Development of Cooperative Object Tracking Algorithm Under the Sensor Network Environment (센서네트워크 상황하의 협력적 물체 추적 알고리즘 개발)

  • With recent advances in device fabrication technology, economical deployment of large scale sensor networks, a design of pervasive monitoring and control system has been made possible. In this paper, we present a new algorithm for one of the most likely applications for sensor networks; tracking moving targets. The proposed algorithm uses a cooperations between the sensor nodes which detect moving objects. Therefore, the proposed scheme is robust against prediction failures which may result in temporary loss of the target. Using simulations we show that tile proposed moving object tracking algorithm is capable of accurately tracking targets with random movement patterns.

  • In this paper recognized for trajectory using Condensation algorithm. In this pater used fuzzy controller for recognized trajectory using fuzzy reasoning. The fuzzy system tract to the three-dimensional space for raw and roll movement. The joint angle ${\theta}_1$ of the manipulator rotate from $0^{\circ}\;to\;360^{\circ}$, and the joint angle ${\theta}_2$ rotate from $0^{\circ}\;to\;180^{\circ}$. The moving object of velocity display for recognition without error using Condensation algorithm. The tracking system demonstrated the reliability of proposed algorithm through simulation against used trajectory.

A Study on Water Level Control of PWR Steam Generator at Low Power Operation and Transient States (저출력 및 과도상태시 원전 증기발생기 수위제어에 관한 연구)

  • The water level control system of the steam generator in a pressurized water reactor and its control problems are analysed. In this work the stable control strategy during the low power operation and transient states is studied. To solve the problem, a fuzzy logic control method is applied as a basic algorithm of the controller. The control algorithm is based on the operator's knowledges and the experiences of manual operation for water level control at the compact nuclear simulator set up in Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute. From a viewpoint of the system realization, the control variables and rules are established considering simpler tuning and the input-output relation. The control strategy includes the dynamic tuning method and employs a substitutional information using the bypass valve opening instead of incorrectly measured signal at the low flow rate as the fuzzy variable of the flow rate during the pressure control mode of the steam generator. It also involves the switching algorithm between the control valves to suppress the perturbation of water level. The simulation results show that both of the fine control action at the small level error and the quick response at the large level error can be obtained and that the performance of the controller is improved.

  • 고전제어와 현대제어의 이론을 선형제어론을 중심으로 각각의 특징을 간략히 살펴보았다. 21세기의 문턱에 서 있는 현재, 과학의 발전은 급진전하고 있음은 주지하는 바이며, 이러한 시점에서 천학비재한 필자가 제어계의 미래를 전망한다는 것은 대단히 어려운 일이지만, 현재 상황으로 볼 때 짧은 기간의 미래에는 강인성에 중점을 둔 제어기의 설계에 관한 연구가 계속 되어지리라고 본다. 그리고 컴퓨터 기술의 발달과 더불어 복잡한 제어 알고리즘도 쉽게 실현될 수 있으므로 뉴럴네트워크 및 인공지능에 의한 제어 기술도 크게 발전될것으로 생각된다. 한편 일반적인 제어기의 설계 순서는 대상으로 하는 플란트의 동특성을 고려하여 플란트를 수학적으로 모델링하고, 모델링된 공칭모델을 기초로 하여 제어기를 설계한 다음, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 설계된 제어계의 타당성을 검토하여 불만족스러운 경우는 제어계를 재설계하거나, 나아가 모델링을 다시 하는 것이 통상적으로 이용되어온 설계 순서였다. 이 경우는 플란트의 모델링 과정과 제어기 설계 과정이 완전히 독립적으로 이루어졌다. 그러나 최근 모델링과 제어기 설계의 불가분(나눌수 없음) 성이 제기되면서, 시스템의 동정(identification)과 보상기(compensator)의 통합화 설계기법이 제안되고 있으며, 앞으로 이 연구 테마도 흥미있는 한 분야가 될 것으로 생각된다.

  • According to increase of the factory-automation's(FA) in the field of production, the autonomous guided vehicle's(AGV) role is also increased, The study about an active and effective controller which can flexibly prepare for the changeable circumstance is in progressed. For this study. the research about ac1ion base system to evolve by itself is also being actively considered In this paper. we composed an ac1ive and effective AGV fuzzy controller to be able to do self-organization, For composing it. we tuned suboptimally membership function using genetic algorithm(GA) and improved the control efficiency by the self-correction and generating the control rules. self-organizing controlled(SOC) fuzzy controller proposed in this paper is capable of Self-organizing by using the characteristics of fuzzy controller and genetic algorithm. It intuitionally controls AGV and easily adapts to the circumstance.

  • In this paper the fuzzy extension for the classical engineering mechanics problems is studied. The governing differential equation is derived for the buckling loads of the columns with uncertain mediums: the their own weight and the flexural rigidity. The columns with one typical end constraint(hinged1 clarnped/free) and the other finite rotational spring with fuzzy constant are considered in numerical examples. The vertex method is used to evaluate the fuzzy functions. The Runge-Kutta method and Determinant Search method are used to solve the differential equation and determine the buckling loads, respectively. The membership functions of the buckling load are calculated. The index of fuzziness to quantitatively describe the propagation of fuzziness is defined. According to the fuzziness of governing factors, the varlation of index of fuzziness for buckling load is investigated, and the sensitivity for the end constraints is analyzed.

  • Sometimes we need to acquire symbolic quantity of information instead of physical quantity for the output of any system. For instance we can not control traffic signal accurately through only the number of vehicles. At that case we can produce better output using symbolic quantity of road length and width and vehicle type. But it is very difficult to aggregate symbolic information from the unrelated and mutually conflicted input after calculating linear and related expression. Moreover that will take much time to produce symbolic output by the physical quantity only. In this paper we implemented the ultimate traffic control information by using fuzzy sensor algorithm and compared our results with the conventional traffic controller after studying the necessity of symbolic information in the traffic control.

  • It is essential to develop an algorithm for the estimate of link travel velocity and for the supply and control of travel information in the context of intelligent transportation information system. The paper proposes the fuzzy logic based prediction of link travel velocity. Three factors such as time, date and velocity are considered as major components to represent the travel situation. In the fuzzy modeling, those factors were expressed by fuzzy membership functions. We acquire position/velocity data through GPS antenna with PDA embedded probe vehicles. The link travel velocity is calculated using refined GPS data and the prediction results are compared with actual data for its accuracy.

  • 현재 지능형 서비스로봇이 활성화되고 있으며 지능형 로봇 분야에서 청소로봇은 개인생활의 본질적인 운동성을 보조하며 인간과 공생의 형태를 지원하는 로봇으로 성장하고 있다. 청소로봇은 가정에서 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 가정환경과 적절한 상호작용은 필수적이다. 따라서 로봇이 외부의 서버와 협동을 통한 원격제어는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 현재 지도 작성이 가능한 청소로봇은 바닥에 센서를 부착하거나 작업환경에 카메라 및 기타 많은 장치를 구축하므로 고가의 장비로 분류되어 일반적으로 활용지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇의 효율적인 제어를 위하여 작업환경에서 로봇의 궤적과 센서정보를 원격으로 서버에 전달하고 서버는 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 지도를 작성하고 최적의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 알고리즘을 연산하여 로봇에 전달할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 이는 로봇이 지도 작성을 위한 연산 과정을 줄이므로 수행 시간을 단축하고 로봇에 주어지는 부하를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 원격으로 제어를 수행하므로 무선통신이 가능한 각종 디바이스와 상호 연동할 수 있는 체계를 만들어 유비쿼터스 환경을 구축할 수 있는 계기를 만들므로 청소로봇의 성능이 향상될 수 있음을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 청소로봇을 제작하고 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 전체적으로 주어진 작업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • Recently the trends toward reduction in size of industrial products have increased the application of micro drilling. But micro drilling has still much difficulty so that the needs for active control which give adaptation to controller are expanding. In this paper initial cutting condition was determined for some sorkpieces by experiment and GA-based Fuzzy controller was devised by genetic algorithms and fuzzy inference. The fuzzy inference has been applied to the various prob- lems. However the determination of the membership function is one of the difficult problem. So we introduce a genetic algorithms and propose a self-tuning method of fuzzy membership function. Based on this intelligent control, automation of micro drilling was carried out like the cutting process of skilled machinist.
