Small and medium-sized Korean companies are currently changing their industrial structure faster than in the past due to various environmental factors (such as securing competitiveness and developing excellent products). In particular, the importance of collecting and utilizing data produced in smart factory environments is increasing as diverse devices related to artificial intelligence are put into manufacturing sites. This paper proposes an artificial intelligence-based smart factory model to improve the process of products produced at the manufacturing site with the recent smart factory. The proposed model aims to ensure the increasingly competitive manufacturing environment and minimize production costs. The proposed model is managed by considering not only information on products produced at the site of smart factory based on artificial intelligence, but also labour force consumed in the production of products, working hours and operating plant machinery. In addition, data produced in the proposed model can be linked with similar companies and share information, enabling strategic cooperation between enterprises in manufacturing site operations.

중소기업은 그동안 저원가를 기반으로 생산에 치중하여왔으나 이같은 기반은 무너지고 더 싸고, 더 질좋은 제품을 더 빨리 제공하여야만 하는 경쟁의 양상으로 변해가고 있다. 이같은 상황에서 우리 중소기업은 특유의 비교우위 확보가 필요하고 앞을 내다볼 수 있는 원가 우위전략, 차별화전략, 집중화전략이 수립이 절실히 요구되는 시기이다.

기업의 경쟁력을 확보하고, 이를 유지하기 위해서는 기업의 정보화가 필수적이다. 이에 따라 구현된 한 기업의 정보화 수준을 평가할 수 있는 정보화 수준 평가모델은 매우 중요한 척도로 사용된다. 그러나 기존의 평가방식들은 대부분 중소기업의 다양한 규모와 업종, 사업유형 등을 반영하지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업의 주요 업무프로세스별로 현재 상황의 정보화 수준을 평가해서 향후 정보화를 추진하기 위한 로드맵을 제시하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소 제조업체를 대상으로 제조업종의 사업형태를 고려하여 전사적 정보화 성숙단계 및 주요 업무프로세스별 정보화 수준을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다.

올해 3조3000억원 가량의 정책자금이 중소기업 지원에 투입된다. 중소기업청과 중소기업진흥공단은 청년층 창업 촉진과 미래성장 기업 집중 육성을 위해 올해 3조3000억원 규모의 중소기업 정책자금을 운용할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 3조3000억원의 정책자금 규모는 지난해의 3조2000억원보다 3.9% 증가된 것으로, 만 39세 이하 청년창업기업 지원을 위해 2100억원 가량이 늘어난 게 주효했다. 우선 청년층 창업에 대한 부담 완화를 위해 창업 실패 시, 심사를 통해 대출금 상환부담을 줄여주는 융자상환금조정형에 500억원이 투입된다. 또 민간매칭으로 시중은행을 통해 집행되는 민간연계형 자금 1600억원과 청년전용창업자금 등이 신설된다. 1인창조기업 특성을 반영한 특화자금으로 500억원이, 제조기반기술분야 경쟁력 강화를 위한 소공인 특화자금으로 450억원이 투입되고, 1500억원 규모로 투자와 융자의 장점을 복합시킨 투융자복합금융이 별도로 신설된다. 자세한 사항 및 정책자금 신청 희망기업은 중소기업진흥공단 홈페이지(www.sbc.or.kr) '정책자금 융자도우미'를 통해 신청요건 및 추천자금 등을 자가진단 후 신청하면 된다.

기업에서의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있어서 정보화 도구의 활용은 중요하다. 급변하는 지식경제시대의 도래로 인하여 제조 분야를 비롯한 모든 산업 분야에서 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 자생할 수 있는 가장 강력한 수단으로 대두되고 있으며, 점차 기업은 정보화에 많은 투자를 하고 있고, 이에 중소기업에서도 예외 없이 필수적인 것이 되어가고 있다. 중소기업의 정보화는 내부 업무의 효율성과 생산성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 국가 전체와 사회 각 분야에 대한 파급효과가 지대하다는 점에서 정부는 중소기업의 정보화 촉진을 위한 각종 지원을 해오고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 중소기업의 정보화 현황과 수준을 파악하고, 중소기업의 정보화 운용의 특성과 정보화 운용이 재무적 성과에 어떤 영향성을 미치는지 그리고 그에 따른 관리자의 인식은 어떠한지 알아보고자 한다.

한국의 광학관련 대기업이 본격적으로 중국시장에 진출한 것은 1993년경이며, 중소 광학기업이 진출한 것은 그로부터 몇 년 뒤로 벌써 10년 이상의 시간이 흘렀다. 대기업의 경우 대부분이 지금까지 성공적으로 지속적인 발전을 하고 있으나, 중소기업의 경우 전체적으로 현상유지를 하고 있다고 하는 표현이 맞을 것 같다. 현재 한국의 많은 중소 광학제조업체들이 중국에 진출하는 이유는 글로벌 경쟁력 확보.대기업과의 동반진출.중국의 광대한 시장이 주는 매력 때문인 것으로 본다. 그러나 중국이 점차 외자기업에게 불리한 정책을 펼쳐나가고 있고 당장 올해부터 시행되는 새로운 노동법으로 인해 중국에 진출했거나 진출을 준비하고 있는 한국 기업들은 더욱 신중한 판단과 계획이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction of a investment policy to increase a competitive power for small firms. For this purpose, several hypothesis are established and tested (1) Whether the small firm's management resources and performance are different among industries\ulcorner (2) What resurces affect on the business performance\ulcorner (3) Whether the firm's management resources which affect the performance are different among industries\ulcorner (4) Whether the firm's resources level are different between high performance group and low performance group in same industry\ulcorner For the empirical study, the data is obtained from 1,338 small firms in Korea manufacturing industries. The results of this study are (1) the level of firm's management resources and performance are different among industries and (2) the management resources which affect the performance are different according the industry. And (3) the management resources level are different according to the firm's performance level in some industry.

This study empirically investigated the influence of entrepreneurship and technological commercialization capabilities of domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on financial performance by mediating technological performance. To achieve this, a survey was administered to their hands-on workers in charge of R&D. The survey results were analyzed through the structural equation model as follows. Entrepreneurship had an effect on technological and financial performance. Technology commercialization capability had an effect on technological performance. However, technological commercialization capabilities were evaluated to be inferior to financial performance, which can be interpreted as financial performance being judged as different between individuals or organizations in terms of technological commercialization capabilities. Technological performance had an effect on financial performance. Technological performance played a mediating role in the effects of entrepreneurship and technology commercialization capability on financial performance. Consequently, it is very important for entrepreneurship and technology commercialization capability to develop new products and improve corporate performance with insufficient financial status or operating system completion.

효과적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 표준화하고 단계별 주요 활동에 관한 연구, 프로젝트 범위 일정 비용 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS 작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 설정, 중소기업 IT업체 감리업체 등 참여기업간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 구축을 위해 중소기업 생산정보화에 적합한 시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM : Production System Development Methodology)에 관하여 연구 개발한다. 이 PSDM의 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 참여하는 많은 중소기업 및 IT업체들이 표준화된 방법론을 이용하여 시스템 구축을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 보다 높은 신뢰성을 가진 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

"All things possibly could be measured.", measurement is a essential part in all kinds of industry, especially in manufacturing. Korean Industrial Standard has been established and announced in September, 1961. Measurement has been emphasized. But until now, measurement hasn't been located to the core of manufacturing in domestic. So, this study suggests improvement guide line for the multilateral problems of measurement system based on the investigation of 146 small and medium-sized enterprises in April, 2002.
