Total polyphenol content and biological activities of water and methanol extract from Aronia melanocarpa berry, leaf, stem and twig were analyzed to investigate the potential for a bio-functional material. The polyphenol content of leaf and twig extracts were higher than those of berry and stem extracts. DPPH radical and ABTS radical scavenging activities of both extracts, were measured in order of twig, leaf, berry and stem. Tyrosinase inhibitory activities of water extract were measured in order of berry, leaf, twig and stem. Those of methanol extract were measured in order of twig, leaf, berry and stem. The nitrite-scavenging ability of water and methanol extract were measured in order of berry, leaf, twig and stem. Consequently it was shown that the non-edible parts of aronia, leaf and twig, had antioxidant activities and nitric oxide scavenging activities. It is expected that these materials could be used as functional bio-materials in bio-health care products including cosmetic products.

Increasing the rice consumption, seven kinds of Nurungji which served as a home meal replacer and snack were developed with some functional materials were added, and their physiochemical characteristics were analyzed. The water binding capacity was the highest in Nurungji with black sesame seed (264.13%), and the hardness was the lowest as 0.36 N in Nurungji with Tenebrio molitor. The reducing sugar content was the highest in Nurungji with sweet pumpkin (1.47%) when being soaked in water for 30 minutes. As a result of measuring 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl free radical scavenging activity of the tested Nurungji preparations, Nurungji with sweet pumpkin and beet showed the high scavenging activity against free radicals. As a result of sensory evaluation, overall acceptability was the highest in Nurungji with black sesame seeds (4.3). Physicochemical characterization and sensory evaluation of Nurongji added with various materials confirmed that they could be applied to various food products.

Big Data is now seen as a major asset in the company's competitiveness, its influence in the future is expected to grow. Companies that recognize the importance are already actively engaged with Big Data in product development and marketing, which are increasingly applied across sectors of society, including politics, sports. However, lack of knowledge of the system implementation and high costs are still a big obstacles to the introduction of Big Data and systems. It is an objective in this study to build a Big Data system, which is based on open source Hadoop and Hive among Big Data systems, utilizing POS sales data of small and medium-sized offline markets. This approach of convergence is expected to improve existing sales systems that have been simply focusing on profit and loss analysis. It will also be able to use it as the basis for the decisions of the executive to enable prediction of the consumption patterns of customer preference and demand in advance.

As the cost of installing and maintaining software on large organizations such as recent companies and schools has increased, software installation and maintenance costs are low, system management is easy, demand for ease of use software solutions has increased. In the reality that special education for service center engineers is required along with the release of various products, training of the software and solution industry is regarded as important. Building Web-based user and system interactive environment, strengthened usability and educational ability effect suitable for engineer level. In the future, research that is familiar with specific software, not successfully combining multiple frameworks, rather than developers, will be increasingly important for research that can achieve optimal performance.

Refactoring is an engineering technique for securing the quality of existing legacy code, improving the internal structure without changing the functionality of the software. Along with the reuse of open source software, reuse of source code through programming language conversion is increasingly required due to technical or market requirements. In this situation, the refactoring technique including language conversion as well as energy efficiency is considered to be an important means for improving the productivity and the quality of embedded software development. This paper proposes a code refactoring technique that converts the grammar and structure of a programming language into those of a different language through comparison and mapping, in addition to the existing energy efficient refactoring technique. The use of the proposed refactoring technique can expect to improve the competitiveness of the product through rapid software development and quality improvement by coping with the environment change of the software development language and enhancing the reuse of the existing code.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on the bio signal of brain waves and pulse waves using acupressure thermal bed combined with acupressure and thermal therapy. Forty healthy adults were divided into 20 experimental groups using combinatorial stimulation beds and 20 non-irritating controls. As a result of the experiment, the EEG was significantly increased in the delta wave and theta wave in the experimental group, and the alpha wave and beta wave decreased significantly. The pulse wave increased the parasympathetic activity index in the experimental group and the heart rate decreased. There was no difference in the control group. This change in EEG can be seen as a combination stimulation bed having a sleep-inducing effect, and a change in pulse wave can seen as having a relaxing effect. This study is expected to be used as basic data for the development of various combination stimulators and functional bed products.

Only small numbers of medium-sized manufacturers have adopted a production management system. They have difficulty maintaining production cost and progress management, because they have used the ways that win a contract, not mass production system like a big company. Also a small company has to change standard features of products whenever customers want, by means of non-standardization and small quantity production method. As a result, it has been very difficult for a small company to establish a proper production management system. So, this paper tried to make a study about increasing production management system, using QR codes in a small-sized manufacturer with the ways that win a contract, based on real application case.

The animation industry, which accelerates the overall development of the Digital contents industry, is a high value-added industry that produces synergy effects in cooperation with key industries such as IT. Effectively serving as a vital energy source for the Korean economy through its positive effects, such as employment creation. In particular, there is the real prospect that the Korean animation industry will gain ground in overseas markets and thus occupy them ahead of others, by advancing overseas in uni son with the hypersonic network industry. In this regard, this study aims to suggest some concrete ways in which to Korean animation companies can enhance their competitiveness. This is accomplished by positively verifying that some major representative methods of competitiveness enhancement, whose effectiveness has been proved in existing manufacturing and production systems. a re also excellently effective for the animation enterprise. This study aimed to identify the effects of advertisement properties in PPL-used cosmetic convergence advertisements on brand attitude and purchasing intention and provide basic data that can be used for PPL marketing in cosmetics industry. For the purpose, this study interviewed female college students using a questionnaire and analysed 494 copies of the responses except 6 ones whose responses were insincere using SPSS v. 21.0. As a result, it was discovered that informativeness and entertainment as sub-factors of advertisement properties had statistically significant positive (+)effects on brand attitude while discomfort had statistically significant negative(-) effect on it. Also, informativeness and entertainment had statistically significant positive (+)effects on purchasing intention. Therefore, as PPL that breaks the contents and flow of dramas or movies decreases advertisement effects and purchasing intention, PPL advertisements should naturally present information on cosmetic products in dramas or movies.
