In this paper, we investigate industrial product intermediary's transformation strategy by exploiting advantages afforded by web based information technologies. Our motivation for this research stems from exploring intermediary's responding strategy to cope with supplier's threatening to disintermediation. From transaction cost perspective, internet can induce both the vertical quasi-integration (electronic hierarchy) and outsourcing (electronic market). Our rationale on directing one of these bi-directional movements is specified on intermediary's value adding on the supply chain. As such, we investigated supply chain performance, IT effects on customer's requirement of channel functions, and channel power structure. Propositions to suggest contingent e-transforming strategic alternatives are logically derived from dyadic nature of supply chain characteristics such as efficiency versus customer services, and supplier dominant versus easy replaceability of suppliers. The contingent e-transformation framework developed from intermediary's perspective is reviewed through longitudinal industry case analysis. Implications from the industry case analysis give us insights for the effectiveness of the framework to combine supply chain characteristics with intermediary's e-transformation.

A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.

본 연구는 온라인 게임 아이템과 같은 가상재화가 현금 거래될 경우 온라인 게임 비즈니스에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 추정하려 했다. 기존 연구문헌에서 온라인 상거래와 모바일 앱 유통에서 활용된 롱테일 분포 계량 추정 방법론을 이용하여 추정한 결과, 온라인 게임 거래소의 거래 아이템 총액은 약 1조 5천억 원으로 추정되었다. 이 중, 전문적인 작업장 매출 규모는 연간 약 8,700억원으로 아이템 중개 거래 사이트 게임 머니 및 게임 아이템 거래 총액 대비 58% 수준으로 추정되었다. 본 연구는 학문적 분석이 매우 제한된 온라인 게임 상의 가상재화 아이템의 현금거래에 대한 정량적 분석 시도라는 점에서 의의를 가지며 특히, 작업장 및 작업장의 게임에 미치는 영향을 정량 분석한 거의 최초의 연구이다. 다만, 아이템 거래시장에 대한 데이터 및 게임 운영에 대한 내부 정보가 제한되어 연구문헌에 기초를 둔 추정방법론을 활용하였으며 게임 산업계의 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 추정한 분석 결과이다. 또한 본 연구는 작업장 및 불법 서버로 말미암아 발생하는 사회적 비용 등을 온라인 게임 서비스 제공 회사에 일방적 책임을 갖게 하는 것 보다는 사회 전반적인 관점에서 접근해야 한다는 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

Recently, the proportion of housing lease has been increasing to an overwhelming level in line with the increase of single-person households and the change in the form of housing. In the normal case, the use of rental-type housing is subject to a housing lease agreement through a licensed real estate agent. In the event of a transaction conclusion, licensed real estate agent shall issue a contract containing the personal information of the lessee, the renter, and the licensed real estate agent to the transaction party. In this case, it is necessary for the lessee to provide the contract to a third party. This paper analyzes relevant laws and regulations and the status of housing transactions, focusing on personal information processed between offline housing lease agreements. And when issuing a contract through IRTS, we propose a way to protect personal information by providing a third party in three forms: information Data Subject-based, Purpose of usage-based De-identification, and Certificate of Contract.

미국 선물시장에서는 1934년 증권법과 1974년 선물거래법 그리고 1982년 Johnson-shad 협상안 이후, 증권은 SEC에서, 선물은 CFTC에서 규제하는 현선분리원칙을 지켜왔다. 그러나 최근의 상품선물현대화법과 애국자법(The Patriot Act)의 제정으로 인하여 미국선물시장은 다중규제(Multi-layered Regulation)의 도입이라는 변화를 겪고 있다. 상품선물현대화법은 새로 도입된 증권선물상품(Security Futures Products)을 선물이자 동시에 증권이라고 정의함으로써, CFTC와 SEC가 공동으로 선물시장을 규제하게 되었다. SEC와 CFTC의 위원장간에 교환된 양해각서에서는 특별히 두 정부규제기관간의 신속한 정보교환과 긴밀한 업무협조를 다짐하고 있다. 공적규제기관의 협력적 관계는 민간 자율규제기관에도 영향을 미쳐, NASD와 NFA는 회원등록업무와 감리업무 그리고 회원사 교육 훈련 등에서 상호협력적인 공동의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 2001년 9-11 테러사건을 계기로 입법된 애국자법은 선물중개업자들의 현금거래 보고의무를 추가하였다. 선물중개업자들을 금융기관으로서 고객확인의무(Know-Your-Customer Rule)를 지고, 선물거래고객이 1만달러 이상을 현금으로 납입할 경우에는 Currency Transactions Report를 작성하여야 하며, 입출금조작행위나 그러한 의도가 보이는 경우에는 Suspicious Activity Report를 작성하여 금융범죄수사국에 보고하여야 한다.

본 논문에서는 블록체인 및 암호화폐를 이용한 재능 거래 플랫폼을 제안한다. 재능 거래 플랫폼은 프로그램의 외주나 컨텐츠 제작 등의 재능 거래를 중개하는 플랫폼이다. 기존의 재능 거래 플랫폼은 서버-클라이언트 모델 기반의 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이에 따라 서버를 운용하는데 드는 비용과 관리를 위한 인건비가 발생한다. 따라서 이용자들은 높은 수수료를 부담하게 된다. 또한 서버-클라이언트 모델의 서비스의 경우 이용 업체의 요청에 따라 중앙 관리자가 평가 및 평점에 대한 조작 및 수정을 할 수 있는 가능성이 존재한다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 블록체인 및 암호화폐 기술을 적용하여 P2P 거래를 통해 이용자에게 부과하는 수수료의 부담을 낮추고, 평가를 블록 데이터로 포함하여 데이터의 위 변조 가능성을 낮춰 신뢰성을 확보하는 시나리오를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way of effective management of real estate brokerage business by establishing the Job Model in real estate brokerage business in Korea. The AHP method, designed for professionals in a field, is used to establish the Job Model. The main result and implication of the study are as follows. The study found that real estate brokers recognize the importance of getting knowledge and information about the patterns and changes of the real estate market and economy, for the effective management of real estate brokerage business. The study therefore suggest that it is necessary to provide the brokers with education chance for the knowledge about the real estate market and economy.

Off-line ship chartering is done nearly through(by) the brokers. Because of the international scale of chartering marker, brokers spend too much times and costs on searching the most appropriate product which the consumers want. In this research, we propose the on-line Charter Product Categorization Model to search the products efficiently in the Cyber Chartering System. This Model will make concerned parties of the ship chartering to get efficient and unific product information. and to select the most appropriate product. In this research, we classified the ship chartering products into categories of cargo, ship type, and sea routes, and formed the definition of mutual relation of each products. Moreover we verified that this classification is necessary to search the products by the product searching experiment.

첨단기술 분야의 발전 및 기술개발 촉진을 위해서는 개발된 기술의 기업간 이전거래활동이 활발히 이루어져 기술의 상업화와 고도화가 촉진되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 기술중개기관이나 거래소와 같은 제도적 기반을 갖추는 것뿐만 아니라 특정 기술이 가지는 가치를 중립적 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 방법론의 개발이 요구된다. 기술 구매자와 기술 판매자 사이의 가격협상을 위해서는 특정 기술이 보유한 중립적이고 객관적인 가치가 우선적으로 제시되어야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 기술이전거래 촉진을 위한 기술가치평가 모형의 개발과 평가모형에 따른 평가과정을 지원하는 기술가치평가시스템의 개발을 목적으로 차고 있다. 기술가치평가시스템은 웹 기반으로 개발되어, 관심 있는 사용자는 웹 브라우저를 통해 기술적 가치를 실시간으로 신속하고 효율적으로 평가할 수 있도록 구현되어 있다.

In this paper, we propose a steering concept that considers overall aspects in the CBSD (Component-Based Software Development) environments. While many researches which are concentrated on using components, market promotion and component development itself seem to be insufficient. To overcome this problem, we introduce a brokerage concept called“Value-Added Brokerage Concept”that provides the following three services：1) domain architecture-based component promotion, 2) intelligent component search, and 3) white-box service. Domain architecture-based component promotion facilitates balancing component production and promoting architecture-level large scale reuse. Intelligent component search enables to overcome the long time search and selection problem. Finally, white-box service is for solving maintenance problems, which is one of the most critical problem in the CBSD environments. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.
