  • 중고 거래 플랫폼 사용이 증가함에 따라 각 중고 거래 플랫폼에 많은 사진과 글이 업로드되고 있다. 플랫폼에 올린 사진과 글을 통해 일차적으로 해당 이용자의 나이대, 사는 동네, 가족 관계, 신체 사이즈, 특정 제품 취향을 알 수 있다. 중고 거래 플랫폼에서 전화번호를 얻게 될 경우, 이차적으로 카카오톡을 통해 이용자의 얼굴 사진, 연동된 계정을 알 수 있다. 이때 얻은 얼굴 정보와 이름, 계정을 통해 인스타그램, 카카오스토리, 페이스북 등 SNS 를 통한 해당 이용자의 추가적인 개인정보들을 얻을 수 있다. 이처럼 이용자가 작성한 글을 통해 사적인 정보가 드러남으로써 심각한 개인정보 유출로 이어질 수 있다. 중고 거래 플랫폼 이용자의 직접적인 입력으로 인한 개인정보 노출을 예방하기 위해서는 이용자에게 게시물에 포함된 개인정보와 개인정보 유출의 위험성을 인지시켜 유출 위험성이 높은 개인정보는 게시하지 않도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 중고 거래 판매 게시물 기반 개인정보 유출 워크플로우를 작성하여 중고 거래 플랫폼에서 나타나는 개인정보 유출의 현황을 분석하고 이를 방지하기 위한 방법을 제안했다.

Influence of Consumer Self-confidence and Self-confidence in Fashion Coordination on Attitude toward Secondhand Fashion Goods and Purchase Intention of Secondhand Fashion Goods (소비자 자신감과 패션연출 자신감이 중고패션제품에 대한 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the influence of consumer self-confidence and self-confidence in fashion coordination on the attitude toward secondhand fashion goods and the purchase intention of secondhand fashion goods. Questionnaire data from 346 university students were analyzed and the results were summarized as follows. First, there were five factor solutions in consumer self-confidence: information acquisition, personal outcomes decision making, social outcomes decision making, consideration-set information, persuasion knowledge. Second, information acquisition, social outcomes decision making, and consideration-set information had significant effects on self-confidence in fashion coordination, while personal outcomes decision making and persuasion knowledge had no effect on self-confidence in fashion coordination. Third, self-confidence in fashion coordination had a significant effect on attitude toward secondhand fashion goods however, it had no effect on purchase intention of secondhand fashion goods. Fourth, attitude toward secondhand fashion goods had a significant effect on the purchase intention of secondhand fashion goods. The results show diverse implications for marketers and managers of secondhand fashion goods.

  • 본 연구에서는 안전하면서도 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 중고 책 거래 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 이 플랫폼은 블록체인의 특성을 이용해 거래 제품 및 거래내역을 공유원장에 기록하여 거래내역을 투명하게 공개하며 누구나 열람 가능하다. 이는 데이터의 무결성과 투명성을 보장하며 신뢰성 있는 거래 환경을 제공한다. 이를 사용할 경우, 기존 중고거래 시스템에서 발생 가능한 데이터의 위조, 변조의 문제점과 불확실한 신뢰 문제가 해결되어 중고거래 사기사건을 예방할 수 있다.

Environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behavior and interest in fashion by awareness of upcycling and purchasing behavior for upcycled fashion products of middle & high school students (중고등학생의 업사이클링 인지와 업사이클 패션제품 구매행동에 따른 환경의식, 의복재활용행동, 패션관심)

  • Purchasing behavior for upcycled fashion products was examined along with analysis on environment consciousness, clothing recycling behavior, interest in fashion and awareness of upcycling. Students from middle schools, general high schools and design high schools participated in this research from August to September in 2013. 732 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS WIN. Firstly the levels of environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behavior and interest in fashion of students were high, low and mediate respectively. Female students showed higher environmental consciousness compared to male ones and clothing recycling behavior were found to be higher in students of design high schools than those of general ones. The level of interest in fashion was found to be higher in students of general high school than those of middle school, and this was higher in design high school students than those of general ones. Secondly, more than half of students were unaware of upcycling. Female students and students of design high schools were highly aware of upcycling. Students who were aware of upcycling showed high level of environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behaviour and interest in fashion. Thirdly, students had low experiences in purchasing upcycled fashion products and the reason was lack of awareness of upcycling. The reason that students purchased upcycled fashion products was the uniqueness and design. Students who purchased upcycled fashion products showed high environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behaviour, and interest in fashion.

  • The purpose of the present study is to identify the differences of customer preference in online and offline used car business. Conjoint analysis is used for examining the attributes of used car choices. As a result, the order of importance in real used car market is as follows: brand, design, price, model, mileage. Whereas the order of importance in online used car market is as follows: brand, trust, price, web design, accident. Accordingly, the author suggested that customer preferences depend on the path people are approaching and the attributes of preference vary in online and real stores. For example, trust and accident are important attributes in online market in comparison with real market. Used car market is increasing and becoming important. The authorities and practitioners need to understand used car market and establish the related policies.

  • This study aims to classify the dimensions of the sales information of secondhand clothing goods on the C2C secondhand trading platform and to systematically analyze the components of each dimension. To this end, the NVivo 12.0 qualitative data analysis software was used. The content analysis showed that the sales information of secondhand clothing goods was classified into four dimensions: detailed information of the sale goods, information specific to secondhand clothing goods, seller opinion information, and service information. The components of each dimension were as follows. The detailed information of the sale goods included size, sale price, item, design, brand name, material, color, wearing season, fit, gender, etc. The information specific to secondhand clothing goods included the number of times the item was worn, its purchase history, and product condition. Seller opinion information included product review, sales motivation, notes for the transaction, coordination proposal, and usage proposal. The service information included the transaction mode, exchange·return·refund, and promotion. The frequency analysis showed that the highest frequencies were sale goods(37.47%), information specific to secondhand clothing goods(24.63%), seller opinion information(20.54%), and service information(17.37%). This study will help C2C secondhand trading platform managers or sellers establish clear standards for presenting sales information and developing ideas toward constructing differentiated platform contents.

Development and Evaluation of Alternative Nutrition Signposting Concepts (알기 쉬운 영양성분 전면표시 시안 개발 및 평가)

  • To promote the adoption of healthier eating patterns, this study was aimed to develop and evaluate alternative front of pack nutrition signposting concepts. Based on previous research, we developed two signposting concepts, Multiple Traffic Light (MTL) and Multiple Traffic Light with % Daily Value (MTL-%DV). The signposts featured three key nutrients, total sugar, saturated fat, and sodium. Actual food packaging with no front of pack signposting (NoSP) was included in the evaluation to act as a benchmark against which to compare the performance of the different signposting options. Using an interviewer administered method, we assessed the degree of understanding and time to interpret on a total of 534 subjects (194 elementary, 108 middle, and 103 high schoolers, 128 adults). In the individual product evaluations, MTL (87.0%) obtained the highest level of correct responses, followed by MTL-%DV (83.1%) and NoSP (52.2%). Except for signposting concepts, age, gender and living area were not associated with the degree of correct responses in multivariate analyses. When used to compare products with different colors of nutrient contents, correct responses were more than 90% for MTL-%DV (91.5%) and MTL (90.3%). The middle and high schoolers revealed the lower likelihood of correct response compared to the other two groups. In case of comparing products with same colors of nutrient contents, the proportion of correct responses was the highest in NoSP (90%), followed by MTL%DV (77.4%) and MTL (48.5%). In terms of time to interpret, MTL-%DV and MTL performed better than NoSP in the individual product evaluation and the comparison of two products with different colors of nutrient contents. NoSP performed the best in the comparison of two products with same colors of nutrient contents. A majority of the participants preferred MTL-%DV (78%) most and thought it the most useful in helping them make healthier food choices. Based on these findings, MTL-%DV was considered to most closely meet the objectives of the initiatives.

  • 세계의 정제능력이 계속 감소되고 있다. 현재 많은 석유회사들이 손실을 줄이기 위해 애써 확보해 놓은 시장을 포기할 태세를 갖추고 있는 가운데 서구와 미국에서는 정유공장폐쇄율이 높아지고있다. 그러나, 주요시장에서 정제능력과 수요가 균형을 이룰 전망은 아직도 요원하며 이로인해 정유산업은 계속 높은 고정비와 낮은 제품가격의 2중고에 시달릴것으로 보인다.
