Physicochemical properties of crystalline-structured buckwheat starches cultivated and harvested in Taiwan, China, Korea, and USA were compared. X-ray diffraction pattern showed that all starches were type A as are most natural starches. Moisture contents of starches were 6.30-9.58%, and crude protein contents of Taiwanese and Chinese buckwheats were higher than those of Korean and American ones, whereas Korean and Chinese buckwheats had higher fat contents. Blue-value of Chinese buckwheat was highest at 0.39 and that of Korean buckwheat was lowest at 0.32. Amylose content of American buckwheat was highest at 27.6 and that of Korean buckwheat was lowest. Highest water-binding capacity was shown in Taiwanese buckwheat and lowest in American one. Higher amylase contents in Chinese and American buckwheats reduced expansion and solubility. Highest values of viscosity measured by RVA, breakdown indicating process stability, and setback closely connected to retrogradation of American buckwheat resulted in relatively hard gel.

The nucleotide sequences of nuclear ribosomal ITS regions and chloroplast rbcL, matK and psbA-trnH regions of 30 individuals of Dendrobium moniliforme from several localities in four countries and 28 related species of Dendrobium were compared to investigate the genetic differences among Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese D. moniliforme, and to verify the homogeneity of D. moniliforme, which is used as a traditional medicine in East Asia. A phylogenetic analysis showed that Korean D. moniliforme and Japanese D. moniliforme form a monophyletic group, with no significant differences between their nucleotide sequences. This confirms that they are the same species. However, the Chinese and Taiwanese D. moniliforme were polyphyletic. Various species related to D. moniliforme were located between the Korean-Japanese D. moniliforme and the Chinese-Taiwanese D. moniliforme, and other related species were found between individuals of Chinese-Taiwanese D. moniliforme. D. moniliforme is described in Japan, providing evidence that the Korean-Japanese D. moniliforme is the original species. In addition, our data suggest that the Chinese-Taiwanese D. moniliforme complex is a mixture of a range of other species. Further studies are required to understand the taxonomic identity of this species. In the Korean-Japanese D. moniliforme, there were almost no genetic differences among the localities, whereas the genetic heterogeneity was high among individuals of the Chinese-Taiwanese D. moniliforme.

일본의 상시 오리사육수는 50만수에 불과하며 연간 250만수 정도가 생산되고 있으며, 오리고기 자급율은 17% 수준으로 대부분 수입에 의존하고 있으며 주로 중국에서 80% 이상을 수입하여 왔으나 중국산 수입금지 이후 태국, 대만, 프랑스 등에서 수입되었고 한국산은 2004년도 1.4%로 미미하였다. 또한 자체 수입량의 90% 이상이 냉동품으로 수입되고 있고 신선 또는 냉장은 극히 일부 수입되고 있으며 오리고기 이용은 우리나라에 비해 다양하다.

This study deals with 8 species in 6 genera including 5 new species and 2 new records from Taiwan. The new ones are Neanura kentingensis n.sp., Womersleya formosana n.sp., Crossodinthina montana n.sp., Vitronura tubercula sp., Lobella nana n.sp., and 2 new records are Pseudachorucina nepalica Yosii, 1966 and Lobella perfusa Denis., 1934. The Neanuridae fauna of Taiwan accordingly is listed as 13 species in 7 genera. The biogeographic affinities with the Japan, Vietnam and adjacent countries are discussed.

2017년 상반기 우리 게임 시장의 특징 중 하나가 중국산 모바일 게임의 국내 흥행이라 할 만 하다. 3월 경만 해도 중국 게임사들이 카카오 등 국내 유통 업체 등을 통해 시장에 들어왔다면 7월 이후 우리 시장을 포함한 구글 플레이 마켓에서 초강세를 보이는 소녀전선 등은 국내 시장을 노린 한글화 작업 이외에는 중국, 대만, 홍콩 등의 업계가 제작과 배급을 다 담당하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 국내 모바일 게임 시장에서 강세를 보이는 중국 게임을 플레이하는 국내 사용자들이 중국 게임임을 인지하고 있었는지, 또 어떤 면에서 국내 게임보다 더 선호되었는지를 여러 모바일 게임 사이트를 통한 201명의 설문 조사를 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 중국산 게임의 한국 사용자들은 79%가 남성이고 대부분이 20대 이하였으며 미소녀 함선 게임을 주로 하지만 그런 장르적 특성 이외에 소녀성, 판타지성, 선정성이 강화된 일러스트와 한국 게임과는 다른 과금정책 및 운영정책에 높은 점수를 주었음이 드러났다. 더 이상 한국 모바일 게임이 중국 수출품용이 아니라 오히려 우리가 시장을 방어해야 할 단계가 아닌지 심히 우려되는 상황이라 하겠다.

This study investigates the effect of organic certification of apples on consumer preference in China as a way to support the expanded export of Korean apples to China. A choice experiment was designed to analyze the apple consumption in China. A total of 298 Chinese consumers answered the survey, and multinomial logit models were used to analyze the results. Organic certification was identified as an important determinant of consumer preference for apples in China, affecting both the evaluation and choice of country of origin. The results also indicated that Korean organic certification significantly increased the probability of Chinese consumers choosing Korean apples. Thus, organic certification by the Korean government should be strengthened to promote apple exports to China, plus the results of this study may provide useful information to promote agricultural product exports and improve the organic certification system.

2010년 8월 오리고기 원산지 표시제가 제도화되어 시행중이다. 그러나 지난 연말 발생한 AI로 인해 오리고기 수급상황이 악화되면서 오리가격이 상승하였다. 그에 따라 중국산 훈제오리고기와 대만산 냉동오리의 수입량이 증가, 값싼 수입 오리고기를 재포장하여 국내산으로 둔갑 판매하거나 원산지 미표시 등 부정유통 사례가 크게 늘어나고 있다. 이에 협회는 국내 오리산업을 스스로 지키자는 취지에서 지난 5월 25일, 오리고기 유통 감시단을 발족하고 오리고기 원산지표시제의 조기정착을 위해 부정 유통 신고센터 운영을 본격 가동하고 있다. 지난 5월 전임 유통감시원으로 위촉된 김순이 양은선씨는 소비자 시민모임 회원으로 오리고기의 주요 소비처인 서울, 경기를 집중적으로 홍보 감시하면서 오리고기 원산지 표시제의 유통거래질서 확립에 기여하고 있다. 오리고기 유통감시원은 오리고기 원산지 표시 점검 및 부정유통을 감시함으로써 불법유통을 차단하고 오리고기 원산지표시제 정착을 위해 노력함은 물론 판매점 출입 시 명예감시원증을 제시, 방문목적을 밝히고 감시원으로서 품위를 유지하는 임무를 갖고 활동하고 있다. 오리고기 부정유통 사례를 막는 이들의 활동은 소비자와 오리 사육 농가를 보호하고, 올바른 정보전달을 통해 소비자의 신뢰를 구축할 수 있으며 이는 향후 오리고기 소비 확대에 기여할 수 있는 촉매의 역할이다. 평소 자발적으로 소비자 시민모임 활동에 참여하고 있는 김순이 양은선씨를 본지에서 만나봤다.

자라는 일본, 대만, 중국 및 한국 등 극동아시아지역에서 주로 건강식품 소재로 소비되고 있으며 최대 소비국인 일본의 경우 전통적인 특수 보양식의 소재로 널리 이용되거나 oil, 혈액, 엑기스, 분말, 혼합제제 등 다양한 형태의 건강식품으로 가공ㆍ이용되고 있어 그 양식량도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 우리 나라는 90년대 소규모의 자라양식의 성공으로 양식산 자라의 생산량이 급증하는 추세이나 고부가가치 이용기술의 부재(不在)로 대부분 민간 한방요법 소재로 소량 활용되고 있을 뿐 본격적인 가공이용 및 수출도 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 은어 Plecoglossus altivelis는 우리나라를 비롯하여 일본, 대만, 중국, 만주의 일부에만 분포하며 우리나라에서는 두만강과 한강을 제외한 모든 하천 및 하구부근에 분포 하는1년생 어류로, 최근 공업화에 따른 하천 수질의 오염과 댐 축조에 의한 하천 차단 등으로 인하여 자원은 급격히 감소하고 있으며 반면에 수요는 크게 증가하고 있어, 인공 종묘 생산의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. (중략)

The objective of this study is to uncover the standard and procedure of the review for the online game to export to China and try to find a plan how to solve a problem such as regulation for the online game imported into China depending on a protective policy for homemade game. The literatures related to the policy of China online game industry and the present condition of the wholistic restriction are reviewed and the standard and procedure of the review of China online game which is veiled was able to find definitely by using the case study on Korean company which was a great success as localization in China. As a result of this study, we found that the key factor on the review standard of China online game is the anti-social personality, such as 'the overthrow of Chinese socialist system', 'the territorial issue as the eviction of Hong Kong or the acknowledgment of Taiwan government', 'independence problem of the minorities', and 'damage to property as national treasure', et cetera. While the review of the homemade game in China takes about a month through just two steps in review process on online game, that of foreign game is required over at least three months through four steps in it. Moreover, it is difficult for foreign games to obtain the license due to total amount regulation for online game by 'General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's the Republic of China'. In the case of the joint-venture company, it is most important to the smooth communication between Korean company and Chinese company in order to overcome these strong regulation for online game review in China. Furthermore, as Chinese company in outward appearance it is need to be positioned absolutely in Chinese marketplace. The definite positioning strategy enables foreign companies to avoid the strong regulation about the foreign game in China. To understand, finally, deeply politics, society, and culture presented in Chinese ethics textbook permits the foreign companies to predict the exact standard of the review for online game. Therefore, this study is concluded with key implications to sustain guidelines on the deliberation for foreign companies which want to export online game to China to improve the predictability and accountableness about the review of the online game in China.
