  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting female college students' behaviors in seeking reproductive health information on the Internet and to explore the relationships among these factors. Based on the Health Belief Model(HBM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB), perceived sensitivity, perceived severity, perceived benefit, perceived barriers, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and affective evaluation were defined as key factors, and the study was designed accordingly. An online survey was distributed to female college students in Seoul through the university student's online community, 'Everytime.' The results showed that the intention of female college students to seek reproductive health information via the Internet was associated with higher perceived sensitivity, perceived benefit, and subjective norms, and lower perceived barriers. There were statistically significant differences between groups in terms of sexual experiences, experience with reproductive system disorders, and the level of health interest. We believe that this research outcome will contribute to assessing the level of awareness regarding reproductive health among female college students, thereby aiding in the development of online health information literacy education or related service programs by university libraries, health institutions, and similar entities targeting female college students.

  • While strategic alliance of multinational corporation has boost, opportunistic behavior is also increased recently. This study examines the cause of opportunism in strategic alliance by focusing on the development of opportunistic behavior, a process in which resource complementarity and risk perception decides attitudinal direction, ultimately leading to opportunism. Empirical test based on 257 alliance participants shows that risk perception had a greater influence on firms' attitudinal and behavioral directions compared to benefit perception. Notably, relational risk heavily influenced firms' competitive attitude and opportunistic behavior. Finally, the study concludes that firms' competitive and independent attitude caused by risk perception negatively influence alliance outcome. Based on the results, it is drawn that alongside the external tools such as surveillance, control, monitoring or legalistic pleas, management of risk perception during the alliance process has significance influence on the achievement of alliance goals.

Therefore, this study investigated factors influencing nursing students' attitudes toward SP. Data were collected from 291 nursing students from May to June, in 2016. According to the results, perceived benefit (4.26) was the highest among sub factors of the health belief model, test score of SP was 78.8%, and attitude score (4 point scale) was 3.63. Perceived sensitivity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, knowledge about SP showed significant correlations with the attitudes towards SP. Among sub-factors of the health beliefs, perceived sensitivity (${\beta}=.152$, p<.05) and perceived barrier (${\beta}=-.125$, p<.05) were found to influence nursing students' attitudes toward SP (F= 5.680, p<.001). Hence, it can be concluded that a convergence education program promoting health belief is needed for improving attitudes toward SP among nursing students.
