Millimeter Wave Cavity Resonators Using Micromachining Technique (마이크로머시닝 기술을 이용한 밀리미터파 Cavity 공진기 설계)

  • 본 논문은 마이크로머시닝 기술을 이용한 밀리미터파 대역의 공진기 설계를 제시한다. 밀리미터파 대역에서 3D 설계 tool인. HP HFSS ver. 5.5를 사용하였다. One-port cavity 공진기는 공진 주파수가 39.34 GHz., 반사 손실은 14.5 dB, 그리고, loaded Q (Q$_1$)는 150 을 보인다. Two-port cavity 공진기의 경우, 공진 주파수는 39GHz이고, 삽입 손실과 반사 손실은 각각 4.6 dB 와 19.8 dB. 그리고 loaded Q와 unloaded Q는 각각 44.3과 107로 측정되었다.

  • Adaptation in dynamic environments gains a significant advantage by combining evolution and learning. We propose an on-line, realtime evolutionary learning mechanism to determine the structure and the synaptic weights of a neural network controller for mobile robot navigations. We support our method, based on (1+1) evolutionary strategy, which produces changes during the lifetime of an individual to increase the adaptability of the individual itself, with a set of experiments on evolutionary neural controller for physical robots behaviors.

  • 본 논문에서는 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 무장할당 문제를 제안하였다. 무장할당이란 적의 공격으로부터 방어대상물의 손상을 최소화하거나 적의 공격물 또는 표적의 격추 확률이 최대가 되도록 표적에 대한 방어무기의 적절한 할당을 목적으로 하는 최적화 문제로서, 본 논문에서는 무장할당 문제에 전역 최적화의 강점을 가진 유전자 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 무장할당문제에 적합한 유전자 알고리즘 형태와 파라메타를 선정하는 방법을 제시하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해서 기존의 전통적인 최적화 기법과의 성능 비교를 수행한 결과, 제안된 방법이 우수함을 입증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 파라미터 불확실성을 가지는 비선형 시스템을 안정화하는 견실 퍼지 제어기 설계 기법을 제시한다. 견실 퍼지 제어기를 설계하기 위하여, 비선형 시스템을 Takagi-Sugeon(T-S)모델로 표현하고 퍼지 제어기는 병렬 분한 보상(PDC : parallel distributed compensation)의 개념을 이용한다. Lyapunov함수를 이용하여 파라미터 불확실성을 가지는 T-S퍼지 모델의 안정성을 논하고, 견실 퍼지 제어기가 존재할 충분조건을 선형 행렬 부등식(LMI " linear materix inequality)을 이용하여 나타낸다. 이러한 선형 행렬 부등식의 해들로부터 견실 퍼지 제어기를 직접적으로 구할 수 있다.

  • A new paradigm of technology, based on the overall interactions of technology, humans and environment through Korperlichkeit(corporeality or philosophy of Mom), is explored. Parallelism based on holism and embodiment, and relative interactions based on correspondence and interrelationships, are the key ideas in the proposed paradigm. Biological information processing systems much resemble the key ideas of interactive technology. Robots could be easily implemented from this evolutionary engineering approach.

  • The challenge is to control unstable nonlinear dynamic systems using only sparse feedback from the environment concerning its performance. The design of such controllers can be achieved by evolving neural networks. An evolutionary approach to train neural networks in realtime is proposed. Evolutionary strategies adapt the weights of neural networks and the threshold values of neuron's synapses. The proposed method has been successfully implemented for pole balancing problem.

  • Highly nonlinear dynamical systems are easily identified using neural networks. When disturbances are included in the learning data set Int system modeling, modeling process will be poorly performed. Since the radial basis functions in the radial basis function network(RBFN) are centered at the points specified by the weights, RBF networks are robust for approximating the process including the narrow-band disturbances deviating significantly from the regular signals. To exclude(filter) these disturbances, a robust algorithm for system identification, based on the RBFN, is proposed. The performance of system identification excluding disturbances is investigated and compared with the one including disturbances.
