The entrepreneurship is a key success factor of industrial development in global competitive environments. but there is no entrepreneurship index/indicator which gives comprehensive advantages for monitoring and forecasting entrepreneur environments in Korea. The purpose of the study is developing Entrepreneurship Survey Index(ESI) which considering various significant entrepreneur factors. The suggested ESI in this exploratory study consists of entrepreneurship business index(EBI), entrepreneurship environment index(EEI) and entrepreneurship preparation index(EPI). The EBI is composed of overall business factors which revised from practical studies and expert reviews. The EEI is mainly retrieved Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) and partially modified by an expert advisor to identify entrepreneur environments. The EPI is developed for evaluating and confirming the capability, plan and intention of the pre-entrepreneurship. The practical survey of using the proposed ESI will enhance the power of forecasting the entrepreneurship environment changes and provide effective entrepreneurship policy making for stakeholder.

Purpose : To analyze how the Fourth Industrial Revolution affects the gender gap. Method : This study regressed the relationship between ICT development index, network Readiness index and gender gap in 145 countries all over the world. Results : The ICT development index was not statistically significant, but the network readiness index was positively correlated with female labor participation rate and gender wage equality ratio, indicating that the progress of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution increased female participation in labor but the wage gap has been shown to intensify. Conclusion : The results verify the hypothesis that the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution led by the information and communication revolution affects the labor market conditions of women.

본 논문은 단일설비로 다종제품을 생산하는 생산시스템에서 생산준비비용의 절감효과를 고려한 동적생산계획 모형을 다룬다. 이 모형에서 각 제품에 대한 수요는 유한계획기간에서 동적으로 발생하고 추후조달은 허용되지 않으며 투입자원은 한 종류가 사용된다. 또한, 생산기간마다 생산설비는 다종제품을 동시에 생산하고 이때 각 제품의 생산량은 전체 투입자원량의 일정비율로 생산된다. 이 모형에서 총비용은 생산준비 비용의 절감을 위한 투자비용, 생산준비비용, 각 제품별 재고유지비용으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 절감된 생산준비비용 하에서의 최적생산계획과 생산준비비용의 절감을 위한 최적투자액을 동시에 결정할 수 있는 휴리스틱 알고리즘를 제시한다. 또한, 선형 및 지수 감소함수 형태의 생산준비비용 절감함수 하에서 다양한 문제들을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해 제시한 휴리스틱 알고리즘의 효율성을 검증한다.

Purpose: This study determined the relationships between maternal comprehensive feeding practices (CFP) and dietary practices of preschool children. Methods: Participants of the study were 227 mothers of children aged 3 to 5 years attending daycare centers and kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province of Korea. The Comprehensive Feeding Practices Questionnaire was used to assess the maternal feeding practices. The Nutrition Quotient for Preschoolers (NQ-P) was measured to evaluate dietary practice and diet quality of children. Results: The balance of NQ-P for children was positively correlated with the modeling, restrictions for weight control, encouragement of balance and variety, pressure, and involvement among maternal CFP. Moderation of NQ-P was positively correlated with monitoring, modeling, teaching about nutrition, encouragement of balance and variety, environment, and involvement among maternal CFP. However, it was negatively correlated with emotion regulation, food as a reward, and child control in maternal CFP. Among maternal CFP, the environment of NQ-P was positively correlated with monitoring, modeling, teaching about nutrition, encouragement of balance and variety, environment, and involvement, and it was negatively correlated with emotion regulation. As a multiple regression analysis, maternal CFP that positively predicted balance of NQ-P indices were restricted for weight control, pressure, and involvement. Among maternal CFP, encouragement of balance and variety, and environment were positive predictors, while food as a reward, and child control were negative predictors for the moderation of NQ-P. Items of maternal CFP positively predicting environmental factors of NQ-P were monitoring and environment. Conclusion: Mothers are recommended to practice dietary guidance to their children, such as monitoring, modeling, teaching about nutritional information, recommendation of balance and diversity, healthy eating environment, and participation in meal plan and preparation, while they are advised not to conduct any adverse dietary guidance such as emotional control, compensation with food, child control, and food coercion.

Most public cryptosystem widely used in communication network are based on the exponentiation-arithmetic. But, cryptosystem has to use bigger and bigger key parameter to attain an adequate level of security. This situation increases both computation and time delay. Montgomery, yang and Kawamura presented a method by using the pre-computation, intermediately computing and table look-up on modular reduction. Coster, Brickel and Lee persented also a method by using the pre-computation on exponentiation. This paper propose to reduce computation of exponentiation with spare prime. This method is to enhance computation efficiency in cryptosystem used discrete logarithms.

대한양계협회 닭경제능력검정소에서 실시한 산란계경제능력검정결과를 보면 최근의 산란계 능력은 72주까지 산란지수가 267개로 나타나고 있다. 10년전이 77년 산란계 72주까지의 산란지수 227개에 비하면 18$\%$가 향상되었음을 보여준다. 성계생존율 또한 88.2$\%$에서 92.0$\%$로 약 4$\%$가 향상되었다. 대체적으로 10여년간에 걸쳐 산란계의 능력이 눈에 띌 만큼 향상되었다고 보는데 최근에 산란계 관리가 미흡하여 계군의 산란피크가 80$\%$를 넘기기 어려운 농장이 나타나고 있어 90년도를 향한 봄병아리의 입추시에는 보다 철저한 사양관리를 위한 준비해야 한다.

국내는 물론이고 세계 주요 국의 주가 지수가 금융 위기 이전으로 회복됐다고 말한다. 물론 우리가 느끼는 실물경기하고는 크게 거리가 있다. 하지만 환란이나 금융위기가 순식간에 닥쳐 왔듯 기회도 생각지 못한 때에 찾아 올 것이다. 다소 막연하고 시기상조인 듯 하지만 경기, 특히 우리 설비건설 업계에 언젠가 따뜻한 햇볕이 든다면 그 혜택을 누릴 준비가 됐는지 점검할 때라고 생각한다. 건설업의 활황에는 반드시 자재 가격 폭등 및 품귀가 따라 오기 때문이다.

According to the E-Government Readiness Index announced by UN in 2012, the Republic of Korea ranked top again following the last time. However, according to the national competitiveness index announced by IMD, that of the Republic of Korea has still ranked in the world's top 20 for three successive years. In particular, the area of government efficiency took the 25th place in 2012, descending three steps compared to that in 2011, and the area of infrastructure related to informatization has been ranking 20th for three years. This phenomenon can prove that the Republic of Korea's informatization is not producing good outcome, and the investment in informatization is not creating good effects. This phenomenon was analyzed in terms of a life cycle of informatization in this study. As the result, it was revealed that structural problems remain in each step, the linking of information in each step is insufficient, reasonable trace management is absent ,and information management depending on systematic plan is lacking. To solve these problems, improvement measures through architecture consideration were suggested.

In this paper, we analysis a competition to organize knowledge map as initial prepare stage based on intellectual property. We also propose the method that can be used to constitute knowledge map related in area to use basic data. In order to extract analysis data, we choose LED as an analysis technology. We provide the result of total analysis for LED application area through analysis of patent level after we extract recent patent ratio, activity index, patent family size, cites per patent as center of patent data.

어느날 저녁 귀가 후 잠자리에 들 준비를 하고 있는데 예전에 알고 지냈던 S사장님이 전화를 하셨다. 격 없이 지내던 사이지만 시계는 11시를 가리키고 있었고 목소리도 뭔가 대단히 화가 나 있었다. 전화 내용은 이러했다. 국제특송으로 영국서 6만 원짜리 물건을 받았는데 운임이 물건 값의 두 배인 12만 원이 나왔다는 거다. 한 밤중에 전화기를 들만도 하다. 보통 운임이 물건 값을 넘게 되면 물건을 받는 사람은 화부터 난다. 그런데 막상 따지고 싶어도 운임으로 청구된 금액이 무엇인지를 몰라 답답하기 일수다. 이번 호에서는 운임의 구성에 대해 살펴보기로 하자.
