Digital Evidence Data in cyberspace is easy to modify or delete, and changes are reflected in real time, so it is necessary to acquire evidence data quickly. Collecting evidence on the client side is advantageous in that data can be acquired without time delay due to additional administrative procedures, but collection of large data is likewise vulnerable to collection time delay problem. Therefore, this paper proposes an automated evidence collection method on the client side, focusing on the major web-based services in cyberspace, and enables efficient evidence collection for large volumes of data. Furthermore, we propose a digital evidence collection system in cyberspace that guarantees the integrity of the collected digital evidence until the court submission.

A major impediment in using the Dempster-chafer evidence combination scheme is its computational complexity, which in general is exponential since DS scheme allows any subsets over the frame of discernment as focal elements. To avoid this problem, we propose a method called approximate evidence combination scheme. This scheme is applied to a few sample applications and the experiment results are compared with those of VBS. The results show that the approximation scheme achieves a great amount of computational speedup and produces belief values within the range of deviation that the expert allows.

질의 또는 문서에 대한 상이한 표현 방법 또는 상이한 검색 기법은 서로 다른 집합의 문서들을 검색한다고 알려져왔다. 최근 이러한 특성을 이용하여 다양한 표현 방법 또는 검색 기법을 결합함으로써 보다 높은 검색 효과를 얻을수있음이 입증되었다. 그러나 이러한 다중 증거 결합이 검색 효과를 개선시키는 이유에 대해서는 아직까지 충분한 설명이 이루어지지않은 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 다중 증거 결합이 검색 효과를 개선하는 이유를 분석하고 이에 근거하여 다중 증거들을 효과적으로 결합할수 있는 방법을 조사한다. 또한 다중 증거 결합에 있어서 유사도 대신에 순위의 사용이 검색 효과에 미치는 영향을 조사한다.

국내 스마트폰의 사용자는 2천만 명에 도달하고 있고, Wi-Fi Zone과 3G망 뿐만 아니라, 4G WiBro와 LTE로 속도까지 향상 되어 스마트폰의 활용은 더욱 높아지고 있다. 또한 일부 스마트폰 사용자들은 본인의 스마트폰 단말기를 해킹과 루팅을 통하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 불법으로 이용하고 있다. 이는 한 미 FTA체결에 저작권의 법적 문제제기가 있다. 또한 기존의 이동통신 2G, 3G 휴대폰들과 스마트폰은 휴대용 이용기기로서, 범죄에 사용되는 직간접 증거들과 관련성이 높아서, 휴대폰과 스마트폰에서 생성 저장된 디지털 증거에 대한 스마트폰 포렌식 적용에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 스마트폰은 휴대폰 보다 다양한 기능을 지원해주기 때문에 스마트폰의 사용정보에는 연락처, 통화기록, 인터넷, 메세지, 사진, 동영상 등의 많은 정보를 가지고 있으며 이러한 정보는 포렌식 수사 과정에서 사용자의 행위를 유추하는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 디지털 증거 수집과 분석을 위한 스마트폰 포렌식 적용에서는 법정에서 사용될 포렌식 증거의 수집과 분석을 위한 압수 수색 방법과 주의할 점을 연구하였다.

이 연구에서는 전자기록물의 일반적인 특징과 법적 증거능력에 대해서 조사하고 이를 통해 국가기록원을 비롯한 기록보존소에서 관리하는 전자기록들의 증거능력에 대해 고찰하였다. 또한 디지털 증거를 수집 분석하여 법정에 제출하기 위한 분야인 디지털 포렌식(Digital Forensics)에서의 절차 및 기술을 통해 전자기록관리 프로세스에서 전자기록의 증거능력을 확보하기 위한 기초적인 방안을 제시한다.

사실 검증(Fact verification) 문제는 문서 검색(Document retrieval), 증거 선택(Evidence selection), 증거 검증(Claim verification) 3가지 단계로 구성되어있다. 사실 검증 모델들의 주요 관심사인 증거 검증 단계에서 많은 모델이 제안되는 가운데 증거 선택 단계에 집중하여 강화 학습을 통해 해결한 모델이 제안되었다. 그래프 기반의 모델과 강화 학습 기반의 사실 검증 모델을 소개하고 각 모델을 한국어 사실 검증에 적용해본다. 또한, 두 모델을 같이 사용하여 각 모델의 장점을 가지는 부분을 병렬적으로 결합한 모델의 성능과 증거의 구성 단위에 따른 성능도 비교한다.

'증거기반 교육'은 개인적 경험이나 성공 사례, 그리고 전통적인 속설보다는 과학적 연구결과와 근거가 중심이 되는 교육이다. 증거기반 창업 교육은 기존 속설과 믿음, 단편적 성공 사례로 인해 고착된 인지 편향을 완화시켜 중립적인 시각을 견지할 수 있으며, 직관과 경험을 넘어 데이터와 연구 결과에 의해 의사결정을 하는 분석적 자질을 연마하는데 기여한다. 본 논문은 현재 국내의 증기기반 창업교육의 현주소를 명확히 파악하기 위하여 1999년부터 2021년 출판된 49권의 창업교육 대학 교재를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 모든 도서의 내용을 1)창업기초, 2)비즈니스모델, 3)마케팅계획, 4)재무계획, 5)운영계획, 6)창업유형, 7)절차 및 제도의 각 7가지 기준으로 구분하고, 각각 사례, 단순통계, 변인 통계, 선행 연구의 비중을 분석하였다. 분석결과 증거의 핵심인 선행연구의 비중은 전체 교재의 총 분량 중 11.25%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 Charlier(2011)의 MBA 교과목 대상으로 조사한 결과와 유사한 값이다.

In modern society, everyone can easily access the Internet and freely express their opinions or ideas on Web bulletin boards or SNS. At the same time, they are often used as a place of slandering and the spreading of false information about celebrities such as entertainers and politicians. Typically people use the screen capture method to submit web posts as evidence in lawsuits. But it is difficult to get these accepted as evidence in court because screen captured images are easily forged and tempered. Therefore, as described above, using "Proxy Browser", we propose a screen capture authentication system for web posts that protects forging and tempering to use as digital evidence in court.

Computer Forensics functions by defending the effects and extracting the evidence of the side effects for production at the court. Has the faultlessness of the digital evidence been compromised during the investigation, a critical evidence may be denied or not even be presented at the trial. The presented monograph will deliberate the faultlessness-establishing chain procedures in disk forensics. system forensics, network forensics, mobile forensics and database forensics. Once the faultlessness is established by the methods proposed, the products of investigation will be adopted as a leading evidence. Moreover, the issues and alternatives in the reality of digital investigation are presented along with the actual computer forensics cases, hopefully contributing to the advances in computer digital forensics and the field research of information security.

디지털 증거의 수집은 컴퓨터 포렌식 수사절차에서 매우 중요하다. 디지털 증거는 특히 용의자가 범죄 과정에서 노출한 증거들을 획득한다는 것에 의미가 있으며, 현재 이러한 디지털 증거 수집을 위한 많은 도구들이 활용되고 있다. 그 중 LiveCD는 대상 운영체제의 영향을 받지 않고, CD 자체를 통해 저장된 다양한 포렌식 툴을 사용 할 수가 있다. 또한 여러 종류의 파일 시스템을 지원하기 때문에 초기 대응에 아주 유용하게 사용되며, 위 과정을 통해 수집된 데이터는 무결성 검증을 통해 증거 수사에 활용된다. 현재 여러 가지 LiveCD를 수사에 활용하고 있으나, 각 도구들 마다 지원하는 포렌식 툴이 다르고 지원하는 운영체제도 다양하다. 따라서 상황에 따라 적절한 LiveCD를 활용하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 이를 통해 증거의 수집을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 국외의 포렌식용 LiveCD 현황에 대한 조사 및 비교 분석하여 국내 수사 환경을 고려한 LiveCD 활용 방안에 대해 제시 한다.
