An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.

Recently, renewable energy-related power generation facilities have been surging due to the government's "Renewable Energy 3020", "Green New Deal", "2050 Carbon Neutrality" and "K-RE100" policies. Most renewable energy facilities are small and distributed, making it difficult to manage efficiently, and small distributed resources less than 1MW are having a hard time with participating in the market due to the limited sales and avoidance of trading. In particular, the intermittency of renewable energy has a significant impact on the stability of the power grid. The government is seeking to address volatility and intermittency issues through 'small distributed resource brokerage trading, and to expand the systematic resourceization and acceptability of heterogeneous large and small distributed resources. In this work, we intend to apply an AI-based power generation prediction model to a distributed resource brokerage trading system so that it can be utilized as a foundation platform for pioneering new energy business markets.

본 연구는 미국과 유럽의 채권 전자거래에 대한 제도를 분석한 후, 우리나라의 채권 전자거래에 대해 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 미국과 유럽에선 채권 전자거래 시스템(Electronic Trading System, 이하 ETS)의 영업행위가 원칙적으로 증권 중개업의 관점에서 규제된다. 이러한 방향의 규제 체계는 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS가 등장할 수 있도록 하여 채권시장의 발전에 기여한다. 둘째, 우리나라의 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항 및 $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 다양한 형태의 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄함으로써 채권시장의 발전을 저해하고 있다. 셋째, 현행 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항은 주식 및 선물거래에 대해서 계속 적용하되 채권거래에 대해서는 그 적용이 유보될 필요가 있다. 이를 통하여 $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$은 주식시장을 활성화 시키는 순기능을 유지하면서 채권 ETS의 등장을 원천적으로 봉쇄하는 역기능을 피할 수 있다. 넷째, $\ulcorner$한국증권선물거래소법$\lrcorner$ 15조 2항이 채권거래에 대해서 적용되지 않는다면, $\ulcorner$증권거래법시행령$\lrcorner$ 84조의27 6항은 삭제되어야 하며, 대신에 증권거래법은 채권 ETS의 활동 범위와 요건을 정의해 주어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 활동은 원칙적으로 증권업자의 중개활동으로 간주되어야 한다. 채권 ETS의 중개 규모가 일정 수준을 넘어설 경우 거래소에 준하는 보고, 공시 및 감시 요건이 부과되는 것이 바람직하다. 다섯째, 채권시장의 효율성을 강화하기 위해서 채권 ETS에 대해서 적용되는 투명성 강화, 시장분할 방지, 공정거래 등에 대한 규제는 거래 대상의 특성에 따라서 탄력적으로 조정될 수 있어야 한다.

This study is designed to examine international export control norms, analyze current national export control system and identify the problems thereof, presenting several proposals for development in the system. The Republic of Korea, as a signatory of non-proliferation treaties and multilateral export control regimes, is obligated to comply with the international non-proliferation and export control norms, irregardless of hard or soft laws. Korea's export control system has been implemented in earnest since 2005; however, it contains serious problems in terms of the legal system and objectives of relevant laws and regulations, terms and definitions of the items subject to export controls, catch-all requirements, brokering license, response to the U.S. re-export controls, and so on. Proposals for development in the system include (i) enacting an independent law integrating the current dual-use items export control law and regulations, (ii) making use of the term of "strategic items" as a uniform terminology replacing 'goods etc.', 'strategic goods(inclusive of technology)', 'strategic goods, etc.', 'WMD, etc.' so as to preclude any possibility of misunderstanding, (iii) rewriting the catch-all control requirements, (iv) introducing registration system of brokering firms, (v) including provisions to comply with U.S. reexport controls, and (vi) providing stakeholder with correct and full information on export controls.

본 연구는 DEA기법을 이용하여 14개의 국내 은행의 상대적 효율성을 평가하였다. 효율성 평가에 있어서 은행을 중개기관 접근방법에서 평가하였으며, 투입물과 산출물을 선정하는 데 있어서 신탁계정과 은행계정별로 구분하여 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 규모의 효율성을 평가하기 위해 CCR모형과 함께 BCC모형을 이용하여 효율성을 평가하였다. 분석결과 신탁계정과 은행계정의 효율성은 차이가 있었으며, 대부분의 은행들이 DRS의 규모의 효율성에 있는 것으로 나타났다.

An epicyclic gearing system is compact and lightweight. However, it is difficult to share the driving force equally because the system has closed gear trains with multiple driving points, and it always has geometrical errors in the elements. Thus, in the case of planetary gears, the first problem is how to distribute the load evenly to the numerous planets. The method widely used abroad for this purpose is to utilize the elastic deformation of the components of the structure. However, the deflection is very complicated, and it is very easy for vibration problems to occur because of the decrease in the natural frequencies. Therefore, to equalize the load on the planets, this paper discusses the principle and theory behind the functioning of a floating intermediate ring. This magnifies the displacement of a planet's center arising from the equilibrium of the load and the lubricating film pressure, which improves the compliance of the planets. The results show that load equalization of the planets is possible through this improvement in their compliance.

본 논문은 OMG(Object Management Group) CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) 2.0을 만족하는 객체 중개자인 iORB(Internet ORB)의 설계 및 구현에 대한 것이다. iORB는 OMG IDL(Interface Definition Language)을 자바(Java)로 사상(mapping)할 뿐만 아니라 iORB 자체를 자바로 구현한 자바 객체 중개자(Java ORB)이다. iORB는 이식성 있는 스텁과 스켈리턴 코드를 지원하며, 기본 통신 프로토콜로 IIOP(Internet Inter-ORB Protocol)을 채택하고 있다. 그리고 원격 시스템의 객체 구현(object implementation) 참조에 필요한 IOR(Interoperable Object Reference) 찾기를 IP Multicast를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 특성을 지닌iORB의 설계 및 구현 경험에 대해서 기술한다.

While universities are making every effort to improve the housing welfare of university students by establishing new dormitories, the construction of school dormitories has intensified the conflict with other certified real estate businesses on the basis of their right to survival. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the causality in the conflict to coherently understand the conflict between these stakeholders. To do so, this study conducted a survey questionnaire on certified real estate businesses in the vicinity of private universities with dormitories in the metropolitan area. This study targeted licensed real estate brokerage agencies that conclude rental contracts in view of different stances, and control the real estate rental market by controling their conflict. Investigated the influence relationship between universities and licensed real estate brokerage agencies in relation to construction of private university dormitories and the effect of this conflict on management performance of licensed real estate brokerage agencies, and analyzed the relationship among relevant variables to see if their dormitory recognitions have a moderating effect. In addition to analyzing the causality of conflict level (perceived conflict, expressed conflict), conflict management, conflict outcome, and management performance, the study also verified the moderating effect of perception on dormitory and the mediating effect of conflict management. The results showed that conflict level had a negative (-) effect on conflict management, while the perceived conflict and conflict management of the conflict level had a negative (-) effect on the conflict outcome. In the relationship between perceived conflict and conflict outcome, conflict management had a complete mediating effect while expressed conflict had a partial mediating effect. Lastly, the perception of university dormitories did not have a moderating effect for the influence of conflict management on conflict outcome.

본 논문에서는 기존 음악 거래 플랫폼의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 음악 거래 플랫폼을 제안한다. 기존 음악 거래 플랫폼은 높은 중개 수수료와 생산자에 대한 불공정한 보수 그리고 불투명한 거래가 이루어진다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 블록체인 기술의 탈중앙성, 보안성, 투명성, 안전성 등의 특징을 이용하여 보완하고자 한다. 또한, 블록체인 기반 플랫폼 구축을 위해 IPFS, signature file, bloomfilter 등 다양한 기술을 사용한다. 최종적으로 생산자와 소비자 모두가 공정하고 투명한 음악 거래를 할 수 있는 음악 거래 플랫폼을 제안한다.
