고령화사회의 도래는 노인의 신체적 정신적 특성과 더불어 장기적인 보살핌과 보호에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있다. 노인을 입소시켜 급식과 요양서비스를 제공해주는 노인복지시설은 점차 그 시설수가 증가할 것으로 예상되며 재난상황에 대비한 시설의 설계, 운영, 관리, 유지단계에서 화재방지대책에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 노인복지시설의 실태조사를 통해 양로시설에서는 입지유형과 시설규모별 특징을 분석하고, 노인요양시설에서는 시설의 설계방식과 운영방식에 따른 재난상황 발생시 문제점을 분석하였다. 중점 조사항목은 화재발생시 대피장소 확보, 대피시설 및 장비 유무, 인력배치 기준 준수 등 이며 각 시설별 도출한 취약점을 바탕으로 법 제도적 측면에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 개선이 필요한 항목은 크게 3분류로, 첫째, 설계 및 건축 단계는 노인복지시설 건축허가 기준 재정립, 피난계단, 피난공간 등 기준 보완을 위해 건축 허가시 화재안전성 검토 등이 필요하다. 둘째, 운영 및 유지 단계는 피난 방화(防火)시설 관리 개선, 시설운영자의 책임안전관리, 소방시설 기능유지 강화 등이 필요하다. 셋째, 대응 및 경감 단계는 방재관련 운영관리매뉴얼, 장비 등의 정비 및 보완, 현장대응 및 전문능력 향상, 화재상황전파 시스템 개발 등이 필요할 것으로 분석되었다.

Recently, attempts to apply artificial intelligence technology to create the normal profile in Anomaly-based intrusion detection systems have been made actively. But existing studies that proposed the application of artificial intelligence technology mostly focus on improving the structure of artificial neural networks and finding optimal hyper-parameter values, and fail to address various problems that may arise from the misconfiguration of learning data. In this paper, we identify the main problems that may arise due to the misconfiguration of learning data through experiment. And we also propose a novel approach that can address such problems and improve the detection performance through reconstruction of learning data.

This study intends to present policy proposals to make the transition from policy adjustment system based on hierarchial authority to deal with energy policy to network establishment based on the central government, local government, industry and civic group, that can be converted into governance. To this end, the legal foundation to make the network-based policy adjustment for government's energy policy possible first. Second, contribution should be made to establish governance related to central government's energy policy. Third, contribution should be made to establish governance related to local government's energy policy. Based on this, this study intends to secure policy measures to establish and improve governance related to energy policy in Korea.

There is a high demand for the diagnostic medical blood analyzer in the global medical device market. The domestic market is in infant stage, but expected to grow very fast. In this study, we attempt to provide several ways for production improvement in order to secure price competitiveness of domestic medical blood analyzer. For this purpose we identify the problems of current production process using ARENA simulation and suggest several alternatives for productivity improvement.. Five steps of TOC (Theory of Constraints) and ARENA simulation are employed to predict productivity of each alternative and to suggest further improvement.

In Korea, the market of internet shopping mall rapidly increases. The purpose of this study is how to progressed to internet shopping mall system in Korea and a improvement and characteristics of that through progress and case studies of internet shopping mall. As to the future direction of the market of internet shopping mall in Korea, many of commodity parts will be traded among established participants on internet websites owned by internet shopping mall groups. Finally, for improvement of internet shopping mall industry in Korea I suggested that there are "mutual cooperation of internet shopping mall companies", "maintain the customer's confidence", "attain the profits through a niche market strategy".

This study compares and analyzes the mathematics assessment items of the middle school's national-level academic achievement tests in Korea and Japan, recently revised as a competency-focused curriculum. By comparing and analyzing the assessment items in each country, the analytic framework is integrated into content areas, contexts, and competencies. The characteristics of each country's assessment items developed for each content area were analyzed using the framework. We suggested some implications on developing and improving national-level academic assessment items.

The construction industry is heavily dependent on labor force as automation to building constructions is difficult due to its characteristics such on-site production, custom manufacturing production. Thus, while securing and fostering high-quality functional manpower for stable construction work are significant, the construction workforce has been persistently lacking compared to demand. Young workers are reluctant to enter the construction industry due to high labor intensity, unstable employment structure, and uncertainty for the future. The employment rate for new jobs in the construction industry is half as high as in others. Currently, the departments related to construction are organized in specialized high school to conduct training for young workers. The graduates have a low ratio of employment rate to the construction industry and functional capacities fallen short of expectations. In this study, the education and training conditions of specialized high schools were analyzed to derive problems and key improvements of the education system were drawn. As an improvement for the analysis results, it provides solutions such as giving advantages of previous education experience, expand industry-academic cooperation with businesses, and expand links with external educational institutions.

At a time when trend called complex cultural space has recently been taking place in public libraries, this study analyzed the importance-performance of users regarding the use factors of public library's complex cultural space. Based on the results of the analysis, this study attempted to broaden the understanding of the library users' use of this space, and to suggest directions on which factors should be improved. The results of the study were as follows: First, only 5 of 41 factors for library complex cultural space have higher satisfaction than importance, so it is necessary to promote balanced development with focus on priority improvements rather than a specific sector. Second, it is necessary to provide various programs and services in consideration of visit characteristics, such as the users of the library complex cultural space are mainly used by themselves (42%) or with their families (18.2%), also more people (50.5%) use weekday afternoons than 35%, including weekend mornings and afternoons. Third, among the five use factors related to space, the remaining items except for 'Compatibility of Computer / Equipment Use' are located in the first quadrant where both importance and satisfaction are high or in the fourth quadrant which shows higher satisfaction than importance. This is a result that shows that the library is fully performing the diversification and complexion of the space basically aimed as a complex cultural space. Fourth, it is necessary to improve the public library's complex cultural space in the future based on the analysis results of the result of analysis of the importance-satisfaction the use of factors using the IPA analysis.

The research is focused on planning the politic direction and on establishing an activating planning for retailer shops such as traditional market, super supermarket, discount store in Daejeon. The empirical study shows that the consumers most satisfied with discount store, meanwhile least with traditional market. Especially, it is proved that parking facility is the most important factor affecting consumer's satisfaction. This study also suggests some important strategic implications through IPA (important- performance analysis). Those are, first, the traditional market needs to improve for six categories of IPA factors, however the super supermarket for four, and the discount store for three. Second, the discount store has eight prominent advantages of the factors, however the super supermarket has seven, and the traditional market has five. Finally, the traditional market has to concentrate facility improvement for consumer's convenience in the long term.

광역상수원으로 활용되는 주암댐 저수지 및 동복댐 저수지가 위치하고 있는 유역을 대상으로 유역모형을 적용하여 비점오염 저감시설에 따른 수지개선효과를 분석하였다. 주암댐 유역은 보성강 수계에 위치하고 있으며 전체 유역면적은 약 $1,010km^2$으로 담양군, 보성군, 장흥군, 화순군 및 순천시에 걸쳐 위치하고 있다. 비점오염원 설치지점을 고려하기 위하여 소유역별 비점오염원 부하량 산정이 가능하고 BMPs 효과분석 모의가 가능한 HSPF 유역모델을 적용하여 2011~2012년을 대상으로 유량, BOD, TN, TP 재현성을 검증하였다. 29개 소유역별 비점오염원 부하량 평가를 통해 중점관리지역을 선정하였으며 비점오염원 저감시설 설치 시나리오 4개를 적용하여 수질개선 효과를 비교 분석하였다. BOD, TN, TP 모두 주암호 유역 상류에 위치하는 보성강댐 소유역에서 상대적으로 높은 비점오염원 부하량이 유출되는 것으로 분석되었으며 특히, TN에서 가장 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 비점오염 저감시설의 누적유출고와 배수면적을 고려하여 비점오염 저감시설로 저류지를 선정하였으며 누적유출고 5 mm/d와 전체유역면적을 고려한 시나리오 1, 누적유출고 5mm/d와 산림을 제외한 유역면적을 고려한 시나리오 2, 누적유출고 24.5 mm/d와 전체유역면적을 고려한 시나리오 3, 누적유출고 24.5 mm/d와 산림을 제외한 유역면적을 고려한 시나리오 4로 구분하여 적용하였다. BOD의 경우, 2011년 조건에서 시나리오 1은 각 소유역별 평균 13.1%, 시나리오 2는 3.7%, 시나리오 3은 15.8%, 시나리오 4는 4.4%의 비점오염원 부하량 저감효과가 나타났으며 2012년 조건에서는 각 시나리오별로 평균 13.1%, 3.6%, 15.7%, 4.3%의 저감효과가 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. TN의 경우, 2011년 조건에서 시나리오별로 평균 10.9%, 3.0%, 13.0%, 3.6%, 2012년 조건에서도 유사한 범위로 비점오염원 부하량 저감효과가 분석되었다. TP의 경우, 2011년 조건에서 시나리오별로 평균 13.7%, 3.8%, 16.5%, 4.6%, 2012년 조건에서는 13.7%, 3.8%, 16.4%, 4.6%로 분석되었다. 주암댐 유역의 중점 관리지역을 선정하여 누적유출고 24.5mm/d와 전체유역면적을 고려한 저류지를 설치할 경우 효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며 평균 BOD 15.8%, TN 13.3%, TP 16.5%의 저감효과로 분석되었다.
