차의 대륙 커피 틈새공략 가속화

  • 인구 10억이 넘는 중국시장은 국내 자판기 산업의 해외시장 개척에 있어 정말 매력적인 시장으로 보여 진다. 그 엄청난 시장확대력, 서서히 도입되기 시작하는 자판기 문화 등의 요인을 고려할 때 수출시장 활성화의 가능성은 어느 지역보다 높아 보인다. 그런 까닭에 국내 대기업들도 이 중국시장에 많은 관심을 가지고 시장진출을 노리고 있고, 일부 오버홀 업체나 유통업체들을 중심으로는 이미 오래 전부터 중고자판기에 대한 수출이 부분적으로 나마 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 이같은 상황에도 불구하고 중국시장은 여전히 가능성의 시장으로만 남아 있다. 세부적으로 중국시장 개척을 진행해 보면 생각했던 것만큼 시장개척이 이루어지기 힘든 요소가 너무도 많다는 것을 깨닫게 되기 마련이다. 이중 특히 문제가 되는 것은 중국의 전통적인 차문화이다. 전통차 문화가 뿌리깊은 중국에서는 커피음용문화가 아직은 정착되기 힘든 현실에 있다. 따라서 자판기 수출의 가장 주력기종이 되어야 할 커피 및 복합형 제품이 중국시장 개척을 진행하기란 결코 쉽지 않다. 커피가 상류층 기호식품으로 인식되는 중국시장에 있어 커피자판기 시장은 아직은 시기상조로 여겨지고 있는 것이다. 그런데 최근 중국시장에 있어서는 커피의 소비량이 미약하게나마 확대되고 있는 추세에 있어 커피 시장확대에 대한 기대를 머금게 만들고 있다. 금호에서는 식품음료신문의 협조를 얻어 전통차의 나라 중국시장에 있어 틈새시장 공략을 가속화하고 있는 커피시장의 동향을 조명해 보았다.

  • This study was investigated the Influential Factors on Chinese Consumer's Usage Intention of Mobile Internet Service. The results of this study are as follows. First, Usefulness, Easy of Use, Subjective Norm, playfulness are positively related to Perceived value. Second, perceived risk is negatively related to Perceived value. Third, Perceived value is positively related to Intention of Mobile Internet Usage. Based on these results, managerial implications for Mobile internet service are discussed. Lastly, the limitation of this research and further research issues are suggested.

  • Entering the Chinese animation market is a requirement for the survival and growth of Korean animation industry. While the size of Korean domestic animation market is not big enough to explain the investment for the production of animation project, the rapidly growing Chinese market provides a great potential for Korean animation. However, in recent few years, a high entrance barrier has been raised by Chinese government who aggressively enforce the strong policy to protect and develop the Chinese animation industry, by blocking the foreign animations out of Chinese domestic TV broadcasting. As a result, Chinese animation industry has witnessed a rapid growth enough to satisfy the domestic TV programming needs, and there seems no room for Korean animation to be exposed to Chinese animation consumers, whether through export of the program or co-production with Chinese companies. Through the study on Chinese government's policies and recent development of Chinese animation industry, this article is suggesting a new strategy for Korean animation industry to effectively exploit the Chinese market. In order to overcome the entrance barrier, Korean animation industry should satisfy the needs of Chinese government and industry for mutual benefit of both countries, and it can be accomplished by positioning Korean animation industry as a partner for Chinese industry, helping China in its way to the No.1 position in the global animation market. By providing the creative development capability, business knowhow and global marketing network for the co-production project, Korean animation industry can make a win-win situation for both countries, and at this point of stage, it would be the most effective way to make a meaningful presence of Korean animation industry in Chinese market.

  • 중국은 현재 세계 제3의 소비시장으로 조만간 미국에 이어 세계 제2위의 소비시장으로 떠오를 것으로 예상되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중국 국민들의 소비 수준도 날로 높아져 가고 있다. 이 때문에 전 세계의 거의 대부분의 대형마트가 출점하여 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 한국의 대형마트도 예외가 아니어서 한국에서는 이마트와 롯데마트가 진출하여 이들 세계적인 기업들과 경쟁하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전세계 대형마트 기업의 각축장이 되고 있는 중국 시장에 대한 한국 대형마트의 진출 전략에 대하여 분석하였다.

Exploring on 'Go Global' Barriers of Chinese Inner Mongolia Cashmere POEs (중국 내몽고 캐시미어 민영기업의 해외시장 진출 장벽에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study explores the barrier factors of Chinese private-owned enterprises in overseas expansion in terms of corruption, political risk, market fluctuation, cultural difference, and firms resource endowments. To explore the existing practical backgrounds, it was investigated to private-owned enterprises dealing with foreign export companies where run business in Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China. The result shows that the corruption and political risks of host countries do not have significant influence on business performance in 'Go global' strategy, while the market fluctuation of host countries has a negative effect on business performance. Cultural difference has a negative effect on business performance, and enterprises' resource endowments have a positive effect on business performance in 'Go global' strategy. Additionally, interviewees provide several substantial suggestions regarding the government policy and industry ecosystem to surmount the barriers of POEs' going global. Lastly, the authors discuss managerial implications and provide several suggestions for the future studies.

An Entry Strategies on the Western China of Korean Logistics Corporations (한국물류기업의 중국서부지역 진출 전략)

  • The Korea-China FTA and China's huge development policy for its western regions could create a strategic opportunity for Korean Companies. This study suggests a strategy for expanding the domestic activities of Korean logistics Corporations and supporting the activities of Korean Companies operating in China. Using surveys of 32 Korean Logistics Corporations, important factors to consider when expanding into western China were analyzed. The results identified factors in the order of government, local markets, strategy, infrastructure, and finance and budget. The "development of Chinese Logistics specialists," "economic cooperation with the local governments of western China," and "holding investment Fairs and exhibitions" were important government-related factors. "Understanding entry permits and procedures for logistics corporations in China" and "understanding the logistics system of western China" were also shown to be important factors. Furthermore, governmental factors were suggested to be significant by large, medium-sized, and small businesses alike, while the factor of local markets was suggested to be significant by small-scale businesses.

  • As a result of this study only a few Korean firms have a certain management methods designed to predict the possibility of risk occurrence and establishment of systematic countermeasure. Besides, the Korean firms do not have enough data on the risk of Chinese Market. The risk management department inside the firm does not function efficiently, and when it comes to investigation of risk, it heavily depends on that of local branches. Accordingly, in order to accurately recognize and manage, the firms need to not only specialize risk management department but also outsource by using a consulting firm.

Alternatives for Entering into the Chinese Market by Smaller-Sized Korean Logistics Enterprises (우리나라 중소물류기업의 중국진출 활성화 방안)

  • The growth of Chinese logistics market has brought many logistics enterprises enter into the chinese market. The purpose of this study is to suggest some alternatives for activating enter into chinese market for smaller-sized korean logistics enterprise. First of all, in order to achieve such a purpose, factors for activation through literature survey and previous studies are analyzed. After that, questionnaire survey are carried out. Also factor analysis and reliability test based on the questionnaire results are performed. Main findings are suggested as followings. First, in order to activate entering the chinese market, it is drawn out that possessing of logistics infrastructure and understanding of culture of chinese relationship are most important. Second, market information and reform of management system, inspection and customs clearance are suggested as less important.
