A Study on the Metering and the Rating Methods of Heat in Apartment Houses with Centralized Heating System (중앙집중난방방식 공동주택의 난방열량 계량 및 요금부과방안 연구)

  • The measuring apparatus such as heat meter is legally obliged to be installed and used for heat rating with heat or flow rate in residential buildings in Korea. There are two kinds of apparatus to measure heat consumed at each households, i.e., heat meter and hot water flowmeter. Contrast to the most of buildings with hot water flowmeter well being used for rating, heat meters have been used only 42.6% in the buildings with central heating system. But there is a critical problem in the course of using hot water flowmeter for heat rating, yielding distorted and unfair result which is different from the real value of heat supplied. Experiments with several parameters were carried out in this study to analyze this phenomenon quantively and alternative methods were proposed for rational heat rating.

  • 지역난방은 한 곳에 집중된 대규모 열원시설에서 경제적으로 생산된 열을 일정한 지역내 아파트, 빌딩, 공공 시설 등에 난방 및 냉방용으로 공급하는 도시 기반시설이다. 또한 지역난방은 개별난방이나 중앙난방의 간헐 난방방식과는 달리 24 시간 연속난방을 하므로써 건강하고 쾌적한 실내온도를 유지시켜 주며, 노후된 보일러 교체비 및 유지 보수가 들지 않고, 난방순환펌프 등 각종 부대시설의 축소로 동력비를 절감할 수 있으며 기존 보일러실을 주민복지 공간으로 활용할 수 있고, 연료탱크와 보조난방기구 등이 필요 없어 재해 발생의 우려가 없다. 본지에서는 한국지역난방공사에서 제공한 자료와 월간 설비기술에 게재된 내용을 요약 정리하여 게재한다.

  • In this study, distributed the ship's Centralized Air Conditioning System the way an individual to replace the air conditioning system by using Air-cooled air conditioner. Research results, Individually separated air conditioning system complement the heat source control and thermal efficiency problems and improves the efficiency of the device was confirmed. In addition, under the same conditions refrigeration capacity and coefficient of performance of the device, an average of about 3 %, 23 ~ 26 %, higher, Chilled Water Plants Compressor power consumption is about 12 % lower. Also while heating under the same conditions, power consumption is about 33.5 % lower. Therefore Individually Separated Air Conditioning System greatly contributed to the improved performance of the device and living spaces for comfortable temperature and humidity control as well as heating source could be obtained.

  • The multifamily housing has various advantages in construction cost, land-use intensity. KRIHS(1997) recommended the proper scale of th multifamily housing as 800 households in constructability, 1,000 households in facility compactability, 500 households in social aspect. At the early planning stage of project, the size of the multiftmily housing has, until now, been maximizingly considered under the regulation on which has been emphasized at the building volume ratio, land area, etc., except for the expenditure during the maintenance stage. This paper aimed at providing the proper size of multifamily housing in aspect of area and household number with maintenance cost at the early stage of project. For these, it took 곧 average cost function which is made from the 3-rd quardratic form and analyzes the unit increasing rate of the average cost. It surveyed in nationwide focused on the central heating system using diesel and kerosene. The number of samples is 88 and items of management cost is 11. The results are as follows ; first, 3rd-order quadratic function is proper at explaining the cost variation, considering the multicollinearity and statistics. Second, the proper size of multifamily housing is recommended with 83,000 $m^2$ on management area, 820 or over the 2,630 household number in aspect of total management cost.
