2005년에 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'이 새로 발표됨으로써 교재들이 새로 개발되고 있는데, 운영지침이 발표된 지 얼마 되지 않았기 때문에 새로 개발된 교재들이 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'에서 제시하는 내용 체계와 지도 내용을 실제 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 지도하고 있는지에 대한 연구가 아직 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 각 교재의 구성과 내용을 분석하여 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'에서 제시하는 내용 체계와 지도내용을 실제 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 지도하고 있는지에 대해 교재를 분석하였다.

지구온난화는 글로벌 최우선 과제로 급부상하고 있다. 지구온난화의 원인인 $CO_2$와 에너지 절감을 위해 현재 그린 IT 개념에 대해 활발히 논의 중이며 국가뿐만 아니라 기업에서도 그린 IT를 위해 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 아직까지 교육기관의 그린 IT 관련 연구는 시작단계에 불과하다. 현재 초 중등학교에서 교육정보화 사업에 의한 IT 장비의 증가로 에너지 소비 및 $CO_2$ 배출 증가가 가속화되고 있기 때문에 IT를 도입하는 데 있어 그린화가 절대적으로 필요하다. 따라서 현재 출시되고 있는 그린 IT 제품 현황을 조사하여 학교에 보급된 IT 제품의 그린화 현황을 파악한다. 국내 외에서 설계 및 생산되는 IT 제품에 부여하는 각종 규제 및 지침과 IT관련 규제와 친환경적 속성을 평가하여 부여하는 환경마크제도 등을 조사 분석하여 이를 토대로 우리나라 초 중등학교에서 그린 IT 제품 도입 시에 필요한 가이드라인을 개발하였다.

최근의 개정된 7차교육과정의 '정보' 교과에서는 기존의 컴퓨터활용위주 교육대신에 컴퓨터과학과 문제해결능력을 강조하는 내용으로 개편되었다. 이 교육 과정은 2010년 중학교 1학년부터 적용하여 2013년 고등학교 3학년까지 단계적으로 적용할 계획에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개정된 '정보' 교육과정의 내용에 관련 있는 '초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침'의 내용을 중등학생이 어느 정도 파악하고 있으며, 4단계의 영역('정보사회의 생활', '정보기기의 이해', '정보처리의 이해', '정보가공과 공유')과 '종합 활동'의 학습 내용간에 인지도의 차이를 분석한다. 이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현재 일선학교에서 시행되고 있는 '초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침'의 운영상의 문제점을 학생인지도 측면에서 지적하고 이의 개선점을 제시하고자 한다.

컴퓨터 교육은 다양한 형태로 초.중등 학교 교육에서 확대되어 나가고 있다. 하지만, 초.중등 학교에서 이루어지는 컴퓨터교육은 무엇을 어떻게 가르쳐야 할지 올바르게 정립되지 않고 있다. 이것은 컴퓨터의 모학문인 컴퓨터과학에서 연구할 필요가 있으며 미국에서도 이와 같은 연구가 계속해서 진행되고 있다. 컴퓨터과학은 정보처리에 관한 원리를 탐구하는 학문으로서 그 응용분양가 빠르게 변하고 있어 교육과정을 확립하는데 여러 가지로 어려움이 따르지만, 다음과 같은 연구 방향은 초.중등학교 컴퓨터교육의 정상화를 꽤하는데 기반을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 첫째, 컴퓨터과학의 기초지식을 명확하게 제시하며, 둘째, 초.중등학교 정보소양 차원에서 필수적인 지식과 기술에 대한 연구가 선행되어야 하며, 셋째, 전문 교과 교육과정에서 실제 필요한 내용에 대한 조사가 이루어져야 할 필요가 있다.

교육부 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2000. 8. 1)"에 따라 2001학년도부터 초 중등학교에서는 필수적으로 정보통신기술 소양 및 활용 교육을 연간 34시간 이상(1학년은 30시간)씩 확보하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 운영지침만 나와 있을 뿐 구체적인 실천 방법이 나와 있지 않아서 일선학교에서는 정보통신기술 교육과정을 운영하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침(2005.12)"을 바탕으로 창의성과 문제해결력을 신장시키길 수 있는 컴퓨터 재량활동 교재(2단계: 3, 4학년 중심)를 개발하게 되었다.

본 논문에서는 우리 나라 학교환경교육의 발전 과정을 태동기(1980년 이전), 성립기(1981-1991년), 정착기(1992년 이후)로 구분하여 간략히 개관한 다음, 전국 수준의 초.중등학교 학생, 교사, 교육전문직을 대상으로 한 환경교육에 관한 의식과 요구 사항 등에 대한 조사 연구 결과 및 이를 바탕으로 한 환경과 담당 교사의 현직연수와 양성교육에 관한 정책 대안을 제시하였다. 또, 1993년 이후 우리 나라에서 이루어지고 있는 환경교육을 위한 교사교육의 변화 및 발전 현황을 다음과 같이 요약하였다. 첫째, 중등학교의 교사자격증 표시과목으로 '환경'과가 1994년부터 추가됨으로써 현직교사 연수 및 교사양성대학에 환경교육과의 설치가 제도적으로 가능해졌다. 둘째, 제6차 교육과정(1995년부터 적용)에 신설된 중학교 환경 및 고등학교 환경화학 담당 교사 확보를 위한 자격연수(총 180시간)가 1994년 여름방학부터 시작되었으며, 이를 통하여 1996연말까지 환경과 부전공 자격 소지자를 680명 배출하게 되었다. 셋째, 중등학교에서 환경과를 담당할 교사를 양성하기 위한 환경교육과가 전국 3개 대학(한국교원대학교, 공주대학교, 순천대학교)에 설치되었다. 넷째, 1995년부터 전국의 각급 학교에 환경주임교사를 배치하여 학생의 체험적 환경교육을 유동하고, 일반교사에게 환경교육의 중요성을 전파하는 역할을 담당하게 하고 있다. 다섯째, 환경과 부전공 제도가 1996년부터 시작되었다. 대학재학 중에 전공과목에 대하여는 42학점 이상, 환경교육 관련 과목을 21학점 이상 이수한 학생은 환경과 부전공 교사 자격증을 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 여섯째, 교사의 자생단체로 지역별 '환경교사연구회'가 구성되어 환경교육 자체연수, 교재개발과 보급, 환경캠프와 답사 등의 활동을 전개하고 있다. 끝으로 환경교육을 위한 교사교육에서 계속 노력해야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

The objectives of this study are to study and propose the learning elements and it's teaching methods for Information Ethics by expert survey. In recent days, Internet is the new field of our living, but teaching the students in elementary and secondary schools the subject of Information Ethics which purpose is to have positive attitude of utilizing Internet is not properly executed. The first step to teach Information Ethics in schools is to choose the learning elements in Information Ethics. Therefore, this paper is to choose the learning elements and re-arrange them with point of view to elementary and secondary schools. And more, in order to teach the students the learning elements of Information Ethics effectively, we propose the proper teaching methods to the learning elements by teacher's survey. The learning elements and teaching methods in Information Ethics is not the perfect guide to teach students in school, but the output of this study will be the good guide to revise the Information Ethics-related curriculums and product the textbooks about Information Ethics.

There are many activities that open source software may using at several areas from the government and international organization such as the UN. And Korea enforces the open source software demonstration activities with different meaning link. It is an evaluation field whether or not using the open source software in information projects. But the public information and the education against the open source software are insufficient in the secondary school students who are be latent open source software users. In this paper, We present an examination and analysis of the open source software recognition of the secondary school students in Korea. And We suggest education methods that can use the open source software in the information subject of the revised 7th national education curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factor of principals' trust in teachers which principals of secondary school recognized and to explore their needs on building trust in teachers. For this purpose, this study used survey question of which investigated conception of principals' trust in teachers and performed with 296 secondary school principals. First, gap of two statuses was proven by t-test. Second, the order of priority was presented by Borich model. Third, the result of the locus for focus model was presented in the form of coordinate plane. Lastly, top priority and the second priority were determined. The result of this study was as following. 'Class management, instruction, and caring for students' category is highest in needs of secondary school principals on trust in teachers. Next, second priority category is 'partnership with parents'. It means secondary school principals recognize that students and parents are most important on education and their trust in teachers. Based on the review, finding and implications are discussed.
