unique gradient features about upper body. However, HOG features typically exhibit a very high dimension of which is proportional to the size of the input image, it is necessary to reduce the dimension of inputs of the RBFNN classifier. Thus the well-known PCA algorithm is applied prior to the RBFNN classification step. In the computer simulation experiments, the RBFNN classifier was trained using pre-classified upper body images and non-person images and then the performance of the proposed classifier for upper body detection is evaluated by using test images and video sequences.

  • Current CCTV systems, which require continuous monitoring of the screens, have the limitation to detect and respond to the crime scenes in timely manner. Therefore, in recent years, the request for more intlligent surveillance system, with a ubiquitous sensor network, is increasing in order to behave more humanly fashions. Such systems require cllective data processing of the environments based on various sensors. In this article, we suggests a new paradigm based surveillance system which integrates PSD and dual PIR sensors. The proposed system evlves from a existing indoor intrusion detection system which can only identify the intrusion event to a better inteligent system with context awareness. We have conducted the various simulations in order to prove the effectiveness of the proposed system.

  • 비디오 해석 및 추적기술은 특정한 시스템에서만 적용되는 것이 아니다. 이것은 비디오 내에서 의미 있는 정보를 능동적으로 감시 대상을 정의, 해석, 모델화, 추정 및 추적 할 수 있는 기반 기술을 의미하다. 일반적으로 감시시스템에서 감시 대상은 사람이나 차량이며, 상황에 따라 출입통제 구역으로 설정하기도 한다. 이는 연속된 영상에서 객체의 형태, 모양, 행동 분석, 움직임, 색상정보를 가지고 데이터 정의, 검출, 모델화를 통하여 인식, 식별 그리고 추적한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 영상분석을 통해 단일카메라기반의 감시시스템과 PTZ 카메라기반 감시시스템 제안한다. 이때 단일 카메라기반의 감시는 배경생성방법을 이용하여 연속된 영상내의 객체를 지속적으로 관리가 가능하도록 설계하였고, PTZ 카메라기반의 감시는 카메라의 이동에 따른 배경안정화 방법과 카메라의 절대좌표를 활용하여 카메라 이동을 제어함과 동시에 오검출 문제를 해결하였다. 실험 및 결과분석으로는 시나리오 환경에서 배경생성방법을 이용한 검출의 정확성과 PTZ카메라 위치 변화에도 강인한 검출 결과를 비교 분석하였다.
