The results of this study showed that the prevalence of impaired fasting glucose was 44.77%, and the frequency of drinking(OR=1.531, 95% CI: 1.01-2.33) and triglycerides(OR=1.002, 95% CI: 1.00-1.01) were significantly related factors for impaired fasting glucose. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program for the prevention and management of impaired fasting glucose in middle-aged men, and this program should include drinking habits and triglycerides management strategies.
