본 논문은 단일설비로 다종제품을 생산하는 생산시스템에서 생산준비비용의 절감효과를 고려한 동적생산계획 모형을 다룬다. 이 모형에서 각 제품에 대한 수요는 유한계획기간에서 동적으로 발생하고 추후조달은 허용되지 않으며 투입자원은 한 종류가 사용된다. 또한, 생산기간마다 생산설비는 다종제품을 동시에 생산하고 이때 각 제품의 생산량은 전체 투입자원량의 일정비율로 생산된다. 이 모형에서 총비용은 생산준비 비용의 절감을 위한 투자비용, 생산준비비용, 각 제품별 재고유지비용으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 절감된 생산준비비용 하에서의 최적생산계획과 생산준비비용의 절감을 위한 최적투자액을 동시에 결정할 수 있는 휴리스틱 알고리즘를 제시한다. 또한, 선형 및 지수 감소함수 형태의 생산준비비용 절감함수 하에서 다양한 문제들을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해 제시한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 효율성을 검증한다.

In this paper, we consider a scheduling problem of printed circuit board production process with setup cost depending job sequence. Given a set of PCBs, these are produced in single surface mounting device. The problem is to define job sequence with the objective of minimizing the total seutp cost. We propose a mathematical formulation and the problem is proven to be NP-hard. So, a meta heuristic based on genetic algorithm is developed.

Medium and small-sized venture firms as well as multinational companies pay liabilities of foreignness. We defined these costs as three different factors which are liability of handicaps(deficit of time, money, experience and, increase of financial risk), overseas market entry costs(information gathering costs, network building costs, marketing costs, channelling costs, monitoring costs), internationalization preparing costs(forecasting and market research of local markets, ex-ante cooperation with local firms), and then empirically tested how each of these factors affects on their business performances. The more important both Taiwanese and Korean firms consider liability of handicaps, the more bigger they pay overseas market entry costs(H1). On the contrary, the more important they consider overseas entry costs, the more they focus on internationalization preparation(H4) and get the better business performances(H5). The more important Korean firms consider liability of handicaps, the bigger they focus on internationalization preparation, on the contrary, the less Taiwanese firms do this(H2). Taiwanese firms as well as Korean firms rejected Hypothesis 3 and 6 which mean both liability of handicaps and internationalization preparation are no relation with their own business performances.

기업들은 온실가스 배출권거래제를 대비하여 철저한 준비가 필요하다. 에너지 온실가스 경영을 적극 도입하여야 하며 사업장내의 감축이행에 소요되는 한계비용과 배출권 시장 가격 등을 고려한 다양한 감축 옵션을 검토하여 기업경쟁력 저하를 방지하고, 자사의 강점을 살려 기후변화 시대에 맞는 비즈니스모델 도출을 위한 준비에 힘써야 할 것이다.

오늘날 다양한 고객욕구를 충족시키기 위해 재공품재고 없이 단일조립라인에서 다양한 제품들을 생산하는 혼합모델조립(MMAL)방식이 많이 사용되고 있다. 일반적으로 MMAL은 모든 일감에 대해 동일한 작업장, 작업시간이 동일한 여러가지 사양중 하나를 선택할 수 있는 작업장, 그리고 작업시간이 상이한 작업들을 수행하는 작업장으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째 유형의 작업장에서의 작업순서결정은 전혀 문제가 되지 않는다. 그러나 두번째 유형의 작업장에서는 작업순서에 따라 작업준비비용이 달라지게 된다. 세번째 유형의 작업장에서는 필요로 하는 작업유형의 종류와 양에 따라 원활한 흐름에 변화를 가져온다. 조립라인의 일괄작업순서가 작업장의 처리능력보다 많은 부하를 초래하면 후속 작업장의 원활한 작업을 위하여, 해당 작업장의 작업자들을 지원하는 보완작업(utility work)을 행하여야 하나, 타 작업장에서 해당조립품의 작업시간에 따라 해당작업장의 부하는 평활화될 수 있으므로 보완작업량은 통제가능하다. 따라서 준비비용과 보완작업 비용의 합을 최소화하는 일정계획이 요구된다. 이에 관한 연구들이 행해져오고 있으나, 두가지 비용의 합을 최소화하는 연구는 아직 많이 진척되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 선행연구들에서 이미 제시된 TSP개념을 이용한 비선형2진 혼합정수계획모델인 수리모델을 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 이 모델은 너무 복잡하여 현실문제를 적용할 경우 계산이 불가능하다. 따라서 단시간에 최적에 가까운 해를 구하기 위한 휴리스틱 기법의 개발이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 위한 기초연구로서 우선 준비비용을 고려하지 않는 경우의 휴리스틱기법을 개발하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 특히 본 연구에서는 작업장에서 행해지는 작업유형은 기본작업과 여러가지 선택작업이 있을 수 있으므로 선행연구를 확장하여 기본작업과 두가지의 선택작업이 행해지는 경우에 촛점을 맞추었다. 그리하여 다작업장의 휴리스틱에 의거한 작업순서 결정을 위해 우선 BB의 상한을 구하는 연구를 행했다. 이를 위해 우선 단일작업장에서 야기될 수 있는 모든 상황을 고려한 최적 작업순서 결정규칙을 연구했으며, 이의 증명을 위해 이 규칙에 의거했을 때의 보완작업량이 최소가 된다는 것을 밝혔다. 보완작업 계산의 효율성을 제고하기 위해 과부하(violation)개념을 도입하였으며, 작업유형이 증가된 상황에서도 과부하 개념이 보완작업량을 충분히 반영할 수 있음을 밝혔다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최적 작업순서 규칙에 의거했을 때 야기될 수 있는 여러가지 경우의 과부하를 모두 계산했다. 앞에서 개발된 단일작업량의 최적 작업순서 결정규칙을 이용하여 다작업장의 문제를 실험했다. 이 문제는 규모가 매우 크므로 Branch & Bound를 이용하였으며, 각 가지에서 과부하량이 최적인 경우만을 고려하는 휴리스틱을 택하여 실험자료를 이용하여 여러 회 반복실험을 행했다. 그리고 본 연구의 성과를 측정하기 위해 휴리스틱 기법시 소요되는 평균 CPU time 범위에서, 랜덤 작업순서에 따른 작업할당을 반복실험하여 이중 가장 좋은 해와 비교했다. 그러나 앞으로 다작업장 문제를 다룰 때, 각 작업장 작업순서들의 상관관계를 고려하여 보다 개선된 해를 구하기 위한 연구가 요구된다. 또한, 준비작업비용을 발생시키는 작업장의 작업순서결정에 대해서도 연구를 행하여, 보완작업비용과 준비비용을 고려한 GMMAL 작업순서문제를 해결하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

This Study focuses on the university students' job attitude and cost of employment preparation. Nowadays, many university and college students spend a big money improving their employment preparation such as studying on foreign language, getting various kinds of certificates and tooth correction, clothing etc. for employment interview. This study investigated the cost of employment preparation and Job attitude of the 484 students of universities and colleges, the analysis of the collected data was conducted with SPSS 12.0 program by using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability assessment, correlation test, t-test, one way ANOVA. The university students paid more costs of employment preparation such as a language training abroad, a private training, and clothing than the college students. Also, Allied social science students paid more costs of the language training abroad, and clothing than allied computer science and allied design students. The female students paid more money than male students for tooth correction. The costs of language training abroad, private training and clothing are affected the students' socioeconomic background of a home. Regarding the job attitude of students, the university students are feeling more positive than the college students of the employment efficacy and cognition of the education environment. As result, the differences in the cost of employment preparation by the university type, faculty major course, their sex, and socioeconomic background of a home. The student's employment-efficacy and cognition of the education environment are also differences between the university and the college students. So, to improve the job attitude, developing their ability for employment preparation, educational programs should be arranged in school and continuous researches are needed.

아침 · 저녁으로 기온이 뚝 떨어지면서 '월동준비'에 나서는 소비자들이 급증하면서 각 유통업체의 겨울 난방용품 판촉전이 후끈 달아오르고 있다. 본격적으로 난방용품판매가 시작된 할인점의 경우 지난달보다 판매량이 15~30% 늘었으며, 특히 전기장판과 전기요의 매출은 150%, 온풍기, 원적외선 전기 히터 등의 매출은 200% 이상 신장하는 등 적은 비용으로 간편하게 실내 온도를 높일 수 있는 가전제품이 특수를 누리고 있다. 요즘처럼 일교차가 클 때는 집 안 전체를 난방은 비효율적으로, 전기장판, 온풍기, 매트, 히터 등 적은 비용으로 난방효과를 볼 수 있는 부분 난방용품이 인기를 끌고 있다.

As the 4th industrial revolution progressing, manufacturers are trying to apply intelligent information technologies such as IoT(internet of things) and machine learning. In the semiconductor/LCD/tire manufacturing process, schedule plan that minimizes setup change and due date violation is very important in order to ensure efficient production. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest the deep learning based scheduling generation model minimizes setup change and due date violation in parallel machines. The proposed model learns patterns of minimizing setup change and due date violation depending on considered order using the amount of historical data. Therefore, the experiment results using three dataset depending on levels of the order list, the proposed model outperforms compared to priority rules.

최근 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고, 언제 어디서나 편리하게 근무함으로써 업무효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 업무환경 개념인 스마트워크(Smartwork)가 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 스마트워크 환경에서는 모든 업무가 정보통신망과 정보시스템을 통해 처리되기 때문에 정보유출 위협이 존재한다. 또한, 디지털 포렌식 분야에서 조사 및 수사대상이 점점 다양화되고 있다. 내부정보 유출과 같은 보안사고 발생 후, 디지털 증거는 대부분 제한적으로 수집될 수밖에 없으며, 전문업체 의뢰 시 높은 의뢰비용과 장기간의 분석 시간이 소요된다. 기존의 내부정보 유출 방지 시스템에만 의존할 것이 아니라, 유출 행위 탐지에 중점을 둔 선제적 감사 활동을 수행하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 준비도가 필요한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다양한 디지털 포렌식 준비도 관련 모델들에 대한 분석을 기반으로 미래 스마트워크 환경에서 보안사고에 대응하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 준비도 모형을 연구하였다.

본 논문은 스마트폰 기반 축제 도우미 시스템으로써 단체를 형성하는 모든 집단에서 활용한 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 행사의 준비단계의 비용 즉 행사에서 활용할 소품, 행사요원 활용 비용을 최소화하고 시스템에서 이 준비단계를 대신한다. 또한 다양한 기술과 센서를 활용하여 기존의 행사에서 보았던 진부했던 게임 혹은 미션을 대신하여 참신한 미션으로 행사 진행을 도와준다. 또한 행사 시스템을 활용하는 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 미션 플랫폼화를 통하여 한 명의 개발자가 아닌 다수의 개발자로부터 미션을 업데이트하여 참신하고 신선한 미션들을 사용자에게 제공한다.
