This study was conducted to explore the effect of family centered practice on children's self-efficacy and to verify the mediating effect of family strengths. Multiple regression analysis and Sobel test were conducted using data provided by children who participated in Children's Hope Network and their primary caretakers. The study results are as follows: First, families rated highly on their level of experience regarding family-centered practice, which show that social workers were faithful in performing family-centered practice. Second, the levels of both children's self-efficacy and family strengths increased significantly after project participation when compared to the levels measured before participation. Third, family-centered practice affected children's self-efficacy only indirectly through family strengths indicating that the level of family strengths had a complete mediating effect. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of family-centered practice and measures to improve social work practice.

본 연구에서는 사람중심 조직문화 특성이 중소기업의 비지니스 생태계와 회사탁월성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 비지니스 생태계와 회사탁월성은 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업의 사람중심 조직문화 특성을 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임, 업무몰입도로 구분하고 각각의 독립변수들이 매개 변수인 비즈니스 생태계와 화사탁월성에 미치는 영향과 비니니스 생태계와 회사탁월성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 인과관계 분석이 주된 연구대상이다. 연구의 결과를 자세히 제시하면 다음과 같다. 사람중심 조직문화 특성과 비즈니스 생태계 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임, 업무몰입도는 비즈니스 생태계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사람중심 조직문화 특성과 회사탁월성 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 업무몰입도는 회사탁월성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공감, 역량개발, 권한위임은 통계적으로 회사탁월성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 기업역량인 비즈니스 생태계와 회사탁월성과 경영성과 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면, 비즈니스 생태계는 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 회사탁월성는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과와 함께 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 두 가지 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 기존연구와 사람중심 조직문화 특성을 활용하여 중소기업을 대상으로 실증연구 했다는 점에서 본 연구의 학문적 기여점을 찾을 수 있다. 중소기업은 대기업이나 공공기관에 비해 사람중심 경영에 대한 인식이 낮을 것으로 추측되었으나 분석결과 사람중심 조직문화 특성이 기업역량과 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다는데 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 둘째, 기업은 기존의 사업중심의 전통적 기업가정신과 사람중심경영이 잘 융합되어 중소기업 핵심역량에 영향을 주고 이는 다시 기업성과로 이어지는 결과를 낳는 선순환 모형이 된다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, and what kind of changes happened for the participants through the experience. For this, in-depth interviews were conducted with four participants who had experienced five sessions of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching. The interviews were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method of Colaizzi. Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching is a new coaching psychology model that combines Greenberg's Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the ICF Core Competencies. The findings show that prior to the experience of Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, the participants had avoided or suppressed their emotions, which in turn prevented them from exploring effective interpersonal relationships or alternatives in their actions. On the other hand, after they experienced Emotion Focused Psychology Coaching, their perception of emotions, emotion regulation, emotional expression, empathy for the other, etc. were developed in adaptive ways and the participants could present effective alternatives.

In this study, we will explain the concept of an organized and collective web based project learning system and suggest a basic structure concentrating on the learners. The web-based project learning system enables learners to use the diverse information on the internet any where, any time. Also the project system aims to go beyond classroom education and achieve learner-focused education with a project based on the students' tastes.

4차산업혁명시대 산업분야가 IT 기반의 촉진자(Enabler)분야와 기존산업 중심의 수용자(Adopter) 분야로 이원화되어 추진되고 있다. 특히, 기존의 제조업 중심 중견기업들은 4차산업혁명시대 이에 대한 필요성과 중요성을 중요하지만 자신들의 주력산업 기반으로 4차산업혁명 분야 신사업을 추진하는데 한계를 보이고 있고, 특히 촉진자 분야인 Enabler 분야는 진입을 어려워하며, 결국 수용자 중심의 인더스트리 4.0 중심으로 진행할 수밖에 없어 4차산업혁명시대 큰 부가가치 창출의 신사업 마련에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 IT중심의 창업초기 기업들은 4차산업혁명분야 촉진자 분야에 진입이 왕성하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 창업기업은 빠른성장인 스케일업 관점에서 보면 비용과 시간차원에서 상당한 난항을 겪고 있다. 이런 상황에서, 본 논문은 창업기업중심의 4차산업혁명 촉진자분야와 중견기업중심의 4차산업 수용자 분야간에 시너지적 협업을 유도하는 방안을 제시하고 있다.

우리글 읽기에서 중심와주위에 위치한 단어의 음운정보가 중심와주위 미리보기이득에 영향이 있음을 2음절의 표적단어를 사용하여 확인한 앞선 연구에 이어서, 본 연구에서는 중심와주위에 제시된 2음절 단어의 음운정보 중 첫째 음절의 음운정보 역할에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 표적단어(예: '손목')에 대한 미리보기 자극으로 첫음절_동일비단어(예: '손욘'), 첫음절_음운유사비단어(예: '솜욘'), 첫음절_표기유사비단어(예: '��욘'), 첫음절_무관비단어(예: '�F�E')가 제시되었고 경계선기법을 사용하여 눈이 도약하는 동안에 미리보기 자극들은 표적자극으로 바뀌도록 하였다. 표적단어의 주시시간을 측정한 결과, 첫음절_음운유사비단어가 중심와주위에 먼저 제시되었을 때가 첫음절_표기유사비단어나 첫음절_무관비단어가 제시되었을 때보다 짧았다. 이러한 결과는 중심와주위 단어 첫 음절의 음운정보만으로도 고정 간 정보통합에 영향을 주어 중심와주위 미리보기이득에 기여한 것으로 해석되었다.

The author discusses the nature and scope of archival reference service through the debate to user studies in the 1980s and the 1990s. Until the 1990s, archivists paid little attention to studying their user population. A new approach to archival user service led to the development of various public services of archives and resulted in active interaction with the public. Based on the discussion, the article examines the implication of archival reference service in Korean society.

본 연구는 사회연결망 분석을 활용하여 2012년부터 2016년까지 부산항을 기항하는 컨테이너 정기선 항로 패턴 분석을 통해 세계 주요항만과의 중심성을 파악하여 부산항과 연결되어 있는 항만 네트워크의 구조적인 특성을 파악하였다. 부산항 컨테이너 정기선 항로 네트워크상에 연결정도 중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성이 높은 항만은 싱가포르항으로 분석되었으며, 실제 연도별 부산항 주요 국가 항만별 처리 물동량 순위와 부산항 컨테이너 정기선 항로 네트워크 중심성 분석 결과 간 순위 비교는 서로 상이한 것으로 나타났다.

K-Means 알고리즘은 재배치 기법의 일종으로 K 개의 초기 클러스터중심(centroid)를 중심으로 K 개의 클러스터가 될 때까지 클러스터링을 반복하는 것이다. K-Means 알고리즘은 특성상 초기 클러스터 중심과 새롭게 생성된 클러스터 중심에 따라 클러스터링 결과가 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 K-Means Algorithm 의 초기 클러스터중심 선택 방법과 새로운 클러스터 중심 결정 방법을 개선한 변형 K-Means Algorithm을 제안한다. SMART 시스템에서 제안한 16가지 가중치 계산 방식에 의하여 두 알고리즘의 성능을 평가한 결과 제안한 변형 알고리즘이 재현률과 F-Measure 에서 20%이상 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며 특정 주제 아래 문서가 할당되는 클러스터링 성능이 우수하였다.

최근 모바일 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스 이용의 폭발적인 증가로 인하여 급증하는 트래픽을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크에 대한 연구가 국내외적으로 활발하게 진행 중이다. 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크는 호스트 중심에서 벗어나 콘텐츠 자체를 중심으로 하는 네트워크 방식이다. CCN은 on-path 캐싱을 지원하여 콘텐츠를 효율적으로 배포할 수 있다. 하지만, on-path 캐싱의 경우 인기도가 높은 콘텐츠의 캐싱 확률이 높아 저장소를 효율적으로 사용하지 못하는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 캐싱의 효율 및 저장소의 효율적인 사용이 가능한 다양한 캐싱 기법에 관한 연구들 분석한다.
