건설공사에서 토공사가 차지하는 비중은 타공종에 비하여 높다. 즉 건설공사의 생산성을 향상시키기 위하여 토공사를 중점적으로 관리하는 일은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재의 토공 시스템은 굴삭 조종자와 현장 계획 관리자의 경험적 지식에만 의지하여 토공 계획을 수립하고 있는 실정이며, 또한 노동 집약적 토공작업의 한계를 벗어나지 못하는 현실로 인하여 토공사를 관리함에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 당면 과제를 극복하고자 BIM 기반의 토공 시스템에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 굴삭 장비와 연계하는 토공 계획과 운영 자동화 시스템에 대하여 주로 다루게 된다. 굴삭 작업 계획 생성 시스템, 장비 조종 인터페이스, 웹 기반 Project Management Information System(PMIS)이 개발되는 과정에서 적용된 BIM 요소기술에 대하여 살펴본다.

위해요소중점관리제도(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System : HACCP)는 식품의 안전성 보증 측면에서 가장 효율적이고 과학적인 위생관리기법으로 알려져 세계 각국에서 법적으로 도입하여 운용하고 있으며, 국제식품규격위원회(Codex)에서도 식품의 제조시 적용할 국제기준으로 채택하고 있다. 국내 도축장에서는 축산물 가공처리법령에 의거 2000. 7. 1부터 2003. 7. 1까지 4개년으로 나누어 도축장의 도축규모에 따라 연차적으로 의무적으로 시행되어 현재는 모든 소$\cdot$돼지$\cdot$닭 도축장에 동 제도가 시행되어야 한다. 그간 정부는 HACCP이 도축장에 조기에 구축될 수 있도록 다양한 정책을 시행하여 왔고, 그 결과 상당한 성과를 거두었다. 국내도축장에서의 HACCP 시행은 초기단계임을 감안하여 볼 때 앞으로도 이러한 역할은 그 내용은 약간 다르겠으며 상당기간 지속될 것으로 보인다. 국내 도축장에서의 HACCP 시행은 식육의 안전성 보증 측면에서 매우 큰 긍정적 역할을 하였으며 식육에 대한 소비자의 신뢰도를 높이는데도 큰 기여를 하였다.

Plant construction is being a motive power of national economic growth, because it is a higher value-added business which has enormous influence through other industry. But, plant projects management of the domestic company was poor. So, the development of EPC Business Process Management method has been encouraged. Therefore, this paper performed several researches for setting up the EPC Business Process Management Model for improving plant project management. And the details are as follows. First of all, this study collected the work procedure manuals of 12 large-sized international construction companies. Secondly, from the analyzing gathered EPC work procedure manuals, issues of work procedure manuals were analyzed and improvement plans were drawn out. Basis on this, This study presents a method to improve project management for EPC plant project. 'The Work Procedure Matrix for EPC Management' and 'Key Unit Works for EPC Management' were drawn out by using overseas construction management theories and international regulations. In addition, 'The EPC Business Process Management Models' reformed to the Business process method, that is the set of specifications, documents and procedures used to manage the EPC plant project. And it describes how the EPC work procedure manuals will be used. Finally, this study suggests the model of EPC Business Process Management System. The framework of Plant project management can be clarified by using 'The Work Procedure Matrix'. And 'Key Unit Works' are used to organize the work procedure needed to improve plant projects management. The results of this study will help to improve in project management efficiency for plant construction.

This paper mainly focused on research developing online game characteristic evaluation system based on game characteristic evaluation model design. Online game characteristic evaluation system is a system that evaluates game online in real-time using evaluation elements defined by model design. Game characteristic evaluation system uses heuristic evaluation method, which is used to execute evaluation in four parts, technical element, manage element, social element, and competitive element. To verify objectivity and validity of game characteristic evaluation, assessment was performed by three groups of beginners, intermediates, and professionals to increase the trust. And game characteristic evaluation forum was hosted to collect opinion from diverse classes.

The purpose of this study is to identify several factors necessary to the curriculum development of the archives and records management in Korea by analyzing archival programs of to Schools of Library and Information Science(SLIS) in the U.S.A. Name of the schools, programs and their degrees, credits, required and elective courses, practice, research, facilities, and SAA guidelines of graduate archival programs are compared by analyzing websites and the literature review. There are a few LIS schools that concentrate archival education and most of the archival programs don't cover all of the core archival knowledge suggested in the LIS schools. In conclusion, the core curriculum of archival science should include history and preservation of archives, archives and records management, information technology, management principles, practicum, and research/ thesis. And a lot of cooperated research and conversation between educational institutions and practical fields are required.

중소기업은 국가 및 지역경제의 절대 다수를 차지하는 중추적인 경제주체이며, 국가 경제의 안정적 성장을 위한 근간으로서 이러한 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화는 우리 경제의 지속적 성장을 위한 핵심요소로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 계층화분석(AHP) 기법을 활용하여 최근 각 지자체 별로 구축되어 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털의 평가를 통해 중점을 두고 관리해야 할 요소를 구체화시켜 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 D시에서 현재 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털에 대한 우선순위 평가를 통해 시스템의 개선방안 및 향후 타 지자체에서 유사 시스템 구축 시 활용 가능한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하였다.

This study derives the main areas of information organization that should be covered in the formal curriculum of Library and Information Science, and suggests content elements for each area. Literature research, content analysis, survey and expert evaluation were conducted. Based upon these, information organization field was composed of four areas: information organization in general, classification, inventory, and practice, and a total of 31 content elements were presented. The content elements derived from each area through this study can be used as basic and helpful data when designing syllabus or teaching subjects in the field. In addition, it is possible to expand the content elements of each area of the information organization field through the research method used in this study. Finally, the results of this study will be used as basic materials when conducting the educational contents of information organization field.

Companies consider customers as an equity, which is expected to increase customer loyalty. However, customer loyalty does not linearly increase in real world by the customer equity always. This research investigates a mediating variable which influence the relationship between customer equity drivers and customer loyalty. We focus on customer value as a customer equity driver which is the most basic factor among customer equity drivers. We examine that online trust as a mediator between the customer value and customer loyalty in on online shopping mall context. Customer value consists of perceived convenience, quality, and price. Findings indicate that online trust mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Especially, online trust perfectly mediates the perceived convenience and the perceived quality. The perceived convenience influences online trust most significantly and perceived quality and perceived price are following in the order of strength. Our results implicate that online trust is an important mediator of the relationship between customer equity and customer loyalty in online shopping mall context and need to be managed as a customer relationship management index to increase customer loyalty. In addition, perceived convenience is the most important factor to increase online trust in matured online market.

The purpose of this paper is to understand the key factors for efficient maintenance of rapidly aging facilities. Therefore, the safety inspection/diagnosis reports accumulated in the unstructured data were collected and preprocessed. Then, the analysis was performed using a text mining analysis method. The derived vulnerabilities of tunnel facilities can be used as elements of inspections that take into account the characteristics of individual facilities during regular inspections and daily inspections in the short term. In addition, if detailed specification information and other inspection results(safety, durability, and ease of use) are used for analysis, it provides a stepping stone for supporting preemptive maintenance decision-making in the long term.

본 연구는 공공도서관 사서들의 직무스트레스를 업무 능력 및 효율성을 저해하는 요소로 파악하고 직무스트레스 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 특히 업무정보와 직무스트레스간의 상관관계가 있다는 가설을 설정하고 접근하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관 사서 총 36명을 대상으로 방문 및 전자 메일 설문을 통해 직무스트레스 현황을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 업무정보와 직무스트레스는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스의 경우 조직적 영역의 요인보다는 개인적 영역의 요인이 상대적으로 크게 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 업무 정보의 중요성을 인식하고, 원활한 정보 교류 및 교육을 통해 업무 효율성을 높이고자 하였으며, 더 나아가 후속연구를 위해 측정도구가 개발된다면 보다 정확한 결과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.
