This experiment was conducted to establish the cultural practice for reduction of lodging by the effective water management under direct seeding on flooded paddy surface as treated by the drainage times using Dongjinbyeo at National Honam Agricultural Experiment Station during 1994-1995. As the increased midsummer drainage times, the field lodging were reduced by reduction of culm length and large amounts of root with favorable distribution in deep soil, indicating low canopy architecture could promote the light transmission in the plants and favorable root growth. The yield performance was high by increased drainage times which contributed to mainly percentage of ripened grain and 1, 000-grain weight. As a result, two to three times midsummer drainage as effective water management during plant growth was desirable.

사용후핵연료 건식 중간저장시설은 설계수명기간 동안 방사능 차폐, 냉각, 보호 등과 같은 주요 기능이 확실히 보장되도록 설계 및 유지·관리되어야 한다. 이러한 주요 기능은 여러가지 설계하중 하에서 구조물의 거동을 정확히 파악한 결과를 설계에 반영함으로써 보장된다. 본 연구에서는 구조물의 건전성을 보장할 수 있는 기능적 측면과 구조적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 항목 및 내용을 국외에서 적용되고 있는 기술기준을 토대로 하고 풍하중, 홍수방호, 내진설계, 열하중해석, 철근콘크리트 및 강구조물, 기초지반과 같은 세부항목에 대한 해석 및 설계의 연구결과를 추가하여 국내 원자력법령과 시행령에 부합되는 사용후핵연료 건식중간저장시설의 구조 및 설비기준을 개발하였다.

This study analyzes a correlation between organizational commitment, work values, job satisfaction and loyalty of the middle management in hotel enterprises. In other words, this research aims at drawing up theoretical and working-level implication through establishing the competition model of parameters and independent variables, which have an effect on loyalty of the middle management in hotels. Analysis showed that work values of the middle management play not a key role to mediate between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and that internal values are higher than external values in route analysis of work values. Meanwhile, it was analyzed that the middle management of hotels make a long-service commitment with great satisfaction on the job. But there was no connection between their job satisfaction and loyalty. Consequently, it was confirmed through the analysis of the competition model that they rather attach significance to internal values and specificity of the hotelier than their satisfaction with work because of economic stability, and the loyalty of the middle management responds sensitively to the organizational commitment variables as a permanent job, sense of belonging, self-esteem.

Although various network management architectures such as centralized, distributed, and hybrid have been presented, any one is not always efficient in all the environment. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical and split network management architecture based on MA+SNMP in order to manage a network of many small NEs distributed over the wide area. Our hierarchical architecture has MA-based proxy management nodes for the flexibility and overhead reduction in NMS as well as SNMP-based NEs considering NE's capacity. Through the analysis with real experiments, we show that our proposal improves some drawbacks and the processing delay of the existing architectures in the given environment.

The middle diaphragm of box girder is to prevent the deformation of the cross section of box girder, to distribute load produced at upper flange onto the both sides of web. But if inner space of box girder is barred by the middle diaphragm, it is impossible to use in inner space of box girder and it is felt constraint on maintenance-management. The effect of middle diaphragm of box girder is intended to be expressed by the stiffness of diaphragm in comparing the diaphragm with opening of box girder with diaphragm without opening of box girder through the experiment.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of power sources of department store and fashion company, and salesperson's job consciousness on job satisfaction in the middle management system of department store. Questionnaire data from 193 salespeople in the middle management of department store were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, coercive power, informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had significant effects on job satisfaction. The coercive power of department store had a negative influence on job satisfaction, while informational and expert power, and referent power of department store had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, referent power, expert power, reward power, coercive power of fashion company had a positive influence on job satisfaction. Third, referent power of department store had a greater influence on job satisfaction than other power sources. Fourth, job commitment and pride, prospect awareness had a positive influence on job satisfaction, while professional self-awareness had no effect on job satisfaction.

The development of SNS and video platforms provided an opportunity to explode the activation of content production and consumption. However, in the legacy system, due to the host-based location-oriented data transmission, there are inherent limitations in efficient operation and management. As an alternative to this, a Contents Centric Network (CCN) was studied. In this paper, when intermediate nodes located between the information provider and the information requester between the real-time streaming services in the CCN environment move or restrict their use, failure through monitoring of wireless reception strength to solve problems like disconnection of transmission quality at the information consumer. We propose a stable intermediate node management mechanism through active response before occurrence.

Damage of sea-crossing bridge by ship collision is related to estimate frequencies of overloading due to impact, and bridge accordingly must be designed to satisfy related acceptance criteria. Another important aspect is the management on increment of collision risk during the service period. In this study, related plan, main span length, air draft clearance and collision risk are analyzed for the interim assessment of Incheon Bridge focusing on the ship collision problem. In particular, for the increment of collision risk, the optimized navigation speed is proposed by reviewing the research findings and navigation guidelines etc. as a temporary expedient. Also basic procedure for reasonable prediction of target vessel and passage is established and probabilistic prediction method to embrace the uncertainty of the prediction is proposed as a fundamental solution. It is necessary to conduct further research on collision risk management and promptly carry out interim assessments of other marine bridges.

Domestic Design-Build, which has applied for client's convenience, has many problems Because It is being applied in the building law, which devides between architects and contractors. Among problem the relation between architects and contractors is a typical problem. It makes a quality decline and a design skill decline. In result, it causes insufficience of competitive power in overseas projects from now on. So we present the plans to improve mutual relations between architects and contractors. And we induce development of design skill and good quality of building by presenting a coordinative committee model between them in Design-Build projects.
