In order to evaluate the earthquake damage level of small and medium - sized bridges without earthquake monitoring system, we proposed an algorithm for estimating the seismic force at the target bridge location using the ground acceleration data from the earthquake observatories near the structure. In general, response spectrum analysis, which is the most widely used dynamic analysis method to design and evaluate the structural system numerically is required a response spectrum to determine the dynamic loading. In this study, selection methods of the three closest observatories from the target structure and estimation method of ground response spectrum at arbitrary locations are developed. The proposed method can consider the distance and phase between the target bridge and the seismic station and from the relationship between the acceleration amplitudes and the location of the selected seismic station, the earthquake loading of the target bridge can be determined. The proposed algorithm is estimated to be more conservative than the response spectrum evaluated by actual earthquake data.

현재 우리나라 물류 산업을 살펴보면 대기업이 차지하는 비중은 날이 갈수록 커져가고 있다. 물류서비스 시장의 고질적인 문제인 다단계 재위탁 구조로 인하여 중소물류기업들의 수익 구조는 더욱 악화될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 정부 및 기관에서 추진하고 있는 중소기업 지원시책을 알아보고, 다양한 지원 정책 중 물류업을 행하고 있는 중소기업들이 시급하다고 생각하는 요인을 도출하여 중소형 물류기업들을 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigates the research trends of SMEs and technological innovations in the last 40 years. Research topics and methodological trends were analyzed for 114 academic papers deals with technology innovation in SMEs. In terms of research subjects, there have been interested in the technology capability and technology accumulation of SMEs in the 1990s, but after the 2000s, research on external open innovation and innovation performance has increased. The empirical analysis studies using primary or secondary data were dominated since the 2000s. We suggest some future research directions, more systematic innovation processes in SMEs, the interactions between technology innovation and external environments, and advanced methodologies on SMEs' technology innovation studies.

최근 전세계 각 연구기관에서 CPS, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 5G, 빅데이터, IIOT, Milk-run AI 알고리즘 등을 활용한 CIPs(Connected Industrial parks) 아키텍쳐가 다양하게 제안되고 있다. 평균적으로 한국의 중소기업은 기술력과 가격 경쟁력 문제로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 미국, 일본, 유럽 등의 해외 선진국들에 비하여 기술력이 확실한 우위를 보이지 못하고 있으며, 중국, 베트남 등의 국가에 비하여는 제조 가격 경쟁력을 보이지 못하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 한국의 중소 기업들은 지속 가능한 성장 방안을 찾기 위하여 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 재무적으로 한국의 중소기업들이 수익성을 향상시키기 위해서는 매출을 증대시키는 것 보다 비용을 절감하는 것이 효과적이다. 이러한 문제 의식 속에서 한국 CIPs에 위치한 중소 기업들의 비용 절감을 위한 방안으로서 VJP(Vehicle Junction Problem)를 주목하였다. 중소 기업의 최소 물류 비용 달성을 위한 방법으로 CIPs 결제 한국형 시스템을 연구하였다. 새로운 한국형 CIPs결제 시스템의 세부 항목을 크게 4가지 "데이터(Data)", "업무(Business)", "자금(Finance)", "기술(Technique)"로 구분하여 정리하였다.

본 논문에서는 전압 및 전류보호, 주파수보호, 순간정전, 순간전압 저하보호 및 단독운전 기능 등 보호기능을 통합한 지능형 보호 및 제어기를 내장한 30kW급 태양광 인버터의 실 계통 연계시험을 통해서 지능형 보호기기의 성능 및 효용성을 입증하고 보급 확대를 도모하고자 지능형 보호 및 제어 기능을 내장한 30kW급 태양광 인버터를 제작하고, 그 보호성능 시험을 위한 성능 시스템을 구성하여 실계통 연계 보호성능 시험을 수행하여 그 결과를 토대로 중소명 건물용 지능형 태양광 인버터 계통연계 보호기능에 대한 효용성의 입증을 통해 현장 적용 가능성을 입증하였다.

중소형 일체형 원자로의 자연대류 실험 및 해석을 통해 일체형 원자로의 자연대류에 의한 잔열제거 기능의 특성 및 피동 안전성을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 일체형 원자로 축소 실험장치를 이용한 자연대류 실증 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험 결과를 RETRAN-03와 COMMIX-1B 코드 해석 결과와 비교, 검증하였다. 실험 결과 일부 증기발생기의 열제거 기능 상실이 발생한 경우에도 노심으로 유입되는 냉각재의 온도가 균일하게 분포하여 피동 잔열 제거가 원만히 일어남을 알 수 있었고 해석 결과와 일치하였다.

This study aims to design a chief VDR(Voyage Data Recorder) system which is appropriate to small and medium sized vessels and also implement the data about marine communication devices, sensors, etc. to be stored or printed at the navigator when those data are connected to VDR through data communication between marine navigation and VDR which are based on serial communication or internet in order to prove efficiency of the marine navigator. Also, the design of VDR is intended to be small and light in order to expand to apply it to small and medium vessels, which enables to analyze causes of marine accidents precisely through its characteristic functions which are the same as those at "vehicle mounted black-box" (location of the car, image and voice storage) by which the same roles are played on land.

The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting technology innovation of the innovative IT SMEs. A research model is established based on the previous studies on the technology innovation of SMEs. The model consists of independent variables (Adhocracy culture, R&D capability, IT capability, Leadership, and Appraisal & Reward), an intermediate variable (Knowledge management), and dependent variables (product/service innovation and process innovation). Major research results can be summarized as follows: IT SMEs pursuing technology innovation should: (1) pay attention to innovation oriented culture, IT capability, and evaluation & compensation systems of the company; (2) recognize that knowledge management is an essential activity performed by the company; (3) strengthen the R&D capabilities of the company by not only exerting internal efforts but establishing cooperative network with various parties; and (4) resolve the decoupling problem of the evaluation & compensation system.

중소형 폐기물소각설비의 저압 저질의 포화증기를 이용한 폐열발전용 용수처리에 관한 연구를 수행 하였다. 기존 소각설비에 적용된 강산성 이온교환수지형 연수기에 역삼투압 멤브레인 처리와 강염기성 이온교환수지형 용수처리를 연결하여 보일러 용수를 처리한 결과, KS B6209의 30 $kg/cm_2$ 증기 압력의 보일러 용수기준에는 적합하였고, 증기의 비체적으로 증기 농도로 환산하면. 역삼투압법처리에 의한 방법보다는 강염기성이온교환수지형 용수처리를 연계 처리한 결과가 중소형폐기물소각설비의 저압증기터빈발전에 보다 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of FTA information learning in export SMEs. Therefore, this study has constructed an integrated model including the moderating effects of FTA information learning on the of export performance in SME. The relationship between SMEs' localization strategy, product innovation capacity, and FTA information learning was linked to export performance, and an empirical analysis was conducted on 195 export SMEs. The path analysis was performed using the structural equation model(SEM), and six hypotheses including the control effect were tested. As a result, the localization strategy of SMEs positively influenced product innovation capacity. On the other hand, FTA information learning did not show significant results. Product innovation capacity and FTA information learning as an antecedents showed significant results in terms of export performance. In the moderated effects analysis, the moderated effect between the localization strategy and FTA information learning did not show significant effect on the product innovation capacity. Whereas the moderated effect between the product innovation capacity and the FTA information learning significant influence on the export performance of SMEs.
