목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

2001년 이후 고용노동부는 산업재해예방을 위해 50인 미만 근로자가 근무하는 소규모 사업장을 대상으로 재정지원을 해주는 클린사업장조성지원사업을 수행하고 있다. 클린사업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 사업 추진 과정과 지원 이후의 상황이 철저히 관리되어야만 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 클린사업 지원을 받은 기업을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여, 추진 과정 중의 중요도와 만족도, 그리고 지원이후의 중요도와 만족도를 조사하였다. IPA 분석을 이용하여 클린사업의 중요도-만족도 분석을 하였으며, 그 결과 추진 과정에서는 지원 금액, 지원품목 품질, 지원품목의 다양성 요소에 특히 관심을 더 가져야 하는 것으로 나타났고, 지원 이후에는 모든 성과변수들이 기대하는 수준만큼의 성과를 얻고 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 지리산국립공원의 동부지역을 찾은 이용객의 이용 행태의 분석 및 중요도-성취도 분석방법을 통해 관리와 이용관련 속성들에 대한 중요 정도와 실제만족도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 이용객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 현지에서 실시되었다 총 254명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성 및 방문특성은 다른 국립공원 이용객조사에 나타난 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다 대부분의 응답자들은 최근 대두되고 있는 환경문제에 대해 높은 관심을 보였으며 이와 더불어 이용보다는 보전이 우선하는 국립공원 관리정책에 더 큰 관심을 나타냈다 각 관리 및 이용관련 속성에 대한 중요 정도와 만족도 결과는 수질의 상태 자연식생의 보존상태 공원 내 쓰레기 문제, 야생동물의 보호상태에 특히 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며 휴양.관광 프로그램의 다양성 여부와 야생동물의 보호상태에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 것으로 조사되었다.

This study utilized CART algorithm, a decision tree analysis method, to comparatively analyze factors affecting housing and residential environment satisfaction by region using data from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's housing survey in 2020. First, in terms of residential environment satisfaction, accessibility to medical facilities and school district showed higher importance in metropolitan cities and areas compared to other regions, whereas safety from accident showed the opposite trait, showing difference between region. Second, housing characteristics were important in housing satisfaction, indoor environment level satisfaction and indoor safety and hygiene being important in almost all regions, while residential environment characteristics were more important in residential environment satisfaction and influencing factors were relatively evenly distributed. In order to generalize these regional characteristics, research using time series data needs to be conducted later.

The purpose of this study was to reduce the drop out rates and enhance the quality of docent training education program in the Nature Heritage Center by providing educational services appropriate to the docents' needs based on the docents satisfaction survey. In this research, we conducted the survey to analyze the importance-satisfaction of natural heritage docent satisfaction in natural heritage docent training programs. The subjects of this survey were 30 docent in Natural Heritage Center. To develop a questionnaire, a factor analysis was conducted, as a result, 6 factors and 22 questions were presented. They are 'curriculum and instruction', 'advice for docent', 'educational environments', 'administrative services', 'support for docents', 'docent life'. The results of t-test, there was a significant difference between importance and satisfaction of the every 22 questions, the mean score of satisfaction(M=3.87, SD=.08) was lower than that of importance(M=4.10, SD=.20). According to ISA, the items located in "concentrate here" were deduced. They are 3 items from administrative services, device for docent, curriculum and instructions. To put in concretely, They were 'lecture content(subject)', 'teaching method', 'service attitude of personnel', 'interest in a docent' Based on these results and descriptive responses from the docents, the strategies for docent satisfaction in natural heritage docents training programs were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic knowledge and a proper education-training program for hotel enterprises. The results are as follows. First, an education-training program was focused on five factors. Service quality, Job, Organization culture, Self improvement, and Language. Second, the Importance Performance Analysis Result show that Keep the Good Work variables are the Customer reception, Food hygiene, Hygienic management, Cooking, First aid, Self development, and Communication. Possible excesses include Customer satisfaction, Business vision, Brand, Prevention of sexual harassment, Multiple cultures. Finally, an education training program should focus mainly on 'Manner', 'Table manner', 'Personal hygiene' and 'Chinese'.

At a time when trend called complex cultural space has recently been taking place in public libraries, this study analyzed the importance-performance of users regarding the use factors of public library's complex cultural space. Based on the results of the analysis, this study attempted to broaden the understanding of the library users' use of this space, and to suggest directions on which factors should be improved. The results of the study were as follows: First, only 5 of 41 factors for library complex cultural space have higher satisfaction than importance, so it is necessary to promote balanced development with focus on priority improvements rather than a specific sector. Second, it is necessary to provide various programs and services in consideration of visit characteristics, such as the users of the library complex cultural space are mainly used by themselves (42%) or with their families (18.2%), also more people (50.5%) use weekday afternoons than 35%, including weekend mornings and afternoons. Third, among the five use factors related to space, the remaining items except for 'Compatibility of Computer / Equipment Use' are located in the first quadrant where both importance and satisfaction are high or in the fourth quadrant which shows higher satisfaction than importance. This is a result that shows that the library is fully performing the diversification and complexion of the space basically aimed as a complex cultural space. Fourth, it is necessary to improve the public library's complex cultural space in the future based on the analysis results of the result of analysis of the importance-satisfaction the use of factors using the IPA analysis.

This study conducted an importance-satisfaction analysis on choice attributes of cosmetics targeting consumers of road shop cosmetics and suggested improvements needed to increase consumer satisfaction. A summary of the study's results is as follows. First, as to the importance of choice attribute items of road shop cosmetics, skin compatibility appeared to be the highest. For satisfaction as well, skin compatibility appeared to be the highest. Second, when the differences between importance and satisfaction of choice attributes of road shop cosmetics were analyzed, among a total of 15 choice factors, differences appeared in 6 factors. Among them, 5 attributes such as the product function and skin compatibility, excluding the salesperson's service, appeared to have higher importance than satisfaction. Third, based on the IPA results, the study analyzed which factors should be maintained or improved and accordingly suggested efficient resource allocation strategies and marketing strategies that can be practically applied.

This study conducted t-test and ANOVA analysis, influence of importance-satisfaction, regression analysis to local food and restaurants to the purchase intention in Busan. The subjects of this study were tourists who visited local restaurants in Busan, and the final 392 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the study, first, there will be a significant difference in the recognition of local foods in Busan according to the visitor's region. In all samples, the recognition was high in the order of pork stock, wheat noodle, sauteed·fired soft eel, grilled·ell sashmi. On the other hand, sansung bulgogi, Dongrae pajeon, and sansung makkŏlli were the lowest. Second, in the difference between importance and satisfaction of local restaurants in Busan, 'there is a different taste compared to other regions' showed high satisfaction and importance. Third, In the relationship between the awareness of local restaurants in Busan and the purchase intention, it was found to be effective in service, facilities, prices and locality and cleanliness were rejected.

The purpose of this study is to analyze importance and satisfaction of management and curriculum of personal assistants education. This study analyzed exploratory factor of importance and satisfaction questions in personal assistants education, correlation and a difference of importance and satisfaction according to factors, and investigates improvement plan through IPA analysis. The targets of this research are 231 personal assistants participating in personal assistants education managed in South Gyeonggi-do. As a result, it is shown that the sub-factors of personal assistants education mostly have a correlation, and two factors such as 'education management' and 'curriculum' are investigated. As a result of IPA analysis, it is drawn that 'education period' needs intensive improvement in education management, and 'practice class' and 'theory class' need intensive improvement in curriculum. This research is significant because the importance and satisfaction of personal assistants education are investigated and the improvement plan is provided.
