In the maritime digital forensic part, it is very important and difficult process that analysis of data and information with vessel navigation system's binary log data for situation awareness of maritime accident. In recent years, anaysis of vessel's navigation system's trajectory information is an essential element of maritime accident investigation for vessel digital forensic process. So, we analysis of maritime navigation systems of vessel and feature of device and environments. In the future, we will research on information of ship's trajectory and movement for useful forensic service.

The illegal fishery act committed Chinese fishing vessels have not been stopped and Korea Coast Guard(KCG) has been injured or killed by chinese fishing forces, even though the Korean Government has been trying to control the illegal fishery and repeated violent act committed by Chinese fishing vessels in our Exclusive Economic Zone. Moreover, some problems in relation to the control process of KCG to suppress the illegal foreign fishing vessels has been exposed in spite of extensive efforts of Korean Government. Improper law enforcement of KCG in relation to foreign fishing vessels would cause international dispute between related states, although the control process to the illegal fishing vessels at sea is in a way of due law enforcement process forming a State's power. To this end, this paper examines the problems raised during the control process which is including the visit and inspection of illegal Chinese fishing vessels and law enforcement process exercised by KCG and presents practical solutions through analyzing the related materials, professional's opinion and recent cases.

A Chinese shipping boat collided with two Japanese coast guard boats in waters near the disputed Senkaku islands (known as Diaoyudao in China) in the East China Sea on September 7th last year. The boat was held and captain was arrested by Japanese Government. The incident soon turned into a big political and economic conflict between the two countries. Japan's intention was to show her tight control over Senkaku, whereas China's intention was to make it a disputed territory in the eyes of international politics. While the conflict was going on, a top-rank bilateral talk between the two countries was suspended, boycott of Japanese goods was suggested, numerous rallies were held in both countries. This situation lasted for several months until China used an extreme card of "Cutting Supply of Rare Earth to Japan". Under this pressure, Japan instantly released the captain and closed the case. Over this incident, public noticed the importance of rare earth and its impact on the global economy. Since then, the policy of Chinese Government for the rare earth has created more confusion and turmoil in the global market. The purpose of this article is to overview the price rally and future of the rare earth.

Areas of marine activity have expanded into exclusive economic zones and the continental shelf since the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLOS) in 1994, The signatory countries have been enforcing their maritime rights and competition in the international community has become intensified. Marine-related issues, including maritime sovereignty, has become an increasingly important issue with many national security and related studies following this trend. However, while there are many policy-related studies there remain few empirical studies. This paper conducted a study of illegal cases of Chinese fishing boats which are quite frequently for an empirical study on maritime sovereignty. This study conducted empirical analysis regarding factors relating to ocean sovereignty infringement by using correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of observed increases in illegal Chinese fishing boats decreased the production of aquatic products, whish resulted in economic fishery losses to Korea households and inflation in the Korean economy.

최근 서해지역 영해기점도서인 격렬비열도 인근 해상에 중국어선 불법어업이 증가되고 있으며, 인천 평택 대산항의 입출항 선박의 주요 관문로에 위치하고 있어 국토 최서단에 위치한 격렬비열도등대 기능을 강화하여 통항선박의 안전항행 유도, 불법어선 감시, 영토지킴이, 기상악화 시 어민들의 수난 구호기지 역할 수행 및 해양 기상관측시설물 관리 등 다양한 기능을 수행하도록 기반을 마련하였다.

According to an investigation performed on shipping accidents, the number of domestic shipping accidents has been increasing despite the decrease in global shipping accidents. Therefore, to reduce domestic shipping accidents, the present study investigated the criteria for the stability of fishing vessels. The IMO, foreign, and domestic regulations regarding fishing vessel stability were investigated, and a comparative study was conducted. The results showed that domestic regulations were the most relaxed regarding vessel stability. Finally, we proposed five items for the KOREA FISHING VESSELS STABILITY CRITERIA AMENDMENTS on the basis of the comparative study.

웅포는 금강의 배후 습지를 중심으로 형성된 마을이다. 일찍이 나루 기능과 내륙 수운을 통해 다른 지역과 내륙지역을 이어주는 포구의 기능을 수행하였다. 서해안과 가까운 하류부에 위치하고 있어 어선의 입항으로 수산물의 거래가 활발하고, 정기시장이 열리면서 육상 교통이 발달되기 전까지 포구 기능이 유지되었다. 우포는 백제시대에 포구가 형성되어 중국과 해상으로 교역하는 단계에 이르렀다. (중략)
