The purpose of this study is to suggest planning direction to Co-housing as alternative house. The questionnaire survey is used. The subjects of questionnaire are professional having concerned with architectural, housing, city plan and environment. The results of the study are summarized as follow : It is necessary to connect with neighbors in Co-housing. It is important to make membership and member's will for community. Co-housing as a housing alternative is essential residents' participation. In terms of life in community, eating together, childrencare and residents' autonomy activity are very important. Finally, it is proper to locate suburb and city. The size under 50 units is proper. In terms of housing type, the low apartment housing is proper.

정보통신기술의 발달에 따라 인터넷에 대한 급증하면 학생들과 교사들의 교육용 사이트에 대한 정보를 제공할 필요가 있다. 교육용 웹사이트를 평가함에 있어 학생과 교사간에 인지발달 수준이나 그 입장에 따라 여러 가지 차이가 있다고 본다. 교사나 전문가 입장에서 우수하다고 판단되는 교육용 웹사이트가 실제로 학생들에게도 우수하다고 인식되는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육용 웹사이트를 평가함에 있어 교사와 학생의 인식 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 이는 학생이 교육용 사이트를 평가하는 관점을 이해하고 교육용 웹사이트 설계 및 평가 시 보다 학생들의 관점을 고려할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

The aim of this paper is to show the process of R&D Project-Priority Ordering in the Defense Technology field. We propose specific methods (Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Scoring) to order the R&D Project-Priority. In general, to decide the priority of R&D projects most of researches depend on questionnaires which are surveyed by experts. However, it is criticized that this process cannot reflect the limitation of experience and knowledge of experts. In this process, we separate evaluators in two parts: the first is strategic experts, the second is technical experts. Evaluators can choose and evaluate the alternatives which they are familiar with, so we can obtain reliable results. Finally, based on our process of the R&D Project-Priority Ordering we formulate policy implications for managing the defense technology.

EMU, Electric Multiple Unit, is very complicated system that consists of thousand parts. If breakdown happens, work that clears cause in most cases work that clears cause in most cases is very complicated and difficult. Also it needs much times and experts of several parts. Maintenance is depending on know-how of the operator and breakdown that happen before happens often repeatedly because information management and public ownership are not achieved properly about analysis and action result. In this paper we present the case-based expert system for EMU which is able to share this know-how knowledge that data-based systemically with another operator.

경제성장과 산업 사회생활의 고도화에 따라서 증대하는 전력수요에 대해서, 에너지자원량과 지구환경의 제약이 거론되고 있는 최근의 에너지를 둘러싼 심각한 상황인식을 고려하여 전력 수급의 장기적 안정을 확보하기 위해서는, 전력수급양면에 걸친 대책이 강화되어야 한다는 것이 현재 관련 전문가들의 공통된 의견으로 수렴되고 있다. 따라서 종래의 전력공급은 대규모 전원의 개발을 중심으로 수요에 대응해 왔지만, 앞으로는 수요의 관리 제어를 고려한 부하 관리(Load Management) 또는 수요측관리(Demand-Side Management)를 적극적으로 추진해가고, 나아가 다양한 에너지원의 효율적 활용을 목표로 한 분산형전원의 개발과 도입을 적극적으로 추진하는 등의 폭넓은 정책이 마련 시행될 필요가 있다. 그 대안중의 하나로 태양광 하이브리드 선박이 널리 보급될 경우 하나의 분산전원으로서 그 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

동영상 플랫폼 확산에 따라 영상 콘텐츠 수요와 공급이 폭발적으로 성장하여 영상 콘텐츠 확산에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이와 같은 콘텐츠 확산으로 인해 전문가의 영역에 해당하는 영상 제작 기술이 일반적인 기술의 범주로 인식될 만큼 영상 처리 및 제작에 대한 기술의 발전이 나날이 급증하고 있으며 이러한 기술의 발전에 따라 사람의 수작업을 통해서만 영상을 조절하던 과정 또한 객체 추적 기술을 활용함에 따라 자동화 과정이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 객체 추적 알고리즘 중 특징 점을 키포인트로 나눠 객체를 추적하는 OpenCV 기반 CMT 알고리즘으로 라즈베리파이를 활용하여 객체를 추적하는 기법을 소개한다. 본 시스템은 방송용 카메라의 객체 추적에 잘 활용될 수 있다.

Throughout the world, energy sector is increasing in importance. Reflecting this situation, the government has introduced an energy efficiency rating system for buildings. In particular, the government is planning to introduce the energy evaluator examination system. In this study will want to analyze the relevant sectoral perception for the energy evaluator through expert interviews and surveys. The research results are expected to contribute to the rational management of the energy evaluator system.

디지털 컨텐츠는 UHD, 3D, 파노라마 영상 등 다양한 형태로 발전되고 있다. 그 중 파노라마 영상은 여러 영상을 정합하여 넓은 시야각을 제공하는 컨텐츠로 전문적인 기술자들을 중심으로 제작되고 있다. 또한 디지털 컨텐츠의 제작자는 전문가에서 일반인으로까지 범위가 확장되었고, 발전된 형태의 컨텐츠를 일반인이 스마트폰 등의 개인 단말로 손쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 해주는 컨텐츠 생성 기술이 발달되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 일반 사용자들이 각각의 스마트폰 단말로 촬영한 여러 동영상들을 하나의 파노라마 영상으로 제작하기위한 기술 중, 각기 다른 스마트폰의 시간축을 이미지 매칭을 통해 하나의 통일된 시간축으로 동기화 시키는 기법에 관하여 연구하였다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 동영상에서 시간정보로 이용하기 위한 오브젝트의 움직임이 포함된 시퀀스를 찾는 방법과 해당 시퀀스를 이용하여 다른 동영상과의 이미지 매칭으로 시간축을 동기화 시키는 방법을 제안한다.

The maintenance CALS system for car of urban transit is a part of standardization and development of urban transit system, and We have been performed the establishment of maintenance CALS system from 2001 to 2005. The RAMS for management computerization system are utilized in a variety of CALS system for user's convenience and safety in maintenance. Ever since its inception though, the urban transit has searched for ways to improve reliability, availability, maintainability and safety of the railway subsystem. In this paper, This system include RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) and expert system of the vehicles shall be enhanced in the future.

In this study, a user-friendly expert system is developed for bright nickel plating processes which have a number of influence factors related to the plating quality. Because the mutual relations between these factors in the processes are not quantitatively identified, the expert system deals mainly with the troubleshooting process problems by using the production rule which is able to utilize effectively the qualitatives knowledge and the accumulated experience. Especially, to provide the system user with more timely and convenient informations about the cause of problem symptom and the corresponding countermeasure, it is introduced the interactive user interface using the Korean language. Also the knowledge base and inference engine of the expert system are completely separated, so that the substance of knowledge base can be easily updated and extended.
