The growth of CM(construction management) market poses business opportunities and challenges to improve vocational ethics of CM professionals and firms. Ensuring the vocational ethics of CM professionals is an important issue not only for individual CM professional but also CM firms and CM industry in general. The objective of the study is to investigate relationships between the importance and performance of CM professionals' vocational ethics and discuss key characteristics and implications. The IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) technique is used as a research tool. Findings show that quality CM service and competencies are the core of CM professionals' vocational ethics. But there exists a gap between importance and performance of CM professionals' vocational ethics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of core competencies recognized by Korean sports students and to identify directions and methods for strengthening the competence of sports students in the future direction of future society. The results of analysis of 309 students of sports major students are as follows. First, the importance of core competencies recognized by college students in sports was in the order of self - management capacity, interpersonal capacity, communication capacity, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capability, and global capability. Second, the students' performance of their core competencies evaluated by sports college students was in the order of interpersonal competence, self-management competence, communication competence, comprehensive thinking ability, global competency, and resource information technology utilization competency. Third, the difference between the importance of core competence and the degree of performance was found to be significant in all areas, and the areas of great difference were total thinking, communication ability, resource information technology utilization capacity, self-management capability, Relationship competence. While college students in sports college have relatively high level of interpersonal competence, self-management competence and communication ability, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capacity and global competency are weak. Therefore, It will be able to be reborn as the talent required by society. Therefore, universities need to cultivate competitive sports talent through innovation of curriculum and capacity of faculty, and it should be recognized that this can be linked to the competitiveness of universities.

The purpose of this study was intended to provide baseline data to develop child health education for multicultural mothers. Participants were 30 multicultural mothers in B city multicultural family support centers and 20 persons in charge of child healthcare in B city. From Dec 2016 to Jan 2017 a self-report instrument was used to measure general characteristics, status, importance, implementation, and needs of child healthcare education. The data were analyzed through frequencies, Chi-squared test, and analysis of variance using the SPSS 20.0 program. Fifty-seven percent of transcultural mothers had not participated in child healthcare education before. There was no significant difference between importance and implementation of child healthcare education. In Borich analysis, "Safety accident prevention", "Toilet training", and "Growth and development" were in the 25th percentile. In Locus for Focus, "Safety accident prevention", "Bathing", "Baby massage", "Toilet training", and "Weaning food" were in the HH area. In comparison with importance of child healthcare education, multicultural mothers, and persons in charge of child healthcare, multicultural mothers had significantly higher scores than persons in charge of child healthcare. Therefore, in order to meet multicultural mothers' educational needs for child healthcare education, child healthcare information should be developed.

This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) on viewing motivation for the revitalization of Korean creative musicals. The IPA is the evaluation techniques to simultaneously compare and analyze relative importance and achievement of each attribute for multi-attribute models. This analysis uses the discerning method by displaying the matrix that includes the factors about which customers care and customer satisfaction on each factor. The customer satisfaction is determined by customer expectation for each attribute and its implementation level. This study, through this method, exams the importance and satisfaction level on attributes of viewing motivations for Korean creative musicals.

다중 데이터베이스 시스템에서 전역 트랜잭션을 순차적으로 실행하여도 전역 직렬가능성 보장을 위한 동시성 제어 방법의 개발에서 가장 중요한 고려 요소가 되는 간접충돌은 발생한다. 본 논문에서는, 간접충돌과 전역 직렬가능성의 관계를 분석하여 순차실행은 전역 직렬가능성에 영향을 주지 않음을 보였다.

실시간 시스템에서 프로그램의 실행시간을 예측하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 기존의 언어에서는 실행시간은 예측하기에 힘든 요소들이 있다. Timing-C는 이러한 요소를 제거하고 사용자로부터 시간 제약을 입력받을 수 있도록 하였다. Timing-C언어를 이용하여 실시간 프로그램밍을 하기 위해 작성한 프로그램이 시간제약을 준수하고 있는지 알기 위해 시간 분석 도구가 필요하다. 시간 분석 도구는 작성된 프로그램의 실행시간을 제한하여 사용자에게예측된 결과를 알려주는 도구이다. 개발자는 이러한 도구를 이용하여 작성하고 있는 프로그램의 수행시간을 더욱 정확하게 예측할 수 있다.

This study provides basic data for finding a plan for future teacher education in the future society by conducting an IPA-analysis of the abilities required for early-childhood who will become talented persons of the future society and the perceptions of early-childhood teachers about the era of the 4th-Industrial-Revolution. The study was conducted with 194 childhood teachers working in early-childhood educational institutions located in Jeju. It used a questionnaire of the demand survey for teacher education development for early-education based on the 4th-Industrial-Revolution. In the era of the 4th-Industrial-Revolution, the capabilities needed for early-childhood were revised and supplemented in 2016 at the World Economic Forum "Jobs Future Report". The frequencies and percentages were calculated to analyze the characteristics of each subject's background variables, the perceptions of early-childhood teachers and teacher education needs, and a t-test was conducted for each item to analyze the difference in importance and performance of early-childhood's competence. In the importance of competence required for infants who become talents for the future, the results showed that early-childhood teachers chose to have a high level of caring-sharing and curiosity-interesting ability. In the performance, they have a high level of caring-sharing and cooperation-communication ability.

The metaverse, derived from the fusion of "meta" and "universe," encompasses a three-dimensional virtual realm where avatars actively participate in a range of political, economic, social, and cultural activities. With the recent development of the metaverse, the traditional way of experiencing services is changing. While existing studies have mainly focused on the technological advancements of metaverse services (e.g., scope of technological enablers, application areas of technologies), recent studies are focusing on evaluating the quality of experience (QoE) of metaverse services from a customer perspective. This is because understanding and analyzing service characteristics that determine QoE from a customer perspective is essential for designing successful metaverse services. However, relatively few studies have explored the customer-oriented approach for QoE evaluation thus far. This study conducted an online review analysis using text mining to overcome this limitation. In particular, this study analyzed 227,332 online reviews of the Roblox service, known as a representative metaverse service, and identified points for improving the Roblox service based on the analysis results. As a result of the study, nine service features that can be used for QoE evaluation of metaverse services were derived, and the importance of each feature was estimated through relationship analysis with service satisfaction. The importance estimation results identified the "co-experience" feature as the most important. These findings provide valuable insights and implications for service companies to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide useful insights to gain an advantage in the changing metaverse service environment.

J2ME 모바일 프로그램은 모바일 기기가 보편화되면서 그 사용이 증가하고 있다. J2ME 프로그램은 자원이 제한된 모바일 환경에서 실행되므로 자원의 효율적인 사용이 매우 중요하다. J2ME 프로그램은 대부분 이벤트-구동 프로그램이여 효과적인 이벤트 관리가 자원 최적화에 않은 영향을 미치며 이벤트 관련 디버깅은 매우 어려운 부분이다. 본 연구에서는 실행 중에 실시간으로 이벤트 발생 및 처리 정보를 보여줄 수 있는 시스템을 설계 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자 옵션에 따라 사용자가 관심 있는 이벤트만을 실행 중에 추적하거나 실행 후에 이벤트 관련 프로파일 정보를 제공한다.

This study examines international tourists 'perceived images and service quality of Korean foods. A survey was conducted to international tourists(Chinese, Japanese, American) visiting Korea. The results of study show that there is a significant difference in several attributes of Korean traditional foods as perceived by international tourists along their nationality. Particularly, American tourists tend to highly evaluate Korean foods as ones good for health. The perceived attractiveness of Korean foods in terms of color and shape is higher for Chinese and Americans than Japanese. A distinct difference is also found in the importance and performance attributes of perceived quality of Korean foods by the nationality of tourists. The results of IPA for the perceived quality of Korean traditional foods show that the restaurant facility and atmosphere are identified as the ones that need to be improved across all the tourists.
