우리나라의 중형여객기 개발계획은 중국과의 제휴가 무산됨에 따라 잠시 주춤하고 있지만 서울 에어쇼 96에서 모형을 전시한 것과 같이 개발은 계속할 계획이다. 그런데 아시아에는 우리 말고도 중국, 인도네시아, 일본등 3개국이 역시 중형 제트 여객기 개발을 추진중에 있어 그 귀추가 적지 않은 관심을 모으고 있다.

중국측과의 협상시 상대적인 우위확보와 협상이 결렬되었을 경우를 대비할 목적으로 검토되었던 중형항공기 대안사업은 ''''96년 6월 중국과의 협상이 최종결렬되자 해외업체와의 협력을 본격적으로 추진하게 되었다. 현재 급격히 변화하는 국제환경과 제한적인 국내여건을 극복학 위한 여러 가지 시도가 검토, 수행되고 있는 바, 본고에서는 현재 검토되고 있는 중형항공기사업의 기본 추진방향 및 해외협력대상업체에 대하여 간략히 소개해 보고자 한다.

The military has developed and operated a variety of military vehicles. Among them, medium tactical vehicles are developed as vehicles suitable for transporting troops, replacing existing military trucks, which have a significant impact on infantry forces' combat capability. Applying technology to increase fuel efficiency to these critical weapons systems, medium tactical vehicles, increases the distance range, which can reduce effective operational performance and oil costs. In this study, a measure was taken to improve the distance range of Medium Tactical Vehicles by applying an oil temperature control strategy to increase fuel efficiency.

An establishment of dioxin-reduction operating skill for medium sized incineration facility is urgently needed in Korea with nearly 90% of medium sized incineration. Using lattice stoker incineration processing the capacity of 20 tons industrial general waste per day, similar properties of the household waste, dioxin-reduction is derived in optimum operating condition and parameters. As a result, CO haunting which is the minimization of frequency is found as the major parameter to minimize dioxin.

표류하던 중형항공기사업에 새바람이 불었다. 중국과의 협상결렬과 포커사의 인수불발로 답보상태에 빠져있던 중형기사업조합은 그동안 대안사업을 추진한 결과 지난 97년 4월 11일 유럽의 지역간 항공기 제작업체인AI(R)사와 항공기국제공동개발에 대한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결하고 올 하반기부터 본격적으로 사업을 추진키로 했다. 본 고에는 그동안 AI(R)사의 선정과정과 배경 그리고 협상내용을 살펴보기로 한다.

생산단가의 저하, 납기 압박, 단통 인쇄물, 다색인쇄물, 인쇄물의 인라인 후가공, 고품질 인쇄등은 인쇄업계에 항상 화두가 되고 있으며 이는 각 업체가 해결하려고 하는 과제이기도 하다. 우리나라의 인쇄회사는 특성상 국전 인쇄기를 선호하고 있지만 많은 특수 인쇄물에는 중형 인쇄기로 부가가치를 높일 수 있고 새로운 돌파구를 찾는 대안이 될 수 있다. 다음은 디지털 작업 공정을 통한 디지털 데이터의 활용과 '중형 인쇄기를 통한 토탈 솔루션 컨셉'을 소개하고자 한다.

사료배합비 문제는 여러가지 형태의 전산기에 의해 풀 수 있다. 프로그램 FEEDMIX는 전술한 문제를 풀 때 MV8000을 이용하면 몇분대로 풀리고 중형(64KW), 소형(64KB)를 이용하면 몇시간대로 풀리고 있다. 적은 CPU 용량을 가진 중형, 소형에서 많은 시간이 걸릴 것은 당연하다. 그러나 사료배합비를 구하는 문제는 화급을 요하는 문제가 아니기 때문에 몇시간씩 걸리더라도 예를 들어 퇴근할 때 프로그램을 수행케하여 출근 때 그 결과를 받아본다든가 할 수 있을 것이다. 이런 방법으로 중형, 소형 전산기를 활용하면 대형전산기에 의뢰하여 비싼 값으로 문제를 푸는 것보다는 여러가지 편리한 점이 많을 것이다.

500kg급 차세대중형위성은 공공분야 위성 수요에 효과적으로 대응하고, 국내 위성산업 저변 확대 및 산업체 육성을 위한 사업으로 개발되고 있다. 국내 산업체에서 개발되는 표준 위성 플랫폼이 적용될 예정인 차세대중형위성3호는 우주과학/기술검증용 위성으로, 특히 한국형발사체에 의해 2023년 발사된다는 점이 특별하다. 본 발표에서는 차세대 중형위성 3호에 제안한 우주망원경 UVOMPIS (UV-Optical Multiband Polarizing Imager System)에 대한 개념 설계 결과 및 과학 임무에 대한 소개를 통해 국내 학계와 산업계의 협력과 관심을 유도하고자 한다.

Though the regional airlines have grown consistently with world's economic recovery after 2001, now the future of them is uncertain from the current economic depression since 2007. In the regional aircraft industry, there have been two main trends that larger airplanes and regional jets inroad the market. But, the situational change including radical rise of oil price and worldwide recession induces the managerial damage of airlines and it makes them doubt about the regional jet which has been the main stream of regional aircraft after the success of the ERJ-145 in 1990s. Still, most of being developed or planed regional aircrafts choose turbo fan, the future demands of turboprop increase and it becomes a good alternative of future regional aircraft in many market forecasts. Thus in this paper, current situation and tendency of regional aircraft market are investigated with various market forecast reports.
